About You and the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic temporary Programmes Assistant to support the delivery of a busy and inspiring programme of events across the autumn and spring terms.

Working as part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will help deliver a diverse portfolio of lectures, panel discussions, and other events. Our events programme connects people and ideas, broadcasting to audiences worldwide and showcasing the power of geography to shape our understanding of the world.

The role will involve providing administrative and logistical support to the Programmes team across all stages of event coordination, from setting up events in digital systems and managing bookings, through to delivery and ensuring a high-quality experience for both in-person and online audiences.

Salary and Benefits

This is a fixed term contract for six months. We welcome requests for flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part time working. This is looked at on a case-by-case basis, balancing the Society’s needs with the successful candidate’s other commitments, to support a good work-life balance. The salary range for this post is £27,675 - £28,550 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.

We are looking for an Advocate to join our team in London. We are seeking applicants who have transferable skills, a willingness to learn, a desire to promote the rights of children and young people or already have an IAP City and Guilds Level 3 or IAQ City and Guilds Level 4 in Advocacy.

You will work directly with children and young people in, and on the edges, of care, providing them with advocacy support in the community and a variety of settings.

You will empower and support them to ensure their voices are heard within decision–making processes that effect their lives.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our team, who will hold a caseload of residents and meet with them weekly to build a support plan. Main areas of responsibilities are:

Housing and Compliance

• Support young people to understand and comply with their occupancy agreements, including coaching them to meet house rules and responsibilities as part of preparing for successful independent living.
• Promote a strong rent‑payment and credit culture, encouraging residents to maintain regular payments and understand their financial obligations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and statutory requirements affecting young people, ensuring practice aligns with current housing law and organisational policies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to breaches of agreement, including rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, or property damage, using restorative approaches where appropriate and working collaboratively with the wider team.

Coaching and Engagement

• Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.
• Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community.
• Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries.
• Maintain client records on In-Form (client database) detailing the young person’s journey in relation to their strengths and needs, any risks, and any outcomes (to monitor service performance).

You will also take a proactive approach to preventing anti‑social behaviour, working closely with support staff to maintain a positive environment. In addition, you will carry out one‑to‑one interventions with young people who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or who require medical assistance, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

What you will be doing - this is more than a night shift role - it’s an opportunity to make a real difference, working as part of a dedicated team committed to helping young people grow and develop.

Main areas of responsibilities are:

Safety and security

• Provide a friendly, professional presence and ensure the building remains safe, secure and welcoming at night.

Resident engagement

• Complete essential admin tasks including data entry, case notes and record management.

• Work collaboratively on a four‑on, four‑off rota, providing consistent, non‑judgemental support overnight.

This role involves lone working, so you will need to be confident in decision‑making and in following procedures. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team, to support the Head of Procurement to take the department to the next level.

(We are also looking for an 8 month Fix Term Contract role to support a key strategic project specifically linked to Commissioning)

You will use your commercial focus and expertise to drive best practices in our projects, managing various aspects of spending from RfQs for tail-end to tendering on our eProcurement portal for large project procurements.  You will find yourself constantly challenged to come up with innovative ways of thinking and working closely with stakeholders to lead on procurement understanding, driving value for money, strategic projects and managing the supply chain.

You will get involved in a huge variety of projects, from ICT equipment to Marketing and Events, and everything in-between – this means you’ll need to be dynamic and flexible and able to manage your own time well. Sustainability, Social Value and EDI are important to the Trust as a Charity, and so you will strive to embed this in our supply chain with the key suppliers that we work with.

This is an exciting role that the ideal applicant can really make their own and would suit someone who is a self-starter with energy and drive, and a good background in procurement.

Although this role is based in Manchester, you will be expected to travel to our centres across the U.K. with the requirement to stay away from home one or two nights a week if you’re working on key projects in certain areas. Primary locations for this work are Birmingham, Glasgow and London.

As Special Events Fundraising Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse programme of fundraising events. You'll provide event logistics, administration and financial support while helping to build strong relationships with volunteers, supporters and suppliers.

About the Role

The Business Development Officer will work closely with the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to secure new relationships across the Fylde Coat, developing a pipeline of sustainable income. Corporate is a very well-established income stream within the fundraising team, but there's lots of opportunity to grow by building on the brilliant 40+ year reputation of donor care and fundraising products.

Trinity is preparing for its second large-scale public art trail, which will take place in 2028. This is such an exciting opportunity for the new Business Development Officer who'll play a key role in sponsorship recruitment, corporate stewardship, business engagement as well as project planning and delivery. This is expected to become one of the most significant corporate fundraising and sponsorship opportunities over the coming years and offers considerable scope for visibility and impact

About You

This role would suit a natural relationship builder with a talent for finding creative ways to connect with corporate supporters while attracting new businesses opportunities. You may already work in a corporate fundraising, business development or sales role, but the hospices also open to someone with experience in partnerships, marketing, recruitment or professional services.

What's important is that you'll have a track record of meeting financial targets and balancing a demanding workload with competing deadlines. We are looking to appoint a Family Support Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Essex Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most. 

Reporting to the Head of Care out of our Essex base and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service; and will act as the local Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission, providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.
