UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.
The Foundation Partnerships team at the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) builds long term relationships with private, institutional, and statutory funders. We are looking for excellent communication skills, both written and oral, plus the ability to develop effective relationships with donors to ensure outcomes are maximised for both UNICEF UK and our partners. You will have experience in fundraising including developing and coordinating successful proposals. You will also have experience managing grants, including reporting (narrative and financial) and compliance with contracts. As a close-knit team of around 30 staff (18 FTE), this role offers a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of organisational life. Much of the role centres on coordination, administration and maintaining effective systems and processes, helping to ensure colleagues have the support they need to work effectively.
About the role
Working closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in supporting our people, maintaining compliance and helping our office environment run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Experience of HR systems, office coordination, compliance administration or working in the charity, education, social care or public sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
Why join CCS Adoption?
This is an opportunity to join a supportive organisation where your contribution will have a genuine impact. As a small team, we value collaboration, flexibility and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for children and families through adoption.
In return, we offer:
If you're an organised and motivated administrator who enjoys variety and wants to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Anyone joining the CCS team is subject to our safe recruitment and pre-appointment checks. This includes providing documentation to evidence the right to work in the UK, a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and written and telephone references.
About you
You will be a confident and approachable community engagement professional with strong digital and technology skills and the ability to make technology accessible to people with different levels of confidence, literacy, language and experience.
You will enjoy working directly with communities, sitting alongside people to solve practical problems, running groups and training, and finding culturally appropriate and creative ways to build digital confidence and independence. Through this work, you will identify common needs and help develop practical, culturally grounded training, resources and approaches that can be used more widely with communities.
You will also bring strong practical knowledge of digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI, and be able to support HHU colleagues to use technology effectively, safely and confidently in their community work.
This is an evolving role. You will be curious, adaptable and comfortable testing new approaches as technology, AI, community needs and Bhip develop, while maintaining good judgement around accessibility, privacy, ethics, risk and digital exclusion.
The Opportunity
You will join HHU and the Bhip programme at an important point in their development, as we expand our community work and explore how digital technology and AI can help reduce, rather than widen, health inequities. Through Bhip’s co-design, test-and-learn approach, there is real potential for what we develop to influence practice across Bradford and contribute learning more widely.
This is a distinctive and evolving role, combining hands-on community engagement with strong digital and technical expertise. You will help shape practical approaches to digital inclusion, develop culturally grounded support and training, and explore how emerging technology and AI can be used safely, ethically and creatively by communities and the HHU team.
You will also have opportunities to work creatively with Bhip’s co-design and communications colleagues and with digital filmmakers, content creators and others, exploring new ways for communities to participate, tell their stories, build skills and influence change through technology.
As technology, communities and Bhip develop, so will this role, giving you genuine scope to test ideas, learn what works and help shape how digital inclusion is approached in practice.

High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking an ambitious Head of Community Research & Impact to join our senior management team and lead one of our core service areas.
Community-led research sits at the heart of how High Trees works. Our approach aims to rebalance the role and power that communities have in deciding how research is informed, delivered and used to improve lives for Lambeth residents. Over recent years we have built a strong foundation for this work and developed two flagship community research partnerships — the Lambeth Peer Action Collective and the Lambeth Community Research Network. We are now looking for someone to significantly expand this work: building local evidence of community need, working with communities to identify solutions and appropriate responses to local challenges, and advocating for change to policy and practice where needed.
This is a broad and varied leadership role. Alongside our direct research programmes, you will lead the development of infrastructure around community-led research in Lambeth, so that voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations can access the training, resources and networks they need to design and deliver their own research. You will also lead our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and Communications functions, ensuring the impact of everything we do is understood, evidenced and communicated well.
As part of High Trees’ senior management team, the Head of Community Research & Impact will not only oversee delivery in their service area, but also help shape organisational strategy, grow partnerships and income, and ensure we work as one High Trees — keeping our practice responsive, collaborative and always led by community need.
About High Trees
Based in Tulse Hill, High Trees has been rooted in the local community for nearly 30 years. We deliver community action, employment, education, youth services and community research, working in partnership with local people and local organisations to build stronger communities and create meaningful change. We are recognised for our collaborative, long-term approach and our ability to adapt and respond to the issues that matter most to local people.

Thank you for taking an interest in applying for this role at Imperial Health Charity.
We’re looking for a creative, analytical and organised Impact & Evaluation Manager to join our team and lead on delivering our refreshed approach to measuring impact, evaluation and reporting following the launch of our new strategy.
You’ll work alongside our SMT, teams across the charity, and colleagues at the Trust to provide guidance and support in all aspects of monitoring and evaluation, ensuring we’re able to demonstrate how we’re delivering against our strategic objectives, and how we’re delivering impact for the patients and NHS staff at our hospitals.
As well as ensuring we’re set up with the tools and systems we need for success in evaluating our strategy, you’ll provide day-to-day support and advice for teams in evaluating the impact of their work, sourcing data to evidence this impact, and presenting this information in the most engaging way possible for our various stakeholders and supporters.
This is an important role at a critical time for the charity, so we’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective on impact and evaluation to support us as we prepare to make an even bigger difference through our strategy.
We fund better hospital buildings and facilities, pioneering research and advanced medical equipment.
