Job description

The role

You will lead a directorate of 12 with combined responsibility for the income generation of the charity, with targets in excess of £1m per annum. This includes events and training, our membership scheme and marketing, corporate partners and other business development initiatives including grant funding.

This role requires a creative and strategic approach with a strong commercial acumen and outstanding line management. This is an exciting challenging team. You will be motivated by ambitious targets and leading a diverse and innovative team. As part of the senior leadership team you will contribute to setting the organisational strategy and budgets, and regularly report to the board of trustees.
