Salary: Up to £52,784 pro rata per annum plus excellent benefits.

Contract: Permanent (Three month probationary period/job share review period)

Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday). You will be required to work in-person a minimum of one day per week, in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role:

We are looking for a media manager to work as a job share partner in our small, start-up style team on our public campaigning initiative. This role provides an exciting opportunity to jointly lead on our earned media approach, working to secure high-quality coverage of our campaigns and the Health Equals coalition across print, online and broadcast media to influence public opinion and political change.

In this role, you’ll use your skills to deliver our PR strategy for our upcoming public-facing campaigns, working alongside your job share partner to manage our PR agency partner, leading our press office function, building trusted relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinating Health Equals member spokespeople and lived experience storytellers. You will work proactively with data analysts and policy experts to spot and develop media opportunities based on new and available data relating to health inequalities. Your work day-to-day will vary from strategic to delivery focused, such as writing press releases and pitching to national and regional media, fielding enquiries and responding proactively to developments in the external environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced media manager looking for a part time, job share role, who can help Health Equals to grow its profile and ensure its campaigns achieve impact, helping to play a part in bringing about better health for people in the UK.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Centrepoint's ambitious and growing Philanthropy team at a pivotal time. Over recent years, our high value fundraising programme has delivered significant income growth, and we are now looking for an experienced fundraiser to help drive the next stage of our development.

As Philanthropy Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new major donors and building a strong pipeline of high-net-worth individuals capable of making transformational gifts. You'll identify, research and engage prospective supporters, developing meaningful relationships and compelling opportunities that inspire five and six-figure donations.

Working closely with the Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will help grow Centrepoint's major donor programme by securing new philanthropic income and developing long-term partnerships with supporters who share our ambition to end youth homelessness.

What you will be doing

• Identify, research and engage high-net-worth individuals to build a strong pipeline of prospective major donors
• Develop and implement cultivation strategies that convert prospects into long-term philanthropic supporters

Chefs in Schools is a young, ambitious charity that’s rapidly growing. Our mission is to improve kids’ health, through improving school food & food education. We focus our efforts in areas of high socio-economic deprivation, where more than a third of children are entitled to free school meals, and diet-related disease is driving further inequality.  About you and the role

This role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of the Chefs in Schools Transformation Programme across London, the South East and East of England. The Transformation Programme is our flagship year-long initiative, designed to support school kitchen teams and senior leadership teams in serving the best, freshest, and most nutritious food possible. Through this programme, we transform school lunches, upskill kitchen staff, and integrate food education into the heart of the school culture, ensuring that high-quality, scratch-cooked meals become the standard for every pupil. 

As a Chef Trainer, you will act as a pivotal, hands-on ambassador for this mission, supporting kitchen teams, school leadership and the wider school community to embed a high quality, sustainable school food culture in schools. You will support development of the programme’s pipeline and join a brilliant, passionate and experienced team of Chef Trainers, with the opportunity to connect, share and learn from one another.

A key component of this role involves being based in schools for a few weeks at a time, working directly on-site to implement the programme and upskill kitchen teams. You will travel to different locations across London, South East and East of England, supporting schools to build high-quality, sustainable food cultures.

Key responsibilities:

Programme Delivery & Training:

• Inspire, train and cook with chefs, cooks and kitchen teams in the preparation of fresh, nutritious food to meet specified standards, imparting your skills and passion for fresh, quality food and building capability across client schools in line with the Chefs in Schools model. 

• Deliver and oversee Transformation Programme delivery in schools within the region, ensuring high quality outcomes aligned to programme objectives and proposals, including check-ins to support proposal and pipeline development.

• Work closely with Head Chefs, Headteachers and School Business Managers to provide fair assessment of culinary ability for existing and new Head Chefs including skills tests.

• Support with recommended kitchen structures at Transformation schools using the Kitchen Brigade system.

• Advise, train and guide Head Chefs, Kitchen Teams and School Business Managers to improve uptake, menu development and School Food Standards compliance.

• Advise on reputable, quality and cost-effective suppliers to support schools to reduce cost per meal per child without sacrificing food quality. Including light-touch auditing and development of procurement suppliers in the region. 

• Encourage schools to monitor, control and reduce kitchen, service and food waste.

• Train kitchen staff to follow up-to-date Health and Safety and hygiene policies and procedures, alongside latest EHO, Food Standards Agency and Allergen guidance.

• Work with the Senior Programme Manager to develop training materials that support the charity’s wider work, ensuring training plans reflect the latest relevant guidance including EHO, Food Standards Agency and Allergen guidance.

• Support schools to develop a whole-school food culture through food education with pupils, aligned to School Food Standards, and the creation of scratch-cooked, delicious and nutritious school food.

Transformation Programme Development:

• Support programme objectives in partnership and alignment with the Senior Programme Manager.

• Visit potential new school clients to assess kitchens and kitchen teams (check-ins), working with the Senior Programme Manager to support proposal and pipeline development as required.

• Support the onboarding of new schools based on the outcome of check-ins conducted and proposals.

