The role of Fundraising Lead is to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. You will develop high value 6- and 7-figure fundraising relationships, primarily with the private sector, but also with HNWIs in the future, bringing on board new supporters, so maximising income and sustainability.
With proposals already in play with leading brands, a supportive Head of Fundraising, and active trustee involvement, this is a rare opportunity to make a visible impact in an ambitious organisation.
As Fundraising Lead, you will:
- Lead corporate new business, with full responsibility for a £300k year-one target
- Build and manage a proactive new business pipeline, using prospect research tools, networking and trustee engagement
- Secure six-figure, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing creative offers across unrestricted, programme-based and blended opportunities
- Focus in the short-medium term on corporate new business, moving to incorporate HNWIs in time
- Work with the Head of Fundraising, SMT and board members to open doors and build senior-level relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues including the account management team and bid writer to ensure seamless handover and delivery of secured partnerships
- Represent STEM Learning externally, positioning the organisation as a credible and attractive partner for major corporate supporters
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record of securing six-figure corporate partnerships, ideally multi-year
- Experience building a corporate pipeline from scratch, including research, prospecting and networking
- Strong understanding of how to package and position fundraising propositions to align donor interests with organisational priorities
- Confident and credible with senior stakeholders, including trustees, boards and senior corporate contacts
- Target-driven, entrepreneurial and proactive, able to deliver short-term results while building long-term income growth
- Collaborative and resilient, with the ability to represent STEM Learning externally and inspire confidence internally
- Experience in building relationships with HNWIs and major donor fundraising desirable, but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify opportunities for growth, including expansion of existing provisions, acquiring schools/college centres and developing new service models

We have the opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our People and Organisational Development team to manage, design and deliver the Membership Learning and Development programme at RBL.

In addition, you will be supporting and guiding the Country Training Officers on the development of their learning material and learning events.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, design, develop and deliver the Membership L&D Program, offering virtual, in-person, and blended learning interventions
- Establish a structured learning, coaching, and mentoring program to support County Training Officers (CTOs)
- Develop and manage a quality framework to collect relevant quantitative and qualitative management data to assess impact, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned, supporting informed decision-making and continuous learning
- Manage and lead a team of L&D Specialists and an L&D Coordinator
- Collaborate with Membership Services and stakeholders to identify County and Branch development needs, recommending targeted solutions and interventions
- Lead the delivery of exceptional customer service to members by actively listening to their needs and ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
This role requires regular travel, weekend and evening work, and overnight stays across the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) to deliver learning interventions to meet the needs of colleagues. The expectation is two to three times a month on average and there is also a requirement to attend our London, Haig House office regularly for team meetings and to build relationships with colleagues outside of delivering training.
You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling or at our London office.

Summary of the role:
As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer focuses on strengthening and supporting the various projects, including the collection of programme wide statistics to detail the reach and results of Muslim Aid UK (MAUK) programmes. About the Role:
- Collaborate with the MEAL Manager, country offices and partners staff to craft MEAL systems that align with the project, and MAUK Global objectives, are relevant to the context, responsive to assessed needs, are measurable and are in compliance with grant requirements.
- Ensure that all relevant collaborators have timely access to appropriate information and evidence.

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to provide sound technical advice and guidance to ensure high quality qualitative outcome measurement tools and approaches in line with our increasing portfolio in disability and social inclusion in order to continuously improve Sightsavers’ evidence base.
As the MEL Advisor you will lead qualitative project baseline and endline data collection, coordination, reporting and learning to improve the quality of our programmes and Sightsavers impact. You will maintain and further develop Sightsavers’ qualitative outcome monitoring approach across our thematic areas and ensure high quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
Sightsavers has developed and introduced a MEL framework to measure the organisation’s strategic progress - Learning Accountability and Monitoring Progress (LAMP). The post holder will support its processes and make a significant contribution to understanding progress using qualitative evidence.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and strengthening practices

As the successful candidate you will possess a degree in a relevant field or subject (international development, public health, social sciences), or equivalent learning and experience. You will have a background in the comprehensive design and delivery of outcome focussed qualitative approaches/techniques including participatory MEL, tool development, data collection, analysis and reporting, and have experience of analysing rich qualitative data from multiple sources including the use of appropriate analysis methods and data analysis software tools.

Benslow Music, a thriving musical hub based on a campus in Hitchin, is seeking a Head of Music & Learning to lead the strategic development and delivery of its diverse programmes. We champion the life‑long benefits music brings through a programme of residential, day and online music courses, a concert series and an instrument loan scheme.
We’re rooted in a heritage that began in 1929 as the Rural Music Schools Association, growing into a lively campus with two recital halls, practice rooms, accommodation for around 50 people and an extensive music library. Today we offer around 150 short courses annually, welcoming adult musicians of all abilities, from late starters to early career professionals, across classical, jazz and folk genres. We host a regular concert series featuring emerging and acclaimed artists.

About the role
As Head of Music & Learning, you will lead the delivery, strategic development and evaluation of Benslow Music’s core programmes: courses, concerts and the Instrument Loan Scheme. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll shape an ever-evolving and balanced annual programme.

As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has the opportunity to access creative reflective spaces to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the coordination and administration of Outdoor Learning programmes. Working from a working upland farm in Cumbria, you will play a key role in ensuring apprenticeships, training courses, traineeships and Outdoor Learning sessions run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating bookings and managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases, including Salesforce
- Supporting the Learning team with risk assessments, health and safety compliance and safeguarding processes

What you will deliver (responsibilities)
Programme Support:
