Head of Parent Participation (21 hours per week)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of co-production and, ideally, knowledge of Parent Carer Forums and how they operate. You will be an experienced line manager, able to motivate and support large teams, with senior-level experience in a user-led environment. Ideally, you will also have led service delivery improvement programmes, improved satisfaction scores or similar KPIs, and built strong partnerships through effective relationship management and communication.
