Job description

Relate is planning an ambitious new response to helping the four million people who currently benefit from our services and support, and the many more who could do so in future.

We’re planning to change our relationship with those we exist to support: we want people to not only to come to Relate in times of crisis but to develop a life-long relationship with us where our services and support are accessed at key life transition points. We want to be there to strengthen the nation’s relationships throughout life in ways that work for each individual.

Understanding our users and the wider context in which we’re working will be key to achieving this ambition. We want to build strong and meaningful relationships with relevant communities to inform, test, promote and join our work – and, crucially, to continually learn from one another. Learning from these relationships and adapting our services, support and channels appropriately will be central to helping more people in more ways that work.
