The role
This is an exciting role, where you will look after a variety of fundraising events and initiatives. You will encourage new and existing supporters to take part in these activities and support them on their fundraising journey.

The Food Justice Alliance
The Cambridge Food Justice Alliance is a network of local organisations working together to address food insecurity in Cambridge and take strategic, collective action for lasting food justice. The Alliance strengthens connections across the city, supports partners to share knowledge and experience, identifies shared priorities, and coordinates activity to help residents access fair, dignified and sustainable food support. Its work is guided by a steering group with representatives from Cambridge Sustainable Food, Cambridge City Foodbank, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge United Charitable Trust, Abbey People CIO, Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum and Church of the Good Shepherd. The Steering Group shapes key themes, agrees collective actions and identifies the partners best placed to lead specific areas of work.
This is a coordination and systems leadership role, not a frontline delivery post. The Coordinator will strengthen partnership working, improve communication and shared learning, support resident involvement, and increase the Alliance's influence on policy, funding and system change. War on Want is a radical charity working in solidarity with grassroots movements and organisations around the world to fight the root causes of poverty, inequality and injustice. We are seeking a consultant with significant experience in partnership-building, programme design and development and resource mobilisation to support the growth of our international partnerships and movement-building work.

Job Summary
Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity is a small charity with big ambitions. We support brain tumour patients and families across Yorkshire and fund pioneering research in our region.
Every partnership we build helps us reach more people affected by brain tumours, raise vital funds and increase awareness of the support available to families across Yorkshire.
We are now looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and grow our relationships with businesses and organisations across Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, spotting opportunities and turning conversations into successful, long-term partnerships. You will lead on developing new corporate relationships while providing excellent stewardship to our existing supporters, helping businesses find engaging and mutually beneficial ways to support our work.
You will also contribute to the charity’s marketing and communications activity, working collaboratively with the Community Fundraiser and wider team to share compelling stories, promote campaigns and events, increase awareness of our services and strengthen YBTC’s profile across Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the next stage of YBTC’s growth. You will have the freedom and flexibility to develop new ideas, build influential relationships and see the direct impact of your work. As the organisation continues to grow, there will be opportunities to develop and progress within the fundraising team and wider charity.

Your contractual place of work will be your home address. The role will involve travel across Yorkshire to meet corporate partners, attend events and develop new relationships. You may occasionally be asked to attend our Leeds office for team meetings, training or specific organisational needs. Such visits will not form part of a regular working pattern.

Founded in 2003, Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity provides vital support to brain tumour patients and their loved ones, whilst also funding innovative clinical research in our region.
We fund innovative research and provide vital support to patients and families across the region. Around 15 people are diagnosed with a primary brain tumour in Yorkshire every week.
