Summary of the role:
The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, facilitating the efficiency of operations of all HR functions. This role is essential for maintaining an organised HR system and processes, assisting with data management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
About the Role:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations).
- Accurate data entry of HR information systems to maintain data integrity.
- Assist with data retrieval and reporting for compliance and HR planning.
- Conduct regular audits on all HR trackers to correct discrepancies or missing documents in line with GDPR.

Join Dementia UK as a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Support Officer and have the opportunity to work with a team who have a shared focus of collaborating and improving the lives of families living with dementia through the learning experience of Admiral Nurses.
Collaborating closely with our Academy Coordinator and team members, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the Admiral Nurse Academy’s learning management system, Blackboard, to ensure it offers Admiral Nurses high quality learning opportunities. You will design and build online learning courses and modules, from an initial structure/outline, to the detailed storyboarding of content (supplied by Academy Team), activities and assessments. You’ll harness various digital tools and applications like Articulate, Vyond, and Padlet to craft captivating content. Ensuring that the learning design for all online programmes is focused on helping Admiral Nurses to achieve course learning outcomes and meet their personal learning goals.
The preferred candidate will have high-level knowledge of learning management systems and the digital tools used in online learning. You will have experience of working or studying in online education or training, being able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. You will be able to work in a deadline driven production environment and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously working with internal and external stakeholders.

As Together Through Homelessness Coordinator, you’ll:
- deal with enquiries from a variety of key stakeholders, to contribute to the successful day-to-day delivery of our vet scheme,
- support dog owners who are experiencing homelessness to register their dogs on the scheme, and signpost them to other support services sensitively and tactfully,
- carry out key processes to ensure the efficient running of our schemes, from checking microchip details to discussing complex cases with our Vet team,
- ensure administration processes are completed efficiently, keeping accurate records at all times.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience of supporting people in vulnerable situations or personal crisis, including having challenging conversations. The role holder works closely with their Delivery team colleagues and Account Managers to create materials that advance a portfolio of clients, projects and campaigns’ communications efforts.
Alongside the Production Manager, the Delivery Coordinator drives forward production of innovative, attention grabbing written and visual content for print and digital applications and is a champion for enhancing systems and processes within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
- Coordination of end-to-end production processes for campaign materials, including videos, graphics, and print collateral.
- Support the liaison with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers aligned with the Communications INC's values and the values of environmental and social responsibility.
- Contribute to the request for estimates from sustainable suppliers, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate client requests for media and OOH advertising, liaising with designers, advertising agencies and the client as needed.
- Produce and manage production briefs, timeline and budgets as required.
- Source high-quality images for campaigns while adhering to copyright and licensing regulations.

·Work with the Community and Events Manager to implement Challengers Community and Events income strategy to a high standard.
