Job description

Each year, Young Enterprise helps thousands of young people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. Through our nationwide enterprise and financial capability programmes, we give young people the opportunities and experiences to discover who they are and what they’re good at.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving, youth focused, charity and play a pivotal role in the development of our digital content and platforms.  We are looking for an experienced, creative and proactive individual to join Young Enterprise as Digital Learning Manager on a permanent basis.

About the role
The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development, management and monitoring and evaluation of the platforms and online content which support young people taking part in our programmes, including YE Learning Zone which houses self-led e-learning courses for students and YE Online and YE Trading Station which supports students taking part in our flagship Company Programme.

The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of each platform as well as placing a focus on building research findings to identify and action relevant content and digital developments to improve the infrastructure and user experience.

A successful track record of developing online content and managing web and digital platforms is essential. An understanding of education and school centred programmes, plus experience working with web and digital developers would be a distinct advantage.

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this role provides a real opportunity to help drive YE’s digital offer forward, and to ensure that young people across the country have access to vital skills and attributes for future life and work. Full details can be found in the attached Job Description.

  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