• Support in maintaining, improving and running the programme, and Innovations, School Chef Educator and Membership programme needs as required.

Administration & Measurement:

• Support with monitoring and capturing of programme KPIs of Transformation schools, measuring success against Chefs in Schools benchmarking and keeping the Senior Programme Manager updated on any variances.

• Support with case study development working in partnership with the Comms and Fundraising team.

• Report any complaints or serious incidents to the Senior Programme Manager and follow relevant actions related to Chefs in Schools Escalation and Tracking processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• You have interest and belief in our mission to improve kids’ health through improving food and food education in schools.

• You have significant professional experience as a chef (minimum of 5 years), ideally with a background in schools, high-volume catering or institutional cooking.

• You have experience training or mentoring kitchen staff, including building culinary capability and culture change.

• You are confident in assessing culinary skills and advising on kitchen structure, menus and supplier choices.

• You are organised, methodical and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• You are a strong communicator able to build trusting relationships with different types of stakeholders.

• You have a sound understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Allergen regulations and School Food Standards.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Experience working in a school or educational setting.

• Familiarity with the Kitchen Brigade system or equivalent kitchen management structures.

• Experience working with or for a charity or social enterprise.

• Comfortable with data capture, reporting and keeping accurate records.

• A full UK driving licence.

About the role

This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. As Interim Business Systems Manager you will sit at the centre of this transition, collaborating with product owners, developers, suppliers and business stakeholders to make the handover from programme delivery to business-as-usual a success, equipping Crisis with impactful, sustainable systems for fundraising and engagement in support of our mission to end homelessness.

Coaching and developing our Product Owners will be at the heart of this role, helping them build the confidence and capability to own their backlogs, prioritise with clarity and bring well-formed decisions to the table, alongside embedding consistent, sustainable development practices across the team. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.

This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. What we can offer now is a bold, genuinely pivotal piece of work, and the opportunity to leave Crisis with a stronger, more confident and capable systems team.

About you

• Demonstrable experience of leading technology teams through significant change, such as service transition, operating model shifts or go-live readiness
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM platforms
• A solid grounding in service management principles (ITIL or equivalent), with practical experience of establishing support models and change governance

About the role:

At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation Service, nights matter. They can be the point where worry, distress, conflict or risk comes to the surface - and where calm, skilled leadership can make all the difference. As Night Manager, you will lead the overnight service, making sure young people experience safety, consistency and support when they need it most.

You will be the senior operational decision-maker overnight, leading the night team to respond confidently to incidents, safeguarding concerns, missing young people procedures, building safety, visitor access and any actions handed over from the day team. You’ll work with a high level of independence, while knowing when to liaise with the on-call manager, emergency services or wider management team to keep young people, staff and the building safe.

This is also a role about connection. You’ll line manage, support and guide Night Workers, oversee locum or agency staff where needed, and make sure overnight learning, handovers and emerging themes are shared clearly with the Service Manager and wider team. Through trauma informed, strengths-based and psychologically informed practice, you’ll help build a service where night and day support feels joined up, purposeful and ambitious for young people’s futures.

Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.

The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. Providence Row provides a wide range of Crisis and Progression services including showers, meals, advice & support, health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol harm reduction, psychotherapy, a hospital discharge service, and learning, training and work-readiness programmes, amongst others. In 2025/26, we supported 1,270 people through 36,313 tailored interventions.

Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of HCPT’s Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the effective delivery and high performance of all operational and business support aspects of the charity’s work. This includes leadership of all business support functions; Finance, HR, IT and Governance, working with and through internal teams and external business partners.  As such we are looking for an experienced chartered accountant who is also astute in leading the wider business operation of medium sized charity.

This is a senior role in volunteer-led organisation and as such the successful postholder will be required to exercise flexibility with evening and weekend work to meet the business needs of the charity, given the availability of our volunteer leaders who have professional commitments during the day. The role also requires the post holder to travel to and work in Lourdes for two weeks over Easter each year, leading operational delivery of our largest annual pilgrimage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Work closely with the CEO to implement HCPT’s strategic plan and vision.

Finance & Business Support Function Management

• Own and lead all financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organisation.

• Develop and implement HCPT’s long-term financial strategy, including reserves policy, sustainability planning, and scenario modelling.

Person Specification

Essential

• Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within a UK charity or faith-based organisation.
• Strong demonstrable financial leadership and management of a medium sized charity with a turnover of £4m plus, and a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

We are offering an opportunity for a qualified Technical Officer in Conservation Design & Impact to play a central role in delivering and supporting Fauna & Flora’s work to understand impact at the organisational level, as well as to support work to strengthen project design and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to understand impact and strengthen conservation practice.

You will have proven experience of working with both quantitative and qualitative data from collection to analysis, interpretation, visualisation and utilisation, working to data management best practices. You will have proficiency in a range of tools and technologies to enable this.

You will also have experience of theory-based project design and MEL, grounded in practical experience of delivering conservation initiatives, as well as an appreciation of the range of contexts in which Fauna & Flora works and the implications of these for design and impact work.

