About the Role

Key Deliverables

• You will be committed to working in and maintaining an environment that supports the safeguarding of young people as the Safeguarding Lead for the service

• You will be adept in managing the service and its partnerships

• You will manage, monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the service and its operation within Lambeth’s developing approach

• You will comply with quality inspection and assessment procedures

• You will ensure effective support, learning or family support plans (as applicable) for young people are in place and regularly reviewed

• You will maintain a safe and secure environment, that has appropriate risk assessment processes and systems in place that are regularly reviewed and monitored;

Health and Safety:

• To ensure a safe and secure environment and maintain high standards within the services. This includes risk assessments, health and safety checks and the cleaning and preparation of rooms for new residents.

• To involve service users in developing an awareness of their own personal and building health and safety, through information sessions, key working and support planning and resident meetings.

• To ensure that the project is clean and safe and to encourage residents to take some responsibility in the cleaning of their communal areas and their room.

• To work for a proportion of the time as a lone worker and as part of the wider team.

• Undertake appropriate risk assessments for lone working.

Administration:

• To maintain written records and monitoring information as appropriate and input and retrieve data on the Inform system.

• To prepare reports, statistical data and other information that maybe requested by the Asst. Area Director.

• To ensure that any repairs and maintenance issues are reported in a timely manner in order to ensure the health and safety and security of the building environment.

• Any other administrative tasks that will ensure the smooth running of the service.

Finance:

• With the support of the Area. Director devise effective, safe and timely methods for the collection of accommodation and service charges from residents, and to maintain auditable records of payment.

• Ensure that arrears management procedures are adhered to.

• To take responsibility for petty cash and record all transactions in line with policy.

General:

• To contribute to a high quality and effective delivery of service.

• To participate in internal/external meetings as required and attend training, events, conferences and other functions as necessary.

• To participate in regular supervision and IDP and help in identifying your own job-related development and training needs.

• To contribute to and be supportive of young people’s involvement in our services and in all levels of decision making throughout the organization.

• To ensure that all Depaul policies and procedures are adhered to.

About Hector's House

Hector's House was founded in 2016 by the family and friends of Hector Stringer, who died by suicide aged 18.

Today, we are a trusted local charity dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting people affected by suicide across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire

The Role

Working closely with our Support Lead, you will play a central role in delivering support to people experiencing emotional distress, those at risk of suicide, and people affected by suicide.

About the role:

As Head of Community and Events, you will provide strategic leadership for a varied and ambitious programme of fundraising events and community activity. About the role:

As the ICT Security Support Technician, you’ll support our clients cyber security operations, by assisting with the protection of digital assets, networks, and systems from cyber threats. You’ll identify, monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting routine security checks, and supporting the wider IT team with implementing best security practices.

As the ICT Security Support Technician, your duties will include:

· Assist in the monitoring and analysis of security alerts and logs, using security tools such as SIEM systems.

The Peer Support Service Lead will oversee our service designed to offer support to address the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness or vulnerably housed. This service aims to facilitate connection, motivate and inspire and provide a non-judgmental, listening ear to empower those individuals to make informed choices.

The team will conduct outreach work within the local community to assist individuals aged 18+ who often face systemic barriers that prevent or hinder them from accessing relevant services. Clients on this service may have limited experience of maintaining tenancies and sustaining engagement with services and may be reluctant to engage and share their experiences to improve their situation.

Our Peer Support Workers aim to bridge this gap, taking a relational approach to build trust and support clients in making the first steps towards engagement with services such as housing, health and wellbeing services and social engagement opportunities.

The post holder will be an effective leader, managing the day-to-day functions of the Peer Support team and supporting them to work with individuals who experience multiple disadvantage. A key feature of the service is its Lived Experience component. As such, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the wellbeing and safety of Peer Support Workers, providing appropriate safeguarding oversight, and adopting a caring, attentive, and supportive approach to their welfare and professional development.

They will work closely with other leads across services to ensure that there is an integrated service delivery providing a person-centered and trauma informed approach.

Key tasks (selection of):

Be responsible for the day to day running of the Peer Support Service and act as the first escalation point concerning incidents and complaints.

Facilitate integrated service provision through close working alongside other Leads ensuring effective management of internal referrals and joint working within the teams.

Provide direct line management and supervision for Peer Support Workers using a caring and attentive approach to their welfare and professional development

Oversee and review the support given to Peer Support clients and provide guidance to Peer Support Workers on a range of issues relating to service delivery

Ensure opportunities for co-production, client engagement and continuous improvement of service delivery through feedback mechanisms to meet client needs.

Working within Muslim Aid's Growth Department and reporting to the Head of Growth, the post-holder will lead a dedicated team, oversee all community fundraising campaigns (including Ramadan, Qurbani and Emergency appeals), and manage a national volunteer network. The role ensures all activity is compliant with regulatory, ethical and Islamic values-based standards and that Muslim Aid's community fundraising is delivered in line with the MAUK Growth Strategy 2026–2030.

About the Role:

1. Lead on mid-year and end-of-year income reviews, presenting findings and recovery plans to the Head of Growth.
2. Maintain a pipeline of new community fundraising activities and products (e.g. regular giving, community challenges, legacy and corporate-community partnerships) to grow income diversification.
3. Maintain a live Fundraising Risk Register that documents impact on acquisition and service delivery. Review quarterly and escalate any high-rated risks within 48 hours.
4. Develop and maintain an Annual Events Calendar shared across relevant departments at least 2 months in advance.
5. Set and track an annual volunteer growth target agreed with the Head of Growth reporting progress on a monthly basis.
6. Utilise online fundraising platforms (e.g. JustGiving, LaunchGood, peer-to-peer fundraising pages) to maximise income from community fundraising campaigns.
