People and Business Manager

Your focus will be on optimising our work environment and processes so that our team can collaborate effectively, stay engaged, and continue to grow.

This is a hands-on management role. You’ll understand what the organisation needs, make good decisions, put the right systems around it and make sure things happen.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, managers and the wider team, often joining the dots between people, projects, money and what’s coming next.

You will be a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused professional with a strong background in people, business administration, and team support.

You’ll have a curious and creative approach to problem-solving, a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace, and the ability to drive effectiveness and engagement across the organisation, that optimises our ways of working.
