There is a strong case for expanding Social Outcomes Partnerships in the UK and other high-income countries: Needs in our communities are increasingly complex and interconnected. Traditional service provision and delivery often struggle to tackle wicked social problems. There has been an unprecedented rise in referrals to children social care, populations who are experiencing homelessness, people managing multiple chronic conditions, facing domestic abuse challenges in their households, and many other multi-faceted issues. Public resources are stretched – making long-term holistic funding for comprehensive services challenging. The role of Bridges Outcomes Partnerships spans project development (working with outcome funders and others to design and launch the delivery), partnership coordination, project and delivery management (coordinating the delivery phase and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (sourcing social investment to fund the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the opportunity:
We are looking for someone exceptional to join our team as we build new projects and partnerships.
As a Social Investment Manager, you will work on the outcomes contracts activity in both the UK and other high-income countries. You will develop new projects and partnerships along with ongoing management of the existing portfolio.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll do:
> Initiate and execute the development of outcomes partnerships opportunities: Identifying and engaging with challenges faced by central and local government and delivery partners to develop impactful delivery models which tackle those challenges.
> Lead on the implementation of a full project lifecycle of an outcomes-based project and a portfolio of outcomes partnerships, including tasks such as leading on initial assessment and investment processes in project development, developing outcome contract models, leading operational and financial analysis, managing complete legal negotiations and documentation processes.
> Innovating in our delivery: Proactively engaging with key stakeholders to develop and implement delivery innovations while considering any key assumptions around operations, impact, and finance; supporting teams to solve problems using first principles. This includes working with delivery partners to help create the best possible impact in sustainable ways, by identifying issues and opportunities, initiating projects, and developing delivery innovations.

Suitable candidates will have:
> 7+ years of experience working in social investment, financial and senior operational roles within the VCSE sector, management consulting, public sector delivery, or similar sectors.
> Excellent financial and modelling skills, with extensive experience in supporting the development of comprehensive business/financial plans.
> Strong delivery and investment, advisory and/or operational track record.
> Higher degree level education or equivalent experience.

The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a UK-wide voluntary organisation and charity that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in farming and ‘walk with’ people at times of difficulty and change. We have been described as a ‘lifeline’ and a ‘trusted friend’ by people we have helped, and support over 12,500 people in agriculture each year with a wide range of issues.
We are recruiting a part-time Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager. You will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships.
You will build vital relationships with Trusts, Foundations and other grant providers, generating income and helping to ensure the financial sustainability of the charity.

The Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager will be responsible for:
Trusts:
- Lead on the development and delivery of a new trust fundraising strategy.
- Identify, research and write compelling applications to meet and / or exceed income targets.
- Oversight and management of relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations and delivering funding reports to a high and consistent standard, including evaluating impact.
- Writing and submitting high-quality bids and tailored proposals to secure charity funding from trusts, foundations, grant providers and other sources.
- Monitoring requirements of trust fund projects, including meeting deadlines and collating relevant information.
- Working with the Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities and develop project proposals aligned to organisational strategy.
Legacy Development:
- Create and deliver an effective strategy for gifts in wills and in memory giving.
- Increasing income from legacies and wills, as well as maintaining and building legacy opportunities.
- Ensuring legacy funds are utilised in accordance with the wishes of the donor.
- Managing relationships with donors, families and other stakeholders.
- Recording income and donor support accurately and maintaining databases.

- Acknowledge and celebrate gifts in wills to raise awareness throughout the organisation, with its followers, supporters, staff and volunteers.
- Working with colleagues to gather content and produce high quality and inspirational updates for legacy supporters and their families.

- Gather information from existing content and new sources to draft updates and other stewardship communications for individuals and legacy families.

As a key leader within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Programme – how we inform, influence and positively impact employer-led social mobility, and a source of income generation.

The Vacancy
We are currently recruiting an Education Programme Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract until April 2027, with the possibility of a contract extension depending on funding. We are also open to secondments for this role.

About the team
The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.

About this role
The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.
The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation.
The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities. They will contribute to identifying and developing new opportunities for the volunteering and pro bono programmes that respond to funder interests and portfolio needs.

This role, forming part of our Senior Leadership Team, will play a critical role in supporting thousands of Black young people across the UK to access safe, inclusive and empowering employment opportunities - changing culture and reshaping systems.

- Be responsible for the development and management of the Chief Operations Officer Senior Leadership Training (COO SLT) - an innovative training programme for 10 Black young people to achieve the skills required to thrive in positions of senior leadership

About the role
You will assist the Shop Manager in the recruitment, support and development of a strong community focused shop team and empower them to maximise Shelter's income. Representing Shelter in your local community, ensuring that you and your team share your knowledge of Shelter's cause with customers, volunteers, donors and potential Shelter clients will also be important aspects of the role. You will always ensure a safe, clean, bright and happy environment for your team to work in and for your customers to shop in, in turn attracting potential donors and volunteers.

Your extraordinary motivational skills will enable you to inspire your team to increase sales and control costs. Above all, you are ready to take on a new challenge and have a keen interest in Shelter's cause.

The Learning Programmes Manager fulfils a key role in the busy Education and Training team at SPAB. They have responsibility to coordinate and deliver our two annual learning programmes: the SPAB Scholarship and the SPAB Fellowship. Using their high-level administrative or project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, the Learning Programmes Manager leads in development, delivery and review of these flagship programmes.
The Learning Programmes Manager works in consultation with the Senior Education and Training Manager and Director of Engagement, and closely with SPAB colleagues, to promote the learning programmes, maximise their outcomes, collaborate on funding opportunities and reporting, and deliver core strategic objectives.
The Learning Programmes Manager is self-motivated to work independently to establish and maintain vital professional relationships within the sector to ensure SPAB Scholars and Fellows experience a fulfilling learning experience. The Learning Programmes Manager has responsibility for onboarding Scholars and Fellows, including recruitment and induction, designing and planning the programmes, managing programme budgets and strategic planning for future programmes.
The Learning Programmes Manager contributes regular updates for our charity Guardians and has responsibility for coordinating the Scholarship and Fellowship Liaison Group, programme mentors and their associated meetings. They are a team-player and work with colleagues to promote the programmes and their alumni, and seek opportunities for outreach within tertiary education, and the heritage and building conservation sectors.

What we’re looking for
A highly organised individual with proven administration or project management skills and an eye for detail. A confident and approachable communicator, motivated to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver unique learning programmes.
• Experience of establishing and maintaining administrative or project management systems and procedures and using the appropriate software to support this.
• A practical hands-on approach to programme management, including proactive problem-solving and an understanding of logistics and processes.
• Confidence in communicating and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders such as funders, programme hosts, volunteers, professionals and young people.
• Experience in working to deadlines and managing multiple schedules.
• A passion for and understanding of building conservation skills and training needs.
• An outward looking and collaborative colleague, with a positive approach to their work and challenges.
• A commitment to building a career in this rewarding role.
