Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships

Our client is a global feminist organisation founded by the singer-songwriter Annie Lennox, alongside other leading women. It brings together changemakers to fight for the safety and equality of marginalised women across the world.  
 
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract role, paying a salary of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum. This is primarily a homebased role; the postholder will need to be in close proximity to London to attend regular meetings and events.  
 
The Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships will deliver on the charity’s income and fundraising strategy, while playing a key role in the senior leadership team. Your focus will be driving income and donor engagement via major donors, corporates and special events and initiatives. You will drive new business activity and identify opportunities for partnership/support from a variety of high value sources.  
 
The ideal candidate will be an experienced high-value fundraiser, that can demonstrate expertise in securing five/six-figure plus donations from major donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations. You will have significant experience in delivering high-quality fundraising and special events.
