Feel Good is a growing social enterprise created by Regenerate. Feel Good was created in 2014, by South-West London based charity Regenerate, to support young people aged 18-24 who are facing barriers to employment such as high anxiety, special educational needs, and/or contact with the youth justice system. We offer them training, mentoring and paid work on our coffee cart and shops, and our supervisors are a key part of this!

We're currently entering an exciting period of growth as we look to open our second brick and mortar coffee shop, and so we need dedicated, experienced supervisors who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and experience to the young people who need it most, and creating opportunities for them to turn their lives around and thrive. Your day to day will be supervising shifts at our coffee cart or shop, and effectively carrying out / delegating the operational responsibilities that this entails. • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 21 hours per week, with flexibility to spread these across either three full days or shorter hours across the week. The role is based in London, operating on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system with a specific focus on Substance Use and Trauma. 
• Design, coordinate and deliver one to one and group interventions to assist women to achieve their goals.

You will have experience of:

• Planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children’s individual development, curiosity, and wellbeing.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as we are planning the refurbishment of our flagship 10-bedroom supported accommodation service alongside ongoing development of our wider accommodation portfolio.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and effective operation of all facilities at York Road Project, which includes a 10-bedroom main site shelter and three additional properties comprising a further 14 beds. The role ensures all buildings are maintained to a high standard, remain fit for purpose, and meet statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

• The Facilities Manager monitors the delivery of maintenance activity across all sites, ensuring issues are escalated where standards, timescales or compliance requirements are not met.
• The role ensures all accommodation and premises are maintained to a high standard, remain fit for purpose, and operate safely and efficiently.
• The Facilities Manager reviews and improves facilities processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistent delivery across all sites.

Health and Safety & Compliance

• Oversee Health and Safety compliance across all properties and service.
