Spot the wrong logo at fifty paces? Love creating content? Join a charity of over 180 years at its boldest moment yet, and build real marketing experience that matters.

We're Rainy Day Trust, and we support everyone who works, or has worked, in the UK's home-improvement industry. That includes builders' merchants, DIY retail, tradespeople, garden centre staff and their families. When life doesn't go to plan, through redundancy, bereavement, illness or family crisis, we're there with practical help. Increasingly, we're there before crisis point too.

We've just launched a new five-year strategy, a brand-new identity and programmes that will reach more people than ever. That creates a lot of moving parts, and we need someone brilliant to keep them moving.

The role

This is an ideal foot-in-the-door role if you're early in your career and passionate about digital marketing and content. You'll work closely with our Business Manager: she designs the systems, and you'll run them. You'll touch every part of the charity, from Ambassador Programme collateral to event logistics to the records that prove our impact.

Experience of running social accounts (even informally, through a blog, a university project or volunteering), working with Canva, WordPress or a CRM, or working in a charity or small business would be a bonus. It isn't essential.
