The opportunity: An exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience Team. The Product & Partnership co-ordinator role will be responsible for the development and delivery of product, ensuring its alignment with CSSC Member's needs, market demands and company goals, to widen and improve the product portfolio.
The role will involve identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, in addition to maintaining positive relationships to ensure high levels of member and partner satisfaction.

What you will do:
• Collaborate with the Partnerships Lead, to identify and evaluate potential new partners in line with the Product Roadmap and recruitment opportunities to help drive member engagement.
• Assist with management of current relationships, product development, internal and external queries and implementing the product strategy.
•Managing the exclusive event programme, from idea suggestion, setting up event with the supplier, promoting the event and managing the event on the day
•Research new potential member events and suggest different proposals to improve member satisfaction. Conduct competitor analysis to ensure exclusivity with our events.
•Manage our Magic Monday campaign to research new ideas for members, promote to our members to offer members exclusive offers and incentives every Monday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product’s target audience, positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that product milestones are met.
• Review customer journeys with the assigned product portfolio to understand any pain points and suggest improvements.
• Conduct regular analysis of user data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
• Deliver product updates to internal teams regarding new product launches and changes, as well as support with volunteer member benefit development.

You will support a dispersed workforce who may be based at home, one of our properties, a location within the community or in the remote countryside where personal safety and emergency procedures need to be considered.
Alongside your work in North Scotland you will provide remote support to UK wide departments and teams, which may include supporting projects, events and collaborating with your HSE colleagues.
Your workload will include delivering site inspections to check compliance against internal and legal standards, deliver information and training, review incident data, complete investigations and compile and present reports to management teams. You will support the development and review of health & safety procedures and work with teams to support their implementation. You will promote wellbeing initiatives and lead by example and play a key role in implementing the RSPB's environmental management system.
In addition to broad health, safety and environmental knowledge, good interpersonal skills will be key to this role. You will be able to form excellent working relationships and be able to use influence to ensure health, safety and sustainability are taken into account at all stages of work. The funds we raise help UNHCR deliver emergency relief such as shelter, medical care and basic supplies to people fleeing conflict and persecution, as well as healthcare, education and livelihoods opportunities for those who remain displaced over the long term.

The charity has been in existence for over 230 years, and offer a variety of services in the community as well as education, transcription into alternative formats and residential care for adults and children. To achieve their mission they are looking for a Fundraising Manager focused on trusts and grants who will cultivate a pipeline of opportunities and ensure an excellent funder experience, to provide Sight Scotland with sustainable income.
The Trusts and Grants Fundraiser is a new role brought in to support with this growing income stream. This is an initial 2 year fixed term contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
The fundraiser will work beneath and with the Fundraising Manager – Trusts to develop trust income. Specifically the post holder will manage the small trust portfolio, support with reporting on KPIs and impact, create engaging cases for support, and support the Manager with various tasks, freeing them up to develop larger, strategic bids.
This role would suit someone who has experience of trusts and grants, either at an officer or fundraiser level, who can demonstrate experience of developing a trust and grants pipeline, creating compelling applications and directly delivering income success.

You will be joining us at an exciting moment, as we launch in-person support for the first time - bringing an inspiring programme of nature‑connection activities to school grounds and local nature spaces.
70,000 children have already taken part in Generation Wild and together they’ve completed over 270,000 nature activities. Your work will help us reach even more young people and take this work to the next level.
Generation Wild has been running for five years and is currently fully funded until August 2027.
