About You:

About The Role

• Lead on the planning and implementation of legacy and in mem fundraising portfolio, managing marketing campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis. 
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with in mem supporters and legacy prospects in local communities, with the support of community fundraising managers and local volunteers – keeping these supporters at the heart of your work to to maintain and increase their support through excellent stewardship. 
• Prepare and administer correspondence and relevant paperwork and ensure maintenance for full and accurate database (D365/First Class) records, analysing financial and non-financial data to monitor and improve engagement and customer service performance.
• Proactively keep abreast of competitor activities, new initiatives and sector trends.

About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. Someone who can actively engage and work with our existing client portfolio and win new business through formal tendering opportunities to ensure VoiceAbility remains a provider of choice.

In this new role, you will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate working proactively with external stakeholders and colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that we grow our portfolio of contracts, re-win existing business and advise clients of new services. You will be doing a mixture of new business sales and account management of existing services.

About you

We are seeking candidates with experience in managing the development,  production and delivery of web content and digital products, including e-learning resources, videos, podcasts, and images, for a high traffic and information rich website.

The successful candidate will have experience of implementing a digital-first strategy which supports and refines customer-focused outputs. The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.

Reporting to the Director of Income Generation and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising and marketing teams to; create, test, monitor and evaluate appeals and campaigns, lead on Legacy (and in-memoriam giving) lottery and raffle and other income streams associated with individual giving. The post holder will be working to and reporting on ambitious income and expenditure targets and ensuring that supporters have a positive experience of the charity.

The postholder will lead a Donor Administration Manager to deliver on a positive donor/supporter experience with the aim of retention of current supporters for the long term as well as acquisition of new donors, maximising the potential of all of our supporters. It forms a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit those needing support in pregnancy, pregnancy loss or in the early years of a baby.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and implement a cohesive supporter journey strategy focussed on supporter needs and continuous re-engagement

· Champion best practice and stewardship with individual supporters

· Grow one-off donations and regular gifts and maximise the acquisition of new supporters through direct mail and digital marketing

· Co-ordinate all communications and messaging targeted at existing supporters

Main Responsibilities:

The latest research suggesting that the number of children and young people at risk of hunger has rocketed to three million means that one in five children don't have enough to eat.   

When a child is too hungry to learn, when they’re aching for something to eat, they can’t concentrate. They can’t absorb information. Big feelings and worries can be impossible to control. They fall behind in their studies.  

Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.   

Magic Breakfast are ambitious to grow our impact in order to remove hunger as a barrier to learning for all children and young people in the UK. To do this, we need to continue to grow our fundraised income, of which new corporate income is a significant element.

JOB INFORMATION

• Ensuring that risk-screening and due diligence processes have been completed in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence policies. 
• Understanding each prospect’s strategic interests through meetings, discussions and research and defining the mutual advantage in partnership. 
• Developing and delivering engaging, relevant and impactful pitches and written proposals to prospective partners.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our volunteer development activity. Working closely with
the Fundraising, Delivery and Marketing teams, this is a varied role working with alumni and employee
volunteers to support activities in our member schools.

You will lead on the development of our volunteer community which is managed online through the Future
First Hub, and be responsible for developing and delivering a programme of activities that nurture
relationships with Future First’s diverse audience of volunteers, and increases support for the charity’s
fundraising and development goals.

manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be confident in the use of standard office technology, as
well as experienced in the use of databases and IT applications.

• To be responsible for developing Future First’s volunteer relations strategy, and associated budget with a particular focus on the development of an engaged community, and a focus on the needs of employee volunteer schemes.
