Board member x 4

Art and Energy are looking to recruit up to four new Board members from around the Southwest region.

You'll be joining an innovative, positive-thinking team as we look forward to 2027. 

We're particularly seeking skills in:  

• Organisational Development, including policies (e.g. Diversity, Equality and Inclusion - DEI), terms and conditions and delivery

• Financial management

• Regional knowledge specifically environment, energy and climate change

• Sales, commissions and commercial experience

• Communications, e.g. social media, storytelling

You will be:   

• Energetic and enthusiastic to make a difference

• Curious about the intersection between the arts and science

• Any age, we would welcome a young Board member (under 25) and we are interested in reflecting diversity on our Board 

• Based in the Southwest of the UK

• Open to giving support outside of core Board meetings

• Committed to a one-year term on our Board with a review at the end of this time

• Able to join four board meetings per year (three online - February, July, October 2027, and one in person with a creative invitation - April 2027)
