The role also includes responsibilities as a Class Tutor, where you will take an active role in the academic, pastoral and personal development of a group of pupils. You will act as a key point of contact for parents, contribute to pupil reviews, and ensure that registration periods are purposeful and supportive.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership within the classroom, effectively managing and supporting additional staff, including trainees and teaching assistants. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organised, safe and engaging learning environment, ensuring high standards of health and safety at all times.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Manager to join us at our West Thames Campus. As Curriculum Manager, you will support quality monitoring and assurance and work with the curriculum team to continuously drive up the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- To effectively line manage 5 teachers and an Employment Specialist including manging sickness, holiday, and check-ins.
- To provide mentoring and support to trainee teachers to ensure that they can pass their accreditations and become outstanding teachers.
- To undertake quality monitoring and quality improvement. This will include observations of teaching and learning, moderation etc.
- To support the Assistant Principal for Curriculum with gathering of required information to inform the college self-assessment report (SAR) and quality improvement plan (QIP)
- As a member of the college leadership team, you will support the Head of College in developing and implementing Ambitious College's strategic and business plan. This will require monthly attendance at, and contribution to, leadership team meetings.

About the role

This role also supports colleagues in the south and west region.

Great communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is being proactive and self-motivated, with a positive approach to work.
The role is based at our Redcar campus, so you should be within commutable distance; our campus post code is TS10 4AB. The role is predominantly hybrid with the need to be on site at least once a fortnight. The role will, on occasion, be required to travel to other sites across the country and travel expenses will be paid.

There are two parts to the Primary Science Mentor role. The majority of the role will focus on strengthening primary science teaching and leadership by leading our third Priority Areas initiative in North-West England. Through their knowledge of and passion for primary science education, the successful candidate will inspire transformational change in schools taking part in this project. They will build close working relationships with participating schools and create a vibrant and exciting learning community based on mutual support and the sharing of expertise.

The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Stewardship Manager to play a key role in increasing the financial resources available for mission across the Diocese. Working closely with the Finance Director, Archdeacons, and parish leaders, you will help embed generous giving practices and support churches to develop sustainable approaches to funding ministry.
This is an influential and relational role for someone who can combine theological understanding, financial insight, and strong communication skills to help parishes identify and overcome potential barriers to generosity and grow in confidence around Christian stewardship.
About the Role
You will support parishes and diocesan colleagues in building a culture of generosity and sustainable giving. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading the development of a culture of generosity and mutual support across the Diocese
· Working alongside the Finance Director, Archdeacons and colleagues to grow parish giving and develop parish offers
· Teaching and speaking in parishes, deaneries, and online gatherings on Christian generosity and stewardship

About You

What you’ll bring

- A recognised qualification in a core mental health profession, or a qualification in working with children supported by additional child mental health training or experience.
- You will have knowledge and experience of delivering CBT or CBT-informed interventions for children, young people and families in a CAMHS and/or educational setting.
- Experience of facilitating small group learning, teaching or training adults in an inclusive way.
- As the ideal candidate, you will have experience of supervision, reflective practice or supporting staff, colleagues or students on a university course.

Key details
Hours: Part-time, 7 hours per week. Candidates will need to be available to work on Wednesdays from 09:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility to work at other times as required.
