Part-Time Finance Manager (22.5 hours per week) – £25,062.60 pa (FTE £41,771) - Salford – Hybrid
Our client is a dedicated charity based in Salford and are looking to expand their finance team by recruiting to the new post of Finance Manager. The postholder will lead the finance function, ensuring that robust financial systems, processes and controls are in place to safeguard the organisation and enable informed decision-making.
They will provide high-quality financial insight, maintain the integrity of financial information, and oversee the delivery of accurate and compliant financial operations—including payroll, management reporting and audit preparation.
The Role :
The role is offered on a part-time basis (22.5hours per week) and days and hours can be flexible but must include a full day on a Monday.

About you
As a Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of projects, programmes and the wider portfolio by providing coordination, reporting and administrative support to the PMO. You will help ensure that project controls, standards and processes are consistently applied, supporting transparency and effective decision‑making across the change function.
In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support with reporting, scheduling and stakeholder communication, as well as managing meeting coordination, documentation and general PMO administration. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll contribute to clear visibility, informed decisions and smooth delivery across the change portfolio.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a PMO or project support environment, ideally in an administrative capacity. Any expereince or understanding of project management methodologies would be desirable such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile. Confidence using tools like MS Project, Power BI or Smartsheet to support planning and reporting activities is essential.
This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, primarily home‑based, with travel to PDSA sites and our Head Office in Telford as required.

Strategic Finance Transformation Lead - 6 months Contract (with possible extension), Fully Remote

We're looking for a senior finance leader to reimagine and transform the finance function at 38 Degrees.
This role aims to ensure that finance has the relevant operational setup. The role is also responsible for moving finance from transactional to truly strategic, embedding insight, governance and clarity at the heart of decision making.
Reporting to an empowering COO, you'll design a modern, proportionate finance model that enables impact, accountability and sustainable growth.
Hybrid: Fully remote - with travel to London and organisational events as needed.
Salary: £62,472 - £68,536 per annum. 38 Degrees is currently piloting a four-day week at full salary.

Location London based, requiring two days per week at Society Building, 8 All Saints Street, London N1, or Regional based with your place of work being your primary residence or suitable workplace close to your home.

Salary £33,963 per annum, rising to £38,365 if London based.

The Role
Join NCVO as a Credit Controller and play a key role in maintaining financial stability and cash flow by managing outstanding debt, assessing credit risk and ensuring timely payments, while supporting accurate financial reporting, reconciling accounts, resolving queries, and working closely with customers, budget holders and project managers to maintain strong relationships and up-to-date records across systems such as CRM and Business Central.
