Sexual Health Counselling Manager

We are seeking an experienced counsellor/therapist to manage the Sexual Health Counselling Service, managing a small team of counsellors, trainees and volunteers.

The role will involve line management responsibilities for counsellors on the service, as well as for a young people’s counsellor; and overseeing up 2-4 trainee/volunteer placements, supporting their development and liaising with training institutes.

In addition to holding a small client caseload, you will also oversee client intake, assessments and allocation. You will ensure a high-quality and consistent delivery across the Sexual Health counselling service in line with KPIs and frameworks. Increasing referrals and building strong relationships in commissioned London boroughs will be an integral focus.
