We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive, to play an important enabling role, supporting the wider Partnerships team in the pursuit of new business, account retention/growth and fundraising/donor management.
Position: Corporate Partnerships Executive

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will also have a dotted line to the Senior Business Development Manager. Together, you will be responsible for directing your day-to-day work to ensure the organisation is delivering for clients.
From researching prospects, project managing events, onboarding programme participants to following up with prospects and compiling impact reports, no two days will be the same in this highly varied and dynamic role.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Proactively managing new business leads and enquiries
- Supporting account management, growth and retention activities
- Undertaking research on prospects and leads for meetings and events
- Joining new business and account management calls and meetings
- Participating in programme recruitment and onboarding sessions
- Compiling data for and supporting in the production of proposals, terms of business, client reports and other documentation
- Assisting in the management and delivery of external events
- Maintaining accurate data and compliance within Salesforce

You will have experience in a client-facing role, ideally gained in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. You will be a clear communicator with a commitment to the organisations mission and work.

The role
The Business Support Manager will lead the development and delivery of best quality, highly responsive business support services helping to ensure administrative excellence, smart systems and processes and fully compliant operations across the organisation.
Working to the CEO and with the wider management team, the Business Support Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating central services for the charity. You will manage multiple administrative and business functions delivering great service to internal customers in areas spanning: core finance and performance management processes and systems; HR including staff recruitment, induction and workforce development; building and IT management; and quality, compliance and governance including overseeing policies, procedures and documentation. · At least 3 years experience in a relevant business support/finance administration role

· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong IT knowledge and capability
· Great analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

We’re looking for a Challenge Events Manager to join our Sports and Challenge Events Team managing an innovative and evolving portfolio of mass participation events, including the mighty London Marathon.

About the role
The London Library is planning a major, multi-year building project and is looking for a Senior Facilities Officer - Project Management to work within the Buildings and Facilities Management team to help support and deliver the project.
As part of a small, hands-on team, this new role will also support the Library’s maintenance and improvement programmes, arranging contractor works and providing liaison with colleagues across the Library. About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a lively, dynamic and driven fundraising events team. Over the last decade, Breast Cancer Now has built up a strong events function community fundraising and events currently accounting for nearly a quarter of the charity’s overall voluntary income.
We’re now looking for an events officer to play a key role within the team. You’ll lead on the delivery of a range of events including runs, triathlons, cycles, treks and overseas challenges, with a focus on growing income and engagement. Your role will also help to drive us forward as the go-to charity for challenge events by providing an excellent supporter experience.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a real drive and a passion for charity events fundraising. You’ll be delivering your own portfolio of events including recruitment of participants, development of supporter journeys and stewardship communications to meet net income and supporter retention targets.
We’re a dedicated team with our supporters at the heart of what we do. If you have experience and interest in delivering events and building relationships with supporters, then this could be the role for you.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London or Glasgow office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Oasis Community Hub East Southampton are recruiting for an experienced team leader to work alongside our Strategic Community Development Lead and the youth and community hub team in East Southampton. This positive, adaptable and talented leader will help us to strengthen, sustain and grow our range of youth and community programmes.
The role will encompass integrated community and youth support activities. Leading a small and passionate team of employees and volunteers to develop the use of the Harefield Hub space and deliver youth provision and the food pantry. The role will be focussed on the East Southampton community surrounding Oasis Academies Mayfield and Sholing and the Harefield Hub space. Working together with the Strategic Community Development Lead you will also be part of the Oasis Community development across Southampton.
Key responsibilities will be:
· To build positive and supportive working partnerships with the local community, supporting them to access Hub services and activities to develop their skills, knowledge and aspirations.
· To work with the Strategic Community Development Lead to create a plan to deliver joined up services that address the needs of the local neighbourhood, including community projects, holiday provision, and volunteer, family and youth support.
· Provide leadership and line management to, the youth project and the pantry leads, building a positive and well-functioning team that models the Oasis ethos and values. Supporting them in the day to day running and development of these projects.
· Lead on all aspects of the day-to-day administration and supervision of a team of volunteers and their activities, developing and inspiring them to develop best possible practice to meet the needs of the local Hub deploying volunteers’ strengths and acting as an authentic role model.
The successful post holder must have:
· Self-motivation, resilience, with excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.
· Successful experience of working with parents / carers (voluntary or paid work)
· Proven experience of community development and working with young people.
· Experience working with challenging behaviours and attitudes.
· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health and safety.
