Are you an experienced HR adviser or business partner who likes being in front of line managers, helping them succeed in areas of people management? Do you have a natural flair for training and building relationships with line managers? In this new role you will design and deliver regular HR and induction training, in person and online, to upskill our line manager group. Boaz Trust relies on the generosity of trusts and foundations to provide accommodation and support for people seeking sanctuary, and to challenge and change the unjust systems that cause destitution, both locally and nationally. The money raised through this role will support Boaz’s work with people who are facing or experiencing homelessness because of their insecure, changing or uncertain immigration status. As a lived experience led organisation, we provide culturally competent, trauma informed and survivor centred support to women from migrant and racially minoritised communities affected by violence against women and girls. As part of the Safe Horizons London Partnership, funded by MOPAC and led by Victim Support, we deliver specialist advocacy and support for women from Latin American communities across London.

About the role

Job Purpose:
The Information Security and Data Protection Coordinator supports MSF UK and Ireland in the effective coordination and day‑to‑day operation of its information security and data protection arrangements. The role focuses on maintaining key records, documentation and processes that underpin compliance with data protection legislation and good information security practice, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Working within the Transparency and Accountability (T&A) Team, the role supports the development and ongoing operation of MSF UK and Ireland’s information security and data protection framework by liaising with colleagues in IT, Procurement and other departments, and by supporting designated risk owners. ● Coordinate and conduct the application process, interviews and onboarding in a trauma informed way, creating the safety survivors need to take a huge step in their recovery by exploring this opportunity with Luminary.
● Promote the programme and liaise with referral agencies to successfully generate enough referrals to fill all trainee spaces available.
● Assist the Senior Programme Manager to develop strategic partnerships with relevant organisations in the charity sector and local government, to market the programme and attract referrals.

● Assist the Senior Programme Manager in evaluating the services Luminary offers for: reporting to funders, completing new funding applications and internal monitoring.

The role is full-time and is hybrid between Bridewell Police Station in central Bristol and home working. A suitable and confidential workspace at home is therefore required. Whilst in training and awaiting police vetting the successful candidate will be required to work their office days at the Vassall Centre (Fishponds, Bristol). There will also be a requirement to occasionally work from the Vassall Centre once vetting has cleared.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.
The Individual Giving programme includes Cash Appeals, Regular Giving (including Door-to-Door recruitment), Hospice Lottery, Challenge Events, Legacies and Supporter Care. There is a strong focus on digital fundraising.

You will be a dedicated, organised and experienced Individual Giving specialist, with proven expertise in Supporter stewardship.
