We will also ask questions to understand how you approach challenges, make decisions, and work collaboratively with others.
Third Stage (Online)
The third stage will be a 45-minute online conversation with members of our Trustee Board.
This stage is less formal and provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We will explore your motivations, values, and working style, as well as what you are looking for in your next role. It is also a chance for you to learn more about our organisation, our Trustees, and the culture and values that guide our work.
The conversation is designed to help us understand how we would work together and ensure there is a strong mutual fit for both you and the organisation.
