We are excited to be recruiting a Coordinator to join The Scholars Programme Team and support us in delivering the goals set out in Join the Club, our ambitious strategy for 2021-2026. The Coordinator supports the Programme Management and University Events teams, and wider organisation, helping to ensure strategic priorities are effectively delivered, and that schools, tutors and universities receive a high-quality service.
The role will lead on several administrative processes and will include regular document creation, data input and management, liaising with stakeholders and supporting Scholars Programme events. This role will be based in our London office and will involve in-person working in the office one day per week, as well as some travel to support at events at our different university partners.

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly creative, Graphic Designer to join the Scouts Brand and Content team at Gilwell Park.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll design and deliver impactful content that supports the Scouts’ strategy: empowering even more young people through adventure, teamwork and shared values to take the lead and make a positive difference in the world.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll design a wide range of content, from thumb stopping social media posts, and annual reports, to large scale event branding and resources that support Scout badges and group activities.
You’ll collaborate with internal and external colleagues to produce branded content, mainly for digital channels such as social media and the website, though print design and layout skills are also essential. You’ll play a key role in the creative content process, brainstorming and shaping content using words, images, audio and video, with a strong focus on design.
You’ll also play an important creative role in project teams, delivering on-brand digital and print content that supports our goals. This includes conceptualisation, presentation, commissioning work, training colleagues on best practices and delivering to deadlines.
You’ll lead on key projects and campaigns, plus mentor and guide a junior creative.
As our Midweight Designer, the Key responsibilities are:
- Provide in-house graphic design services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to research, test and iterate content for digital channels such as social media and the website
- Lead and project-manage specific projects and campaigns
- Suggest creative solutions and put forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content and other improvements to the user journey
What we are looking for in our Midweight Designer:
- Strong creative and conceptual skills
- Able to conceptualise and produce content, with a specialist design focus, for digital and physical contexts, including marketing materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines with good attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (eg Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

I am currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Adviser for my client who are based on the M4 corridor in Berkshire. The role will cover maternity leave for an initial period of 12 months on a fixed term contract at a salary in the range of £36,636 to £46,049 per year depending upon experience. This role is a critical part of the fundraising puzzle to deliver the Edward’s Trust fundraising growth plan for 2026 and increase income and services in the local West Midlands area. You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the database (Donorflex) is maintained by the Fundraising Team alongside the Head of Fundraising.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Fundraising in reviewing systems and processes and ensuring that the Fundraising Team is working efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements and best practice.
The role will involve managing and tracking the Fundraising Team budget through direct line management when appropriate and you will be required to create monthly reports and updates as well as Trustee Reports, and, when needed, to reforecast income/expenditure, liaising with the senior leadership team.

About you and how to apply

About you

The job holder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Officer and volunteers within the team. There will be a requirement to work closely with the income generating staff, budget holders, auditors, banks and credit card providers on a regular basis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Finance Officer and Finance volunteer.

About the role
This role plays a key role in contributing to the safety and quality of our housing stock, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving improvements across gas, water, engineering services and seeking alternative green energy solutions. The post holder will be responsible for carrying out capital and revenue works within the Councils housing portfolio.
