About the role
The Institut français du Royaume-Uni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Patrons’ Circle & Sponsorship Activation to lead the development of its patron engagement programmes and sponsorship (in-kind) activation strategy across the Institut’s major cultural events and flagship seasons.
This senior role has three core objectives:
- to grow and structure the Institut’s existing Patrons’ Circle;
- to create and launch a new Young Patrons Circle aimed at engaging a new generation of supporters;
- to design and deliver an in-kind sponsorship activation strategy across the Institut’s flagship cultural events and programmes.
The role combines community building, relationship management, experiential programming and sponsorship activation. It focuses on audience engagement, visibility and stakeholder experience rather than direct fundraising or financial sponsorship solicitation.

Key responsibilities
Patrons’ Circle & Young Patrons development
- Design and implement a development strategy for the Patrons’ Circle focused on engagement, retention and community growth
- Conceive, create and launch the Institut français du Royaume-Uni’s Young Patrons Circle, defining its positioning, audience, engagement model and value proposition
- Develop a recruitment and engagement strategy targeting younger audiences and emerging supporters

As the Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will manage the charity’s sporting, runs and challenges event places, working with the fundraisers to maximise income.

Sight Support West of England exists to reduce the impact of sight loss, supporting blind and partially sighted people across the county to lead independent lives and to secure equal access to services.

Purpose of the Role
To be part of a Panel Pool, from which Disciplinary Panels will be convened by the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIOF) Professional Conduct Committee.
To consider complaints with reference to the CIOF Member Code of Conduct and the Code of Behaviour at events, consistent with the CIOF Complaints & Disciplinary Rules.
Accountability
Panels will be convened as needed by the Professional Conduct Committee. Panel Pool members are appointed to a Panel by the Committee.
Panel decisions must follow the CIOF Complaints & Disciplinary Rules, including definitions, scope, procedures, and available sanctions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review case files, investigation reports, submissions, and evidence in advance of hearings.
- Participate in hearings (virtual or in person), ensuring parties are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Assess evidence against the CIOF Member Code of Conduct, CIOF Code of Behaviour at Events and Training, and any other relevant provisions, such as findings of the Fundraising Regulator.
- Determine findings of fact and whether standards/rules have been breached. Where appropriate, apply appropriate sanctions per the Complaints and Disciplinary Rules, considering proportionality and precedent.
- Provide clear, reasoned written outcomes and recommendations, mindful of publication protocols and confidentiality.

FORCE Cancer Charity is seeking a Community Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team. This is a rewarding role, focused on building relationships with supporters, growing fundraising income and raising awareness of FORCE and our work across Exeter and the wider Devon community.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing supporters, ensuring individuals, community groups, schools and local businesses receive an exceptional level of support and engagement. The role will focus on identifying and securing new community fundraising opportunities, supporting existing fundraising activity, and helping to deliver ambitious income growth targets.
A central part of the role will involve engaging with local schools, clubs, associations, volunteers and community groups to inspire support for FORCE’s work supporting people affected by cancer. You will deliver talks and presentations, attend fundraising events and cheque presentations, support third-party fundraisers, and build long-term relationships that encourage ongoing support and community involvement.
Working closely with the wider Income Generation team, you will also contribute to fundraising campaigns, supporter stewardship, volunteer engagement and awareness-raising activity. The role includes maintaining accurate supporter records, responding to donor enquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring all supporters receive timely acknowledgement and excellent care throughout their fundraising journey.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, organised and personable individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills. You may already have experience within fundraising or be able to demonstrate transferable skills from a customer-facing, community engagement, sales, or relationship management background. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, engaging with a wide range of audiences, and working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The Role
Position: Community Fundraiser
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time or compressed hours can be considered)
Location: Homebased covering West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex and Kent
Travel: To support with events and volunteers, this role requires regular travel.
You'll raise awareness of Canine Partners in the South of England and maximise income from diverse community sources. A proactive approach is key to showcasing our work and charitable goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Focus on both stewarding existing relationships and cultivating new ones, ensuring an exceptional donor experience throughout
- Act as the entry point for long term supporters and be responsible for the visible presence in the community
- Meet income targets across the year through individuals, clubs and associations, volunteers, events and challenge events
- Contribute to the wider national Community Fundraising direction
About You
- Proven experience of effectively managing relationships with volunteers, supporters, and/or external stakeholders/audiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences
- Demonstrable experience in community fundraising and/or events management
- Ability to manage a varied workload and take initiative to prioritise
- Proven record of securing, growing or maintaining income, funding, contracts, partnerships or comparable resources
- Fundraising experience could be beneficial but not essential
- Physical ability to lift bulky and heavy equipment, to stand for long periods and to travel as required for the role

