Job summary
This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to work directly with young people and their families, schools, colleagues, partner organisations and professionals, delivering accredited training across the UK.
The person
You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. You will have a friendly and professional approach to working with families and professionals and be highly organised to manage planning, delivery and relevant paperwork for all wheelchair skills services.
Key accountabilities
- Coordination and delivery of wheelchair skills training, travel training and train the trainer across the UK.
- Conduct on site visits prior to delivery of travel training to plan routes and inform risk assessments.
- Book relevant modes of transport for travel training sessions.
- Writing Service Level Agreements for key partners; content providers and schools.
- Obtaining information from content providers and schools, such as Public Liability, DBS and key Risk Assessments.
- Writing Care Plans & Risk Assessments.
- Ensure schools complete paperwork for accredited services and liaise with Skills & Education group regarding learners
- Sending event invites to young people and families and updating the database as required.
- Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.
- Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.
- Attending events such as Kidz to Adultz exhibitions to promote Whizz Kidz and showcase wheelchair skills training.
- Ensuring feedback and monitoring data is collected at each event and at set intervals after the event in order to measure long term impact.
- Collate information for case studies to measure impact of training.
- Liaising with Trainers when required.
- Liaising with young people, families and schools as required.
- Ordering equipment and resources where needed.
- Attending Whizz Kidz services across the country if required in order to support the Service Delivery Managers and Services Support Officer.
- Attending Team Meetings and contributing to the development of Whizz Kidz services.

About the role
The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.
Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead the development and delivery of ambitious income generation plans, with a particular focus on significantly growing income from corporate giving and partnerships.
You will build on Stonewall Housing’s existing corporate relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK. This will include strategic and commercial partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships, corporate donations, corporate foundations, employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause-related marketing and other opportunities for businesses and their employees to support our work.
You will develop compelling partnership propositions, lead applications and pitches, build relationships with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that deliver sustainable income alongside wider value for Stonewall Housing and the LGBTQ+ communities we support.
Alongside your focus on corporate income, you will work across Stonewall Housing’s wider fundraising portfolio, contributing to the development and growth of individual giving, major donor fundraising, community fundraising and other voluntary income streams. You will identify opportunities for different areas of fundraising to complement one another and create meaningful pathways for supporters to deepen their relationship with Stonewall Housing.
This is a senior role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on income generation. You will be as comfortable developing an income strategy and managing a pipeline as you are writing an application to a corporate foundation, pitching a partnership, meeting a prospective supporter or developing a new fundraising opportunity.

This role is to support the Church of England's work in the House of Lords in relation to all matters of education policy. Working closely with the Bishop of Portsmouth (the Chair of the National Society for Education and Lead Bishop for Education) and a range of other Lords Spiritual, you will be providing advice, supporting policy articulation, maintaining links with MPs, peers and staff, and working with NSE senior staff to ensure effective communication of education policy.
The Church of England has a unique role in the education system, providing around 20% of all schools (around 4700 schools). Its national work is overseen by the National Society for Education (Church of England & Church in Wales), working closely in partnership with Diocesan Boards of Education, school and trust leaders, alongside strategic leaders in the FE and HE sectors.
The NSE is chaired by the Bishop of Portsmouth, who has also sat in the House of Lords since December 2025. He regularly speaks in debates and works across the House with a wide range of peers, also working very closely with ministers, particularly in the Department for Education. This role is to provide parliamentary and policy support to him and a range of other Lords Spiritual who will speak on education issues.
The role sits inside the NSE team, line managed by the Head of Education Policy, and then working closely with the wider team of other Parliamentary and Policy Researchers across the wider Church of England. It provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support the Church's work in education at the most strategic level.

- Supporting the Bishop of Portsmouth (Chair of the National Society for Education and Lead Bishop for Education), and a range of other Lords Spiritual speaking on education policy in the House of Lords
- Advising on and researching materials for questions, speeches and other interventions in the Lords. Monitoring and keeping the Bishops informed about relevant parliamentary developments and timetables.

The Parliamentary and Policy Researcher will be expected to regularly in London (at our office base - Church House, Westminster), and at the House of Lords. Flexibility in the working pattern will be required, due to the Bishops' duty weeks and other commitments in the Lords, as well as parliamentary sitting and recess dates.
The postholder will need to have access to the Parliamentary estate, so will be required to apply for a security pass sponsored by the Bishops, and will be expected to abide by the rules and codes set by Parliament that accompany the issuing of a pass. The Role:
This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as we are planning the refurbishment of our flagship 10-bedroom supported accommodation service alongside ongoing development of our wider accommodation portfolio.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and effective operation of all facilities at York Road Project, which includes a 10-bedroom main site shelter and three additional properties comprising a further 14 beds. Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading public research universities to recruit a Programme Administrator for a temporary, full-time role (35 hours per week). This position is to support the team during a particularly busy period. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and will run until December 2026, to be confirmed closer to the time. Please note that this position is based onsite in Holborn and there will be no option for hybrid working throughout the duration of the assignment.
As Programme Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to both faculty and students, ensuring the smooth operation of courses and programmes within the department. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Programme Administration – Supporting Programme Managers with the day-to-day running of departmental programmes.
- Course and Faculty Support – Preparing course materials and maintaining/updating course Moodle pages.
- Examinations and Assessments – Assisting in the administration of departmental examinations in accordance with university policies.
- Service Delivery – Providing general administrative support, helping manage departmental resources, and serving as the first point of contact for phone inquiries.
To be considered for this post, you should have prior experience in a fast-paced administrative support role. Experience in course or programme administration would be highly desirable, though not essential. Ideally, you will be educated to bachelor’s degree level. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload under pressure while demonstrating flexibility. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.

Salary: £26,600 per annum FTE (£21,567.57 per annum actual for 30 hours per week)
About the Role
Community Connectors work as part of an integrated, blended mental health offer to support people with emotional, social and practical needs to access a range of local, non-medical and non-clinical services, to improve confidence, social inclusion and independence.
This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with statutory, third sector and NHS colleagues to support clients who are suffering from moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues. The ability to be adaptable, work independently and the resilience to work in some challenging environments are key attributes for this role.
Service Delivery
- Assess suitability for community connection support as part of a blended team approach and support individuals to access the service by utilising in depth knowledge of local voluntary and community services and networks in your respective area
- To work with individuals to coproduce a plan to address their mental health and wellbeing goals. Am enable people to achieve these goals through facilitating access and connecting with appropriate resources
- Enable people to access community resources which may include accompanying them.
- Offer support, guidance and help where possible to people to gain confidence, overcome initial fears and seek solutions to any barriers inhibiting attendance.
- Take a holistic approach, based on the individuals’ priorities and wider determinants of health that impact on their health and wellbeing, such as debt, poor housing, being unemployed, loneliness and caring responsibilities.
- To work as part of an integrated team to ensure the best outcomes for each person accessing the service.
- Identify and build good working relationships with the community groups, relevant services and activities for partnership work and signposting as well as keep updated information about them.
- Competently work as part of a blended team, under direction from Mind BLMK and ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust), working with independence and in an agile way to support people with complex mental health challenges.
