The Role
Your time will be split across three core focus areas:
Digital Marketing & Communications: Execute our marketing strategy and audience growth priorities across all digital channels. Craft engaging monthly newsletters and use digital communications to build strong relationships with our supporters . Support the structured growth and marketing of HFTF’s consultancy and paid services to attract, secure and nurture relationships with our partners. Update and manage our WordPress website and core digital channels. Develop, optimise, and design compelling email journeys for our key services using our digital toolkit, including Ticket Tailor and EcoSend. Supervise our Communications freelancer (1 day per week) providing supportive oversight for social media content.
Individual Giving & Campaigns: Develop communications showcasing our real-world impact through collaborative storytelling to increase our visibility and strengthen audience engagement. Help grow our base of regular individual supporters to increase our unrestricted income. With the Fundraising Manager's support, you will lead digital individual giving campaigns, including the Big Give, to grow our regular supporter base and boost unrestricted income.
Climate Connect Platform Growth: Expand our digital organising platform into a sustainable paid service for partners, creating a long-term income stream. Design campaigns to increase platform uptake, engage with organisations and communities to actively use Climate Connect, ensuring a smooth user journey. Help gather impact case studies for future grant funding, and liaise with external developers to coordinate platform updates and improvements.

The Philharmonia is seeking to appoint a Box Office and CRM Manager to lead the management, development and optimisation of the Orchestra’s CRM strategy, systems and audience experience. This is a key role overseeing both the day-to-day operation and strategic development of the Philharmonia’s Box Office and CRM function. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing ticketing and customer strategies that maximise sales income, improve conversion and enhance the audience experience.
As a public facing member of staff, the Box Office and CRM Manager will be a key representative of the Orchestra, ensuring customers receive a welcoming, efficient and accessible service whether booking online, by phone or in person. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is therefore essential.
The role will also lead on the effective management and ongoing development of Tessitura, supporting audience insight, segmentation, reporting and customer journeys across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Development, Finance and Concerts, the successful candidate will help ensure that customer data is used effectively to support audience growth, income generation and informed decision-making.
Previous experience of using Tessitura is essential. From hall dressing and campaign set-up to system optimisation, reporting and user support, this role will be one of the Orchestra’s lead Tessitura users. Experience of working within a Tessitura consortium would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic planning and implementation:
Work closely with Marketing and Development colleagues to develop and implement CRM strategies that support audience growth, income generation, membership retention/acquisition and fundraising objectives

The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract provides care for people with a life limiting illness and their loved ones - giving them comfort, dignity and personalised care. Their specialist palliative care, wellbeing support and practical help is there to support families every step of the way.

The Prince of Wales Hospice help over 1,600 local people a year. Due to limited Government funding, income from donations are vital to continue providing their services, which are entirely free of charge to patients and their families.

The Role
This is a key and vital role within the fundraising team. You will be responsible for delivering income from In-Memory, Legacy, and Regular Giving donations from mailed appeals and marketing campaigns.

The Person
We are looking for someone with experience in a fundraising or direct marketing role. You must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
This is a creative role; therefore you must possess excellent writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and emotive content. You should have the proven ability to effectively juggle competing demands and prioritise workload, to achieve set targets. Ideally experience of using a customer relationship management database and knowledge of fundraising CRM (ideally Donorfy) would be advantageous.

As Corporate Partnerships Officer, you will support the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Community and Events to secure high value, long-term partnerships across a range of sectors. You’ll play a key role in both account management and new business development, helping to deliver impactful, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate supporters.
You will manage a portfolio of partners, support the development of new opportunities including Charity of the Year, sponsorship and cause-related marketing, and ensure an excellent supporter experience at every touchpoint.
This role is based at our Burford site with hybrid working in place, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye.
Annual leave: 25 days (+ bank holidays)
Reporting line: you’ll report to the Marketing Director and be part of the Marketing team.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (with reduced hours of 9am – 5pm in December and August). Flexibility will be considered.

Editing product copy to make sure that the right messages and prompts appear in the right places and in the right tone of voice across our website and products to help achieve business objectives.
Producing supporting or customer-facing documents for our sales team.
Writing guides and other long-form content, and briefing designers to deliver a finished product.
Managing content produced for and with CharityJob’s partner organisations.
Copyediting and proofreading copy and documents across the organisation.
This job is for you if:
You understand the role of content marketing in the overall marketing strategy and customer journey.
You have excellent copywriting skills, particularly for email campaigns and landing pages.
You have a good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics (AI search would be a bonus)
You can highlight key feature benefits in new software products and distil these into engaging content and copy.