We're recruiting 2 x Individual Giving Officer roles to join the team.
As an Individual Giving Officer, you will support the Senior Individual Giving Officer in generating and delivering inspiring and motivating marketing and stewardship communications - as well as leading on delegated campaigns and projects, to build engagement with supporters and drive long term support for Mind.
You will deliver marketing campaigns from beginning to end - from writing briefs and working with agencies and internal teams on media, creative, data, print, production, and fulfilment, to collating results and using data and insight to optimise activity and deliver a brilliant supporter experience.
You'll be joining a team of friendly and passionate fundraisers, and you'll be supported to develop your skills and personal development plans in a wellbeing focused environment.
The Individual Giving team is a part of the wider Mass Engagement team, and you will play a pivot role in helping the team to reach and exceed their target of raising over £23 million, so that Mind can fight for timely access to great quality care for all.

About you
We'd like to hear from you if you have…
-Experience in planning, delivering and evaluating campaigns or activities, managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders to meet targets; with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with and steward our supporters across a range of marketing channels.
-Experience interpreting and analysing data to optimise marketing, fundraising or communication campaigns or stewardship strategies to improve performance and strengthen loyalty and trust.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships internally and externally with suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders to collaborate and deliver a high-quality supporter experience.
-Experience in innovative thinking and creative approaches to enhance campaign performance and deepen supporter engagement.
-Experience administering PO & invoicing processes, accurately tracking expenditure to ensure activities are within budget and supporting financial reporting.

The Community Fundraiser (Donor Relationship) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience for all community and event fundraisers. This role focuses on building strong, meaningful, and long‑lasting relationships with individuals, groups, and volunteers who raise funds, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and inspired to continue their journey with the charity. The postholder will lead on thanking, recognition, supporter journeys, and stewardship-led initiatives that deepen engagement across all levels of community fundraising.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Supporter Journeys & Stewardship
- Create tailored donor journeys for all community and event supporters,
ensuring timely touchpoints, personalised engagement, and clear pathways for
deeper involvement. - Develop and implement a reward and recognition process that celebrates
supporter milestones, achievements, and loyalty, using insight‑driven methods
to nurture long-term commitment.
- Lead and develop a new thanking process for community and event supporters,
ensuring gratitude is timely, meaningful, and impactful across all channels. - Develop an SMS journey for community and event supporters that enhances
engagement, provides real-time updates, and complements wider stewardship
Supporter Journeys & Stewardship:
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team to source
case studies, patient stories, and supporter testimonials that demonstrate
impact and bring fundraising stories to life.
- Work with marketing on monthly newsletters, contributing stewardship-led
content, supporter spotlights, and updates aligned with community fundraising
priorities
Events & Recognition:
- Lead on the planning and delivery of the annual community awards event,
celebrating supporter achievements and strengthening the charity’s
relationship with grassroots fundraisers.
- Ensure the event reflects supporter diversity, contribution levels, and the
organisation’s values.
Data & Insights:
- Maintain accurate, timely and GDPR‑compliant supporter records to ensure
excellent stewardship and meaningful reporting
