The role:
We’re seeking an engaging, organised and experienced individual to join our fantastic Mass Fundraising team on a 6-month fixed term contract!
This role is integral to the delivery of our ambitious Mass Participation fundraising budget. You will support on the delivery of new and existing insight-led fundraising products and reaching targets. You’ll achieve this by leading on end-to-end processes, supporting the Mass team on large-scale projects and campaigns with the aim to increase acquisition and improve retention, as well as using your excellent relationship skills you’ll engage with and steward our supporters.
About You
- You will have a good knowledge of Community and Individual Giving fundraising and have worked in a fundraising or a Supporter Care team with a focus on community and events supporters and fulfilment
- You will have an excellent track record of engaging with supporters through a range of channels including SMS, phone and email stewardship including but not limited to: event good luck calls, sponsorship chasing, general fundraising support
- You will have Community and events/fundraising process delivery experience including experience of Raisers Edge (preferable), updating data files
- You will be able to start in the team at short notice

About us:
At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for children and young adults with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes.
Our support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family; including overnight care, music therapy, counselling, sibling support groups, home visits and much, much more.
It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. Statutory funding makes up 16% of this amount and the rest is raised through fundraising activity.
Our services include overnight stays and community breaks at home or in the hospice. We also support the whole family from diagnosis with our multi-disciplinary Family Support team who provide counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy and much more. Our care team supports these families in our modern, purpose-built building. All our rooms/bedrooms have a homely feel. We have a sensory room, spa pool, cinema room and six acres of gardens.
We support families from a large geographical area, including South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Derbyshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The hospice is easily accessible from Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield and North Notts. We have free secure on-site parking for families and staff to use.
The role:
We are seeking a Care Administrator to work alongside our Senior Care Administrator, offering clerical support to our nursing and family support teams. The role involves providing administrative support for our Care Leadership Team, maintaining accurate care records, supporting referral and allocation processes and most importantly being a first point of contact for children and families accessing the hospice.
The requirements:
To fulfil the role effectively you will be an organised and caring person, with excellent attention to detail and able to work flexibly and collaboratively across the care services.
You will ideally have experience of working in an environment with children and families who have complex needs but this is not essential.

About the role
As the Risk and Internal Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our organisation by overseeing both risk management and internal audit operations. You will develop and manage CARE International UK’s risk management framework, maintain and update the organisation’s risk register, and provide regular risk management reports. You will also develop and execute an annual internal audit plan, ensuring compliance with recognised auditing standards. Your role involves coordinating with various CARE entities and overseeing specialist audits in areas like cybersecurity and GDPR. International travel will be required to support CARE International UK funded programmes.

Who we are:
Founded in 1992 by a group of mental health professionals, Working Well Trust was established to address the issue of low employment rates for people who have experienced mental health issues. Since starting we have seen advances in the specialist support offered to people seeking employment and a change in cultural attitudes towards mental health.

The build for this brand-new extra care scheme Harbour Place in Workington is well underway and we are now recruiting for a Registered Manager. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the new services is mobilised successfully.

About the Role:

The General Manager oversees 2 services and therefore is not always based at the service, so this role is ideal for someone who is confident in leading independently and making decisions that enhance the home's quality of care and operations.
What will I be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, motivate, and manage the care and support teams to provide excellent care to our residents.
· Oversee the smooth running of the home, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including health & safety and safeguarding.
· Independently manage daily operations, liaising with the general manager as needed.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
· Support and mentor staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
· Monitor and improve quality standards within the home, ensuring CQC requirements are met.

What do I need to have to apply?
· Previous experience in a management or leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting.

Today, Ochil Tower School is a thriving educational and residential community, where 27 children and young people, aged 8-21, with special and complex additional support needs live, learn and grow together.
The School is part of the Camphill Community which comprises 11 different Camphill sites in Scotland.
Ochil Tower School is set in seven acres of stunning Perthshire countryside. This enables its children and young adults to feel more relaxed and better able to forge relationships with peers and staff. They are then more able to build self-esteem, confidence and their capacity for resilience.
The School provides excellent care and education and is not short on ambition. In October 2018, it opened a new Life Skills Centre. This facility is for young adults aged 18 – 21 and is designed to help them so that they are better prepared for the challenges of living an independent adult life by developing their skills in learning, life and work. OTS is now focussed on extending the residential provision to 52 weeks. The Board of Trustees have a commitment to further enhancing and developing their residential houses and plans to build new educational facilities for the school.
Ochil Tower School is now looking for a Head of Care who will form a key part of the Leadership Team, working under a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Director. The Head of Care would be effective in collaborating with the education team, parents and carers and a range of other partners to meet the needs of our children and young people.
The Head of Care will liaise with members of the school community primarily but will link in with other residential schools and with other external agencies to ensure that the service remains responsive to need, is professional in approach and in line with National Care Standards, as well as Government initiatives regarding residential and day care for children and young people. The successful candidate will undertake the day-to-day strategic leadership and management of the residential team and ensure effective systems are in place for policies, procedures and monitoring. You should have significant experience of working successfully in a leadership role with proven experience of leading and supporting the development and delivery of operational strategies and associated action plans.
As well as all the skills required of a senior manager, you will need to have a commitment to and respect for the Camphill ideology.
We would emphasise that you need not be an existing Head of Care but a very experienced leader in a sizable organisation who is ready to step into strategic management.

Day Care Officer – Day Care Centres
Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit Day Care Officers to cover a range of hours and shifts across our two Day Care Centres.
Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events.
We have a dedicated, specialist team supporting people with care needs, including those living with mild - moderate dementia and complex needs.
The successful candidate will:

York Carers Centre is an independent charity that helps unpaid carers in York access the support they need. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest in using their experience and skills to lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers working with and for young carers across York.
With responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of an effective quality Young Carer Service the post holder will ensure young carers are identified and recognised and have access to a range of emotional and practical support according to their specific needs.
The role will involve providing monitoring reports to our funders, working strategically with a range of professionals from the voluntary and statutory sector, and building relationships with schools; to raise awareness of young carers and ensure carers and their families access relevant information and support.
The Lead Officer will support the team to deliver activities and one-to-one support for the most vulnerable young people and work with colleagues to create initiatives which ensure young carers have fun, develop healthy networks and develop their voice through active participation thereby effecting positive change.

The programme will offer one-to-one time-limited psychosocial interventions to children and their families. We will utilise solution-focused approached to provide children and their families with a toolbox of strategies to help support the child's emotional health and wellbeing and manage their feelings. The direct work with children and families will be supported by digital interventions, through the use of our own wellbeing app “Me Time”.
About the role
We are looking for a creative, empathetic and organised practitioner who has experience of working with children and families around their wellbeing. You'll have excellent relational skills and have the ability to quickly build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
The role will be responsible for engaging children aged 8-13 and their parents, carers and family members where appropriate. You will deliver short term interventions to children who are struggling with their emotional health and wellbeing. These interventions will be face-to-face, over the phone and utilising our wellbeing app “Me Time”. The role will also work in partnership with other organisations and agencies such as schools, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHs), GPs and early help services.
In addition to working within your local team in Coventry & Warwickshire you'll also form part of the National Programme, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues working across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
