Role Summary 

Bliss is the UK’s leading national charity for babies born premature or sick, and we are looking for a skilled Corporate Fundraising Programme Lead to join our enthusiastic and passionate Fundraising team. You will bring your skills in strategic planning, account management, new business, and negotiation to deepen our engagement with a range of corporate partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take a leadership role within our fundraising team, supporting our ambition to grow our income over the coming years to have a greater impact for babies and families.

Role Details 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in Corporate Fundraising partnerships to make a real difference as part of a small, dynamic and dedicated charity. Working closely with Bliss’ senior management team, you’ll work with a high degree of autonomy to strengthen our support from existing partners and secure new mutually beneficial relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: 

· Strong working knowledge of all types of fundraising partnerships, including sponsorship, cause-related marketing, and Charity of the Year.

· Excellent account management skills, with proven experience managing five- or six-figure partnerships.

· Proven experience securing new partners at five- or six-figure levels.

· Strong commercial acumen: the ability to understand other organisations’ commercial objectives and build mutually beneficial agreements that deliver value for Bliss.

· Influencing and leadership skills, including demonstrable experience of effectively working with senior colleagues and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Corporate Partnerships to join our passionate team of fundraisers to develop and implement an effective partnerships strategy for Mental Health UK and Rethink Mental Illness. Their work will drive income growth and brand awareness, deepen relationships with existing partners and proactively engage new partners.  

This role is suited to an experienced charity partnerships professional who is keen to make their mark in the mental health sector. As a senior leader, you will work collaboratively across Fundraising, Senior Leadership and the wider departments of Mental Health UK, Rethink Mental Illness and other charities in the Mental Health UK group. You will effectively lead and nurture a growing team to evolve our partnership offering, create new and dynamic partnerships and drive an ambitious pipeline with the potential to change the mental health landscape in the business community and beyond.

An exciting position has arisen to join the fundraising team at Support Through Court - a small social justice charity that packs a big punch. We help increase access to justice for those who, due to severe cuts to legal aid, are forced to face the Civil and Family courts alone and without legal representation, often in life-changing cases such as domestic violence, eviction, and debt. 

This role helps raise vital funds for the charity from partnerships with corporates in the legal world.  You will steward corporate partners, create funding applications and marketing materials, and run events to engage new and existing supporters.

Role overview

The Partnership Manager will oversee and deliver account management across our mentoring partnership portfolio. This role involves managing the partner experience across a range of sectors, including higher education, the third sector, schools and corporate partnerships. The post-holder will be responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting them in developing their yearly mentoring plans, engaging in regular communications to ensure we’re on track with our deliverables, and renewing contracts annually. • Complete annual mentoring project plans with all partners

The Role

The role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our fast-growing Fundraising Team, and leading our new business efforts by identifying, cultivating and securing new corporate partnerships at the six and seven-figure level as well as playing an active part in the wider team’s endeavours to secure and uplift our corporate partnerships.

· Proactively approach and build new relationships with corporates, securing and attending meetings.

· Develop and deliver high quality communications to secure new corporate partnerships. For example, this could include brochures, proposals, and pitches which communicate the charity’s work, strategy, and a case for why companies should support the Childhood Trust.

· Work collaboratively with the Account Management team to embed new partnerships to ensure they are managed appropriately.

· Contribute to setting the annual budget and carrying out regular review of the pipeline

 Person Specification:

· Proven track record of personally soliciting corporate partnerships at the six-figure level and above

· Experience of dealing with C-suite individuals and senior volunteers

About Women in Prison

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.

Job Purpose:

You will be joining Women in Prison’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. This role will set the foundations for Women in Prison’s ambitious fundraising plans leading on securing gifts from trusts and foundations and ensuring that all secured grants are well managed and effectively reported on. The post holder will identify new funding opportunities and ensure these are assessed and responded to in collaboration with staff across the organisation.

We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Contract Manager to join our Homelessness & complex needs service in Kensington & Chelsea.

Contract Managers are responsible for the effective management of all contracts within their designated patch, including line managing the relevant front line staff. Leadership and competence development in direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. Post-holders may also carry client group specialism responsibilities, linking in with other Managers and Head of Operations to ensure focussed integration of specialisms across the whole organisation.

9 - 5 Monday to Friday occasional weekend work due to service needs.

This Role will be fixed term for 6 months and possible extension.

What you'll do:

Drive business planning activities within your contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and ongoing performance tracking, developing turn around action plans as may be necessary
Using sound financial and accounting principles, manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets
Successfully lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
Work to continuously improve staff competence, ensure ownership of all staff issues and speedy and effective conflict resolution
Responsible for reporting all staff changes to HR and Payroll departments, as appropriate e.g. starters, leavers, additional hours etc.
Responsible for maintaining quarterly staff succession plans
Deliver effective, professional and commercially focused briefings and supervision meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting & communications flow up/down is effective
Responsible for managing and allocating customers to support staff (casework management)
Develop key business relationships with all relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
