About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:
· Supporting the planning and organisation of our annual teacher conferences and skills sharing webinars.
· Creating and coordinating programme marketing and communications.
· Recording, monitoring and evaluating programme data.
· Providing high-level customer service to educators, stakeholders and YE colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
· Work with the Programme Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of the Centres of Excellence programme, helping to maintain systems and records that track participation, progress and engagement.
· Contribute to delivering a high‑quality experience for educators by supporting the organisation of the annual YE Teacher Conferences and our termly skills‑sharing webinars.
· Develop and coordinate clear, engaging programme communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media content and marketing materials, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.
· Keep track of programme activity by collecting, recording, monitoring and preparing data for reporting and insight.
· Build positive, professional relationships with schools, partner organisations, stakeholders and colleagues across Young Enterprise to support strong collaboration and programme delivery.
A few practical things
- This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.
- You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the participating schools and colleges across the UK.

The Gurkha Welfare Trust provides vital support to Gurkha veterans, their families and communities in Nepal. We have been working in Nepal for over 50 years, delivering essential financial and medical aid to Gurkha veterans and widows, and working with local communities to provide access to clean water and education. We also build earthquake-resilient homes for our most vulnerable pensioners.
This role’s primary responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Develop and implement the Trust’s Individual Giving acquisition strategy across regular giving, one‑off donors, mid‑value supporters, and legacy pledgers, in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising & Communications.
2. Lead the planning and management of the annual acquisition budget, ensuring income and expenditure forecasts are accurate and regularly monitored.
3. Deliver integrated, supporter‑focused campaigns across direct mail, TV, door‑drop, inserts, press, telephone fundraising, and digital channels, ensuring activity meets agreed targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
4. Work with the Database Manager and external partners to ensure accurate data selection, segmentation, and fulfilment for all campaigns.
5. Monitor donor behaviour and key performance indicators, including attrition, response rates, and ROI, and develop strategies to enhance retention and reactivate lapsed supporters.
6. Collaborate with creative and fundraising agencies to test, refine, and optimise campaign content, propositions, and targeting.
7. Ensure the highest standard of donor care, working closely with the Individual Giving (Stewardship & Retention) Manager, Database Manager, and fulfilment providers to deliver a consistent and positive supporter experience.
8. Strengthen the regular‑giving acquisition proposition, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating donor attrition.
9. Maximise Gift Aid income by ensuring all acquisition activity includes appropriate prompts and compliance measures.
Support legacy marketing activity in partnership with the Legacy Administration team.

This role serves as a liaison for the BDA’s specialist group, sub-group and branch volunteer communities. Working closely with colleagues across the BDA, the role ensures a high level of support, maintenance and development of the organisation’s member led networks.

The Membership, Marketing and Communications Team delivers and maintains responsive
member services and excellent communications to engage with our membership community in person and through both digital and print media. The organisation has a motivated and engaged network of high-performing member volunteers within our specialist groups and branches and a well-established volunteer programme, which we wish to continue to grow and develop.

Key areas of responsibility
Volunteer support and coordination
- Act as an internal contact for BDA specialist groups, sub-groups and branches, liaising with colleagues across the BDA to ensure the effective delivery of volunteer services.
- Serve as a main point of contact for the BDA’s regional branch network, which provides CPD and networking opportunities for members and other attendees at a local level.
- Provide advice, support and guidance to BDA specialist group and branch volunteers as required.
- Work with the events team to support the delivery of group and branch meetings and events (in-person and virtual), ensuring appropriate technical support and platforms are in place.

About the role
As the Fundraising Events Manager, you will lead, shape and deliver an exciting portfolio of fundraising events, including virtual challenges, our Annual Golf Day, and Headway’s prestigious Annual Awards. You will also steward supporters through major third party events, such as the London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon, providing the best supporter experience.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join us in a pivotal role in our Business Development Team. This is a new role for our charity that will make a significant contribution to delivery of our high quality services to children and young people, providing them with opportunities and inspiration to enable them to create a positive future for themselves and open doors to their success.
If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident, with experience and a proven track record in successfully securing, managing and developing long term, five figure levels and above partnerships from initial prospect research through to contracting and ongoing management, then this role is for you. Working alongside our Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will pro-actively manage business development activity, steward partnerships and raise funds for Inspire from a range of sources including corporate partnerships, community fundraising, trusts and foundations.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Identifying and securing new business development opportunities in the corporate, trust and foundations sectors that align with our mission and objectives.

Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects for new business opportunities, targeting five-figure level and above partnerships to deliver high-value, long-term partnerships and achieve financial targets and KPIs.

Supporting creation and submission of funding applications to corporates, statutory bodies, trusts and foundations.

Management and growth of Inspire's entry to mid-level corporate partnerships.

Collaborate with colleagues to scale up existing, funded programmes and develop creative, dynamic and winning proposals.

Supporting marketing and communications to promote Inspire and its programmes including development of marketing and social media materials.
