The Programme Coordinator role
Due to the exciting expansion of our programmes in the new academic year we are seeking a new team member on a fixed term basis to support our next year of growth and delivery.
In this role you will provide crucial customer service and administration to support the delivery of our inspiring employability and skills-focused workshops in schools.

*Hybrid working
This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. The Coordinator will support two crucial functions of the membership team. Key responsibilities we will entrust you with:
Membership applications and compliance programme
- Deliver administrative tasks in the compliance programme and application process, including scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence & conflict of interest
- Coordinate the application process for aspiring members, pre-assess completeness of applications, and provide process guidance and support throughout their application journey
- Coordinate independent external member evaluations and act as main point of contact, responding to enquiries
- Maintain and update the Salesforce Compliance portal (platform used to manage evaluations)
- Record and track data across various platforms, updating logs and content on the ISEAL website
- Coordinate information and produce reports / minutes in support of programme management, the ISEAL Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
- Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme
Services and member prospecting
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
- Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
- Support to develop and maintain effective relationships with members and prospect members, as well as key stakeholders related to the compliance programme
- Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
- Coordinate customer relationships related to the ISEAL Insight subscription package, including recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating delivery of content
- Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics

Camp Jojo is a small/medium, but growing charity with a committed team of Trustees, Special Advisors, and Volunteers. This is a chance to contribute to a dynamic organisation and work in a supportive environment. In particular, Camp Jojo’s extension of its work to Nags Head Farm, Appleby, Cumbria, is new; with Open Days held in 2025, and the first camps to be held in August 2026.
The holder of this post will be critical to this development; working to establish a sister site in Cumbria to Ivy Farm on Mersea island, Essex, with a well tried and tested model of operations. The role of Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager (Families and Site Ops) is to offer leadership and administrative support to key functions of Camp Jojo at Nags Head Farm, and to members of the Camp Jojo Board, in relation to the camps held at Nags Head Farm.
The Contractor will handle clerical and logistics tasks for the organisation in a timely and efficient way. The primary task of the Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will be to oversee family applications to the camps, and to maintain and develop data bases in support of this. They will hold a key role in relation to communications with the families pre-, during, and post-camps. In addition, they will attend and minute meetings, and contribute to camp operations in planning etc. They may need to work flexibly, according to the seasonal demands of the charity.
They will attend the first day (Friday) of each camp The Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will have a varied and sometimes high-pace job environment. As such, they will need to handle multiple tasks, manage their own time well, interact professionally with the wider Camp Jojo community, and be very good communicators.

Programme Coordination

Inter Mediate is a London-based peacemaking charity supporting confidential negotiations in some of the world’s most challenging conflicts. Now in its second decade of operations, Inter Mediate is seeking a Projects Manager to join our small, specialised team to support our work on dialogue processes and sensitive negotiations, with a particular focus on Asia. Our work in Asia covers conflicts in South and East Asia.
The Projects Manager will be responsible for:
· Supporting and implementing Inter Mediate’s existing projects portfolio of peace talks and other high-level peace initiatives;
· Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in conflict and peace processes, mainly in South and East Asia.;
· Identifying and developing entry points for new projects;
· Monitoring and analysing political developments across areas relevant to Inter Mediate’s work;
· Preparing project proposals and budgets, narrative and financial reporting, and collecting evidence of project impact.
Specific responsibilities:
· Working with the relevant Project Directors to support the development, management and delivery of existing Inter Mediate conflict resolution and dialogue projects, with a geographic focus on South and East Asia;
· Developing and sustaining relationships with key partners and interlocutors, both directly and remotely, travelling frequently to project/meeting locations;

Person Specification - Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Successful candidates would need to demonstrate:
· A masters degree in politics, conflict resolution and peacebuilding, international affairs, public policy or an equivalent subject. Relevant work experience (with a preferred focus on Asia) may be accepted in lieu;
· At least 6 years of work experience in conflict resolution or peace process support for a governmental, non-governmental or inter-governmental organisation, or an equivalent field such as diplomacy, humanitarian access, or international development;
· Experience of project management including finance/budgeting and reporting.
· Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage logistics in sensitive and high pressure situations;
· Evidence of strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills required in operating across multiple geographical and cultural contexts;
· Deep understanding of and interest in politics and conflict resolution in general and with a particular focus on South Asia;
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior interlocutors and IM’s partners;

The Role
The Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of HTB's Evangelism & Mobilisation events and programmes, including Sunday Services, Events Christmas, Easter, HTB Alpha, Connect Groups, Teams, Prayer Ministry training, Workplaced and HTB Focus. This role ensures all operational, administrative, and logistical elements are well-managed and enables consistent implementation and excellent output across any of our 6 London sites (BR, OS, DW, CG, QG, EC).
The Key Responsibilities
The candidate must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends to deliver events,
courses, Sunday services and other ad hoc operational requirements as and when required.

Operational & Administrative Support
• Plan and coordinate the logistical and operational elements for all Evangelism & Mobilisation events, services and initiatives
