Responsibilities of our Digital Learning Support Officer:
As a Digital Learning Support Officer you will support the Digital Learning Team with the development and embedding of learning resources including webinars and online courses, all of which are focused on achieving the greatest impact for cats, employees and volunteers at Cats Protection. The role, working with the team, will provide support to learners, assist in the production of learning resources, events and help to improve our services, processes and platforms.

● Designs and implements After Action Reviews, quarterly reviews and annual reviews with staff and grantees to capture major global and national advocacy achievements and facilitate learning for future advocacy initiatives and Malala Fund’s overall advocacy approach.

You will carry out key administrative tasks to ensure delivery is carried out effectively, some of which include responding to enquiries, booking clients onto courses, arranging course materials and recording feedback on to the CRM system. The role holders will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery processes whilst maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients.
You will be able to:
- Record new enquiries and booking information accurately on the CRM system for new client course deliveries
- Monitor shared inbox and answer or allocate enquiries to appropriate Development and Delivery Consultants
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email, and escalate to relevant consultants as appropriate
- Order training materials for each client course delivery, collaborating with supply chain team
- Match Associates with each client
- Coordinate with clients for booking confirmations and follow up feedback
- Pull accurate reports for weekly sales and impact records
- Develop good working relationships with other teams and peers to support overall delivery
- Collaborate with key SJA stakeholders to recommend solutions to resolve issues
You will have:
- Experience working within a busy team providing high quality administrative support
- Experience managing email and phone enquiries
- Experience managing administrative processes on a CRM system
- Good attention to detail and ability to input information accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Desirable skills:
- Experience providing administrative support for a training delivery team

The role is currently home based and whilst long term the role is based at our Colchester offices, we will consider applicants who prefer to be home based who are able to travel to the office 1-2 times per month.
The role also ensures programme and project proposals are technically sound, oversees Lepra’s effective grant management, advises on public health operational principles and organises and disseminates research based learning.
The successful applicant will be required to analyse quantitative and qualitative data using a range of different approaches and software and to present this information so that it may be easily interpreted by different users and audiences.
A recognised postgraduate qualification, or equivalent experience, in epidemiology, statistics or public health, is a requirement for the position.
