Role Overview

As we grow our reach and deepen our impact, we are seeking a highly capable team member to lead our partnerships and fundraising work. This role is central to securing the resources, relationships, and income needed to ensure our Multibank meets rising demand across Scotland while contributing to the wider ambitions of the National Multibank network.

Working to a strategy agreed and developed with the CEO, the Partnerships & Fundraising Manager will build strong corporate, community, and referral partnerships; unlock surplus and donated goods; and secure sustainable income through grants, corporate giving, and strategic collaborations. This is a dynamic, relationship-led role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating opportunities, strengthening networks, and helping drive organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Build and manage strong relationships with businesses, retailers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to secure surplus goods and in-kind support.
• Expand and maintain a network of referral partners, including schools, health professionals, local authorities, and community organisations.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that extend the Multibank’s reach and strengthen supply.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and progress these independently, escalating strategic or high-value decisions to the CEO as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the National Multibank and Regional Multibank network, building and nurturing strong relationships and contributing to shared partnership and fundraising opportunities.

Fundraising & Income Generation

• Work closely with the CEO to develop and deliver a pipeline of funding opportunities across trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, and individual supporters.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals, business cases, and impact reports that clearly communicate need and demonstrate value.
• Secure restricted and unrestricted income to support operational costs, cost-price procurement, and strategic initiatives.

Innovation & Strategic Support

• Work closely with the CEO to identify and secure funding for pilot projects and new delivery models.
• Help shape partnership approaches that support test-and-learn innovation, wrap-around support, and new community pathways.
• Represent The Big House at meetings, events, and stakeholder forums, helping raise the profile of the Multibank and its mission.

About You & The Role

You are a natural builder who enjoys closing deals, developing relationships and creating meaningful social impact. You will shape and lead PBC’s first dedicated fundraising function, building a portfolio from the ground up with limited existing donor relationships.

The role focuses on securing six-figure corporate partnerships and cultivating high-net-worth individual donors, alongside a smaller trusts and foundations portfolio. You thrive in a strategic, relationship-led role and are comfortable using a broad range of fundraising approaches.

Key Responsibilities

High Trees are seeking an experienced and data-driven Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, with strong project management skills. You will be joining us at an exciting time as High Trees continues to grow the scale and reach of our work. This role is central to creating an evidence-based culture and embedding ongoing monitoring and evaluation cycles to understand the impact of our work.

Working across the organisation, you will need to be confident across a range of approaches to monitoring and evaluation and be able to assess and determine appropriate methods, dependent on context. You will be highly proficient in collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and have experience in developing impact frameworks, including theory of change, outcomes, and indicators. As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, you will have oversight of monitoring systems and processes ensuring that impact data collected is to a high standard across the organisation and our partnerships.

Collaboration with colleagues is an essential part of this role and you will enjoy working with others and be a valued partner, peer and colleague. Supporting the Head of Community Research and Impact, you will actively contribute to ensuring our impact plan is effectively embedded within key strategic areas. For over 15 years, Scotty's Little Soldiers has been supporting children and young people who have been bereaved of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces.We are about to embark on an exciting journey which will see the charity evolve to support anyone affected by a military-connected bereavement and ultimately empower a community of more than 25,000 bereaved individuals and their families by 2035. 

Founded in 2010 by Nikki Scott following the death of her husband, Corporal Lee Scott, the charity currently offers a unique blend of emotional, practical, and educational support to over 750 young people.

Role Mission. 

We’re on a mission to connect with thousands more bereaved military families and that starts with storytelling.We believe that ‘social’ media is in the past and what is needed today is ‘interest’ media – great content that engages its target audience has the potential to reach more people than a high follow count.As Content Creator, you’ll be our expert in creating great content, capturing the emotion, personality, and purpose behind everything we do. 

This is a fast-paced, highly proactive role focused on creating short-form video and photo content for social media. You’ll attend events, follow team members in action, and use your creative instincts to turn everyday moments into compelling content that resonates with our unique audience. We’re not looking for slick corporate videos, we want quick-turnaround, on-brand, authentic content that stops the scroll and builds trust. 

The key responsibilities of this role are:  

Content Creation 

• Film and edit short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories etc) for use across Scotty’s social channels. 

• Capture and edit photography when needed, particularly from in-person events and outreach activity, often on the go. 

• Work proactively to identify and attend opportunities to film team members and events (e.g. corporate talks, family days, community activity). 

• Jump on relevant trends and moments, adapting them to fit the tone, audience, and sensitivity of our cause. 

• Create great content which will educate or entertain our target audiences (within the bereaved military community). 

Editing & Tools 

• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or iPhone editing apps to deliver content quickly and efficiently. 

• Add subtitles, basic transitions, music, and graphics where appropriate, always with accessibility and brand in mind. 

• Maintain an organised archive of content and assets for reuse across campaigns. 

• Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing Exec to provide platform-ready content.

