About the role
As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and developing our hybrid infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring an exceptional experience for colleagues, members, volunteers, and partners. You'll own the roadmap for the development of our on-premises and cloud capabilities, driving standardisation and security while negating technical debt.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Technology, you'll build the foundations of a technical architecture that facilitates growth, change, and adaptation in delivering Crisis' organisational strategy. With financial and supervisory responsibilities, you'll lead and develop a talented team, while also managing budgets and supporting procurement processes. Additionally, you'll design, implement, and manage organisation-wide cyber security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus minimum standards. Purpose of the IT/AV Technician role is to:
The RAF Museum is looking for a dynamic and proactive IT/AV Technician to join a busy and wellestablished IT department. You must be able to work independently but also be a team player. You will work alongside other members of the team, acting as a first point of contact for our users. You will be working on anything from Cyber Security and Networking to Gallery interactive repairs and meeting room Audio Visual, as well as traditional desktop support. The role can be very hands-on at times, but with elements of remote support, troubleshooting and investigation.
Key responsibilities of our IT/AV Technician include:
- Providing first- and second-line support the Museum’s Information Technology and AudioVisual systems through performance of the job functions detailed below
- Supporting all IT hardware, software & telephony, including looking after the incoming support tickets, especially in London but also covering Midlands and Stafford sites as needed
- Being responsible for setting up new starters IT profiles, deleting leavers IT profiles and making any changes to staff profiles, in a timely manner
- Liaising with contractors especially in relation to the managed printers contract, specifically for maintaining consumables on site 3
- Managing the IT Department’s supply of IT equipment, especially laptops and desktops to new users, replacements, and repair in accordance with the supplied documentation. Also managing the storage areas and ensuring that recycling including Waste Electrical recycling is routinely performed
- Providing training as requested and in some semi-formal sessions on the use of IT equipment
- Looking after the status and configuration of shared computers in the meeting rooms
- Supporting the IT Team’s Cyber-Security policy by working with the vulnerability scanner and resolving issues where possible, with the support of the team
What we are looking for in our IT/AV Technician:
- Level 3 - IT qualification or relevant work experience
- Good level of general education, including GCSE English and maths, or equivalent
- Experience working in IT providing support of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS, Active Directory, LAN / WAN, Microsoft Office 365 and Mobile Devices from Samsung and Apple
- Displays enthusiasm around activities, adopting a positive approach when interacting with others, and motivating team member
- Uses experience and knowledge of standard practices, procedures or customs to evaluate problems and make appropriate decisions/provide appropriate advice
- Can be self-motivated in terms of proactively solving problems independently if possible

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. The Organisation
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.
We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.
We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst to join us on a full-time basis, for a 12 month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

The Role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will support our IT estate through the production of detailed analysis and documentation for our main business processes.
Working closely with the Applications Support Manager and operational business managers, you will assist with the design and implementation of new solutions, as well as providing ongoing support for our IT systems, particularly SharePoint.
You will evaluate, document and maintain business processes, perform requirements analyses for new solutions, and produce detailed specification documents to allow suitable IT solutions to be identified.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor project performance
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for business applications
- Provide ongoing technical support for business applications
- Implement new software solutions
- Conduct and assist with end user testing and training documentation
About You
To be considered as an IT Business Analyst, you will need:
- Experience of supporting business applications, particularly SharePoint
- Experience of producing business process documentation
- Extensive experience in the creation of comprehensive end-user documentation
- Experience in delivering and executing test plans
- A good understanding of managing and analysing large datasets

IT Officer - part time 3 days a week role - National
Charity People have partnered with a £4million turnover NFP organisation called Advice UK, to help recruit an IT Officer.
This is a newly created role, fully remote where you are required to come to London once a month. The role offers a salary between £32,000 - £34,000 per annum + Regional Weighting, which will be pro-ratad for three days a week.
This is an exciting time to join this growing organisation, where you will be reporting to the Head of Systems and Technology. If you have strong experience in SharePoint and would like to bring their skills and experience to a brand new IT Division, then look no further.
Some of your key duties and responsibilities are;
- Project manage the implementation of all agreed technology projects e.g. migration to SharePoint (including devising a new file structure, identify files that need to be archived and deleted in compliance with the organisations data retention policy and GDPR)
- Develop, document and maintain a map of current technology systems
- Create and implement protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects (e.g. onboarding and offboarding)
- Create, implement and manage a process for internal IT support that makes cost-effective use of our external IT support supplier by being first point of contact for AUK staff for IT issues to triage requests and issues for our external IT support
- Support the Head of Systems and Technology in selecting most cost-effective systems and technology to deliver the organisation's objectives
- Devise, manage and test a backup and recovery process.
- Manage external access request to teams for project work as appropriate
- Work alongside the Data Protection + Cyber Security Officer to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR) + cyber security standards
Candidates applying for this role must have the following:
- Experience of managing migration to SharePoint is essential
- Delivering effective ICT support to staff
- Experience of introducing new technologies and upgrades to support organisational effectiveness. As part of this, providing staff with advice and training to make the most of these new technologies.
- Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data and evidence into actionable insights to inform decision-making
- Ability to use a range of digital ICT tools; CRMs, Microsoft applications to undertake complex tasks & to embrace new technologies & ways of working

In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. - Develop and produce monthly management reports for the CEO
- Produce quarterly operational reports for board meetings.
IT and Office
- Coordinate IT support services, including m[HR5] anaging the setup of new starters on various TCT IT and digital platforms and channels.