You will be an excellent communicator, used to bringing diverse groups together to learn and problem solve. About the team

The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships. 

The Philanthropy Team works with major donors, corporates and grant making trusts, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we make a compelling case to generate new financial commitments and wider support for our work. About this role

The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.

The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation. 

The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities. They will contribute to identifying and developing new opportunities for the volunteering and pro bono programmes that respond to funder interests and portfolio needs. 

In addition, they will manage relationships with mid-level pro bono supporters, taking them through the full pro bono journey from project matching and onboarding through to stewardship and ongoing support.

Working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll bring our brand strategy to life through warm, engaging and effective marketing that builds understanding, strengthens trust and inspires people to take action. 

Key responsibilites

• Lead marketing delivery and growth by planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, email and offline channels, supporting the charity’s strategy, key organisational moments and ambition to help more people find, trust and access Day One’s support.
• Work closely with the Digital Officer to plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are effectively implemented, performance is monitored, and learning is shared.
• Lead brand and messaging delivery, working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to bring the brand to life day to day, ensuring messaging is warm, clear, consistent and people-centred, and supporting colleagues through effective internal communications to use the brand and tone of voice confidently and consistently.
• Drive insight and continuous improvement, using data, feedback and performance analysis to shape marketing plans, share learning across teams, and take a test-and-learn approach to improving reach, relevance and impact.
• Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, working closely with the Events Lead to ensure effective promotion and storytelling, managing agencies or freelancers where needed, and ensuring all marketing activity reflects brand standards, safeguarding, GDPR and equality commitments.

About the Role

As a Senior Administrator you will manage a team of five administrators known locally as 'Service Delivery Assistants' to oversee the support to the Kent and Medway Victim Support Operational Teams including the Triage and Early Intervention team, the Multi Crime Service Case Workers and the Specialist Services Case Workers (Stalking, Hate Crime and Child and Young Persons)

You will manage performance and staff motivation, ensuring that the administration function operates effectively and efficiently carrying out tasks as directed by the Operations Manager. The post holder will need to be flexible and prepared to meet conflicting work demands, prioritise workloads and ensure timeframes are met whilst ensuring attention to detail.

As the role involves providing support to administrators and actively working to improve performance, you will need experience of managing people and working in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting. You will also have an understanding and knowledge of confidentiality and safe working.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in all administrative functions to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, monitoring quality standards for the team through auditing and reporting where required.
• Provide effective line management of staff to ensure performance targets and agreed outcomes are met by the service.
• Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring administration is dealt with efficiently and meets quality standards and lead by example on good working practices
• Ensuring all confidential and sensitive data is stored securely in accordance with VS Data Protection Policy and compliance with GDPR.

About You

You will need:

• Experience of working in an administrative position ideally within the criminal justice field.
• Previous experience of managing and supervising people
• Experience working with local communities, statutory and voluntary sector organisations and an understanding of how agencies work to protect victims of crime.
• Experience of performance reporting and training delivery.
• To be proactive, self‑motivated, confident working independently and able to use you own initiative
• Good IT skills, proficient in data management and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong time management and organisational skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Purpose of the Job 

Focusing on building and maintaining the charity brand identity, through execution of marketing initiatives that grow brand engagement, understanding and participation. Leading integrated campaigns and identifying marketing activities that meet strategic objectives and income targets. Ensuring that marketing plans are effective in reaching multiple target audiences. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Your normal duties and responsibilities will be set out in your job description. However, the charity may require you to perform other duties from time to time. 

• Lead the development and implementation of and brand and campaign activities across the full mix of marketing channels, appropriate to the target audience

• Manage and develop two direct reports, and a team of 6

• Responsibility for the charity brand guidelines for visual identity, messaging, and tone, to ensure consistency across the charity and marketing materials

• Maintenance and optimisation of the brand ambassador programme across the charity, ensuring engagement, understanding and accurate adoption of brand material

• Supporting the integrated strategy and planning of the annual marketing calendar to maximise and prioritise opportunities across multiple channels and audiences

• Lead the major fundraising and event campaigns, working alongside stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet income targets

• Engagement and collaboration with network partners nationwide to support their marketing needs, with communications and toolkits

• In collaboration with the Head of Volunteering, advise and deliver activities that support the acquisition, engagement and retention of volunteers

• Creation of clear briefs that support the management of external creative agencies and/or inhouse designers, to ensure assets and materials are compelling and on brand

• Work hand in hand with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to create cohesive marketing plans that deliver results through applied learnings

• Measure and report on campaign performance using analytic tools and processes that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation of marketing activity

• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment

Essential Criteria 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Or significant experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector
• Proven experience of working in the charity sector on brand, fundraising and marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing tools and strategies
• Experience of leading a team within a brand and campaign role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and key stakeholders
• Experience in thinking strategically, to create  marketing plans and briefs that deliver to organisational goals
• Campaign management experience, including management of multiple stakeholders, planning, budgeting, and evaluation with the ability of managing conflicting demands and needs of key stakeholders
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions based on campaign performance metrics