Planning & Collaboration 

• Collaborate with the Head of Outreach and Social Media & Marketing Executive to contribute to the content calendar and plan campaigns inline with goals. 

• Bring creative ideas to the table and take initiative in spotting content opportunities. 

• Work to brand guidelines while retaining creative flexibility, balancing tone, authenticity, and audience sensitivity. 

The 30-day goals for this role are: 

• Built a deep understanding of Scotty’s mission, our audience, the services we provide, and strategic direction. 

• Conduct a full audit of the charities existing assets, tools and equipment.  

• Alongside the Head of Outreach and the Social Media & Marketing Exec demonstrate a strong understanding of the Scotty’s tone of voice and our marketing philosophy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

Must Have

• Confidence working independently and proactively, capturing content without needing detailed briefs.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK for events and activities (with flexibility around occasional evenings or weekends).

Main Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Operations

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well‑organised working environment.

The successful candidate will  have current knowledge of funding opportunities for voluntary sector organisations, a successful track record of generating grant income, and be highly organised with strong project Management skills.  They will play a crucial role in helping us obtain and sustain grant income from Trusts and Foundations and statutory sources. Amos Trust is entering an exciting new phase, expanding our events and relaunching our Palestine travel. We are looking for a passionate Events Manager to join our team.

In all our work we seek to platform artists and activists with lived experience and to find creative ways to engage people.

This year marks our 40th anniversary—and we are entering an exciting new chapter. To expand our programme of events and relaunch our highly regarded Palestine travel programme, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Events Manager to join our small, dedicated team.

The Role

The person appointed will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-profile live events and tours

• Managing our international travel programme to Palestine

• Supporting further operational activities across the organisation

You will work closely with the Amos team and report to the Head of Finance and Operations.

Events

In recent years, Amos Trust has delivered an ambitious and growing programme, including:

• Sumud Concert at Union Chapel featuring Mogwai, Brian Eno, Adnan Joubran, Nadine Shah and others

• Beyond the Rubble national tour with young dancers from our partner  Alrowwad in Bethlehem

• Requiems at Methodist Central Hall and Greenbelt Festival to commemorate those killed in the Gaza Genocide

• Days Like These fundraising concert with Billy Bragg and friends

We are looking for someone who can build on this momentum and help us increase the number and range of events we run. 

Travel 

We are relaunching our Palestine Travel Programme after a three-year pause. We plan to be taking our first supporter groups to visit The West Bank in April 2026.  We will be taking the trip participants into a highly complex environment which requires exceptional planning and preparation to ensure the success of the trips and the safety of the participants.

You will also support our annual Roaclub cycling programme, visits to international partners and hosting international guests and partners in the UK

Operations

Alongside events and travel, you will manage a range of additional operational tasks. As a small organisation without a permanent office, these responsibilities will be manageable and shaped by your skills and experience.

You will be instrumental in the quality and impactful implementation, delivery and retention of our sites. You will oversee the delivery of exceptional outcomes in support of the charity's mission. You will work as part of a Regional team to deliver outstanding programmes across your geography, establishing and leading partnerships throughout the life of a programme.

The Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has a vision for the church to be a reconciling presence in conflict and communities, with a purpose to mobilise a generation of reconcilers, pursuing a just and flourishing world. RLN works across the Anglican Communion and ecumenically, supporting a ministry of peacebuilding and reconciliation, with a small and agile team (currently six team members).
Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has developed Difference, growing a cohort of global champions and a network of leaders focusing on reconciliation as a mission.
Difference (difference.rln.global) aims to encourage, support and mobilise a generation to live out their calling as peacemakers and reconcilers, pursuing a just flourishing world. This role will seek to deliver significant growth and engagement of Difference.

What you'll be doing
The Head of Communications and Partnerships (for Reconciling Leaders Network) will lead RLN's communications, marketing, and digital engagement strategy, ensuring our message is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels, extending the reach and engagement of Difference. This role is central to shaping how RLN and Difference are experienced by audiences in the UK and globally.

The successful candidate will bring understanding of the reconciliation and peacebuilding sector, as well as the geo-political and church contexts in which RLN operates. They will be a strategic thinker, a skilled marketeer, theologically astute and a relationship builder who is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and justice, and brings cultural sensitivity to their work and leadership.

The post holder will support the bold objectives for this reconciliation ministry. They will have budgetary and line-management responsibilities and work with external agencies and freelancers to deliver outcomes.
You will work with and through Anglican systems, structures and networks as well ecumenically across different Christian denominations and other organisations - reaching a global audience. As well as working with civic, community and multinational organisations and networks.

Key role requirements
- You will need experience working with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable communication plans and outcomes
- This is a 2-year fixed-term contract or secondment for internal NCI staff (extension dependant on funding)
- An enhanced DBS check (with child barring) will be required as part of our pre-employment checks
- The successful candidate will need to spend 2 days per week in Church House, London
- This post is subject to an occupational requirement that the holder be a Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
- A willingness and availability to occasionally work outside normal office hours is required
