Role Requirements
Your role will be to provide a high standard of housekeeping and accommodation service across site. You will provide excellent levels of cleanliness that are consistent throughout the site.
As part of the site services team the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the facilities team and assist in covering in the laundry, in the deep clean team or other works as and when required.
You will be a natural and enthusiastic housekeeper working not only as part of a team but also individually. This is a chance for an outstanding candidate to make a significant and lasting difference to the lives of thousands of children and families.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

The Supporter Care Coordinator role sits within the Supporter Experience team, whose goal is to ensure that all Scope supporters, whether they are giving time, money, or voice, have the best experience each time they interact with us.
The role
The Supporter Care team is the first point of contact for all supporter and donor queries, so you will be at the frontline, engaging with a variety of people contacting Scope. The role of the Supporter Care Coordinator is to ensure that each of these people feels appreciated, informed, and satisfied after engaging with Scope, leaving them feeling valued and committed to giving their ongoing support.
You will:
· Be responsible for handling incoming queries from supporters, across telephone, email, and post, as well handling outbound supporter service calls and other communications.

· Report to the Supporter Care Team Leader, and sit within the wider Fundraising team.
· Work closely with colleagues across the directorate, providing support in key periods, and contributing to overall fundraising income goals and an improved supporter experience.

Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people. We are hiring a Mental Health Floating Support Coordinator to support our Luton Service which delivers support to individuals living within the community who have support needs pertaining to their mental health and wellbeing. The service works alongside statutory services, with the aim of moving people on to independent living within two years. You will empower and motivate our residents and participants to achieve their personal goals and gain greater independence, which enables them to reintegrate into the community and lead fulfilling lives. The support offered is tailored to the individual needs of the participants and residents through a recovery based model.

What we are looking for:

- Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, including in the criminal justice field, mental health, and/or substance misuse or a good understanding of the sector
- Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
- Able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others
What we would like, but not essential:
- Appropriate qualification: NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care/Community Justice, or professional equivalent
- Experience of providing housing support and a practical assistance within a residential or outreach support role

About you:
