You’ll be joining a fast-paced but very supportive team of around 15 people, with plenty of guidance at the start and a strong culture of working together. We offer hybrid working with at least 20% of your time onsite at either our London or Manchester hub, and there may be scope for increased remote working for the right person.

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll provide the core administrative support that keeps the Schools and Colleges Early Support Service running efficiently, ensuring that appointments, communications, data processes and day-to-day operations are well coordinated so practitioners can focus on supporting children, young people and school staff. You’ll work closely with practitioners and the Project Manager, and you’ll also build regular connections with school staff and education professionals across the country. These relationships are central to the role and key to keeping the service running smoothly.
- Getting up to speed quickly with scheduling, mailbox management and core administrative processes.
- Helping maintain smooth service delivery by keeping information accurate, organised and shared in a timely way.
- You’ll manage daily service administration, oversee intervention activity and act as a point of contact for practitioners.
- Scheduling appointments, webinars, training sessions and internal/external meetings, making sure all logistics are in place.
- You’ll monitor and manage the service mailbox, respond to enquiries and share prepared communications with stakeholders.
- Organising meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking accurate minutes when required.
- You’ll maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, track service uptake, and collate data for reporting and analysis.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a well-organised and proactive administrator who’s confident with digital tools, comfortable managing a busy workload, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with practitioners, schools and other stakeholders.
- You should have experience working in a busy administrative setting and be confident juggling multiple tasks.
- Strong IT skills are important, including ease with MS Office, web-based systems and databases/CRMs.
- You’ll need excellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills to stay on top of deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with a range of colleagues and professionals.
- A flexible, problem-solving approach is key, as well as an understanding—or willingness to develop an understanding—of the school environment, safeguarding and confidentiality.
Key details
Hours: Full time: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is considered depending on individual situation and service needs. Must work Friday.
Salary: £27,040 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme
Location: Location Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD). There may be scope for increased remote working for the right person.

About the Role:
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for children and families referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each family receives tailored support that meets their individual needs.
As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer you will:
- Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for children and families.

The African Gifted Foundation (AGF) exists to develop Africa's future STEM leaders by supporting gifted young women to access world-class education. The Opportunity

Essential Experience & Skills
✓ Proven track record of strategic fundraising in the UK charity sector, with demonstrable success in securing five-figure+ gifts from trusts, foundations and major donors

✓ Strategic thinker who can develop compelling fundraising strategies and turn them into practical action plans with measurable results

We are currently looking for a Training Centre Support Officer to join our team at HMS RALEIGH.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to support the Centre Manager in managing the facility known as SCTC Raleigh which is hosted at HMS Raleigh. We operate within and as part of HMS Raleigh, this requires significant co-ordination and liaison across the wider team at HMS Raleigh. The purpose of SCTC Raleigh is to facilitate and support the delivery of cadet training for all organisations of the Royal Navy Cadet Forces. This role is responsible for facilities management and health and safety reporting to the Centre Manager.
Responsibilities
- To support the Centre Manager to facilitate all activity hosted at the centre
- Lead on arranging all logistics in support of the centre’s activities
- Ensure the centres facilities are maintained appropriately
- Manage the routine health and safety records and actions for the Centre Manager

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience/knowledge of uniformed and/or youth organisations
- Experience working within the Military environment preferably Royal Navy.

We are seeking an experienced Charity Administrator (Maternity Cover for CEO) to provide continuity and ensure the smooth running of CURE UK during our CEO’s maternity leave. - Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk): In addition to the core responsibilities, the postholder will also take on charity finance and administration tasks. These include management of the donor database (Beacon CRM), support with bookkeeping and reconciliation, handling charitable giving for our projects, and processing invoice payments to suppliers.
- Part-time (c. 20 hrs/wk): The role would focus on communications, fundraising, and donor care. Finance, accounting, and governance tasks would be handled by our external Accountant partner.

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience in fundraising communications (appeals, newsletters, donor care).
- Experience in grant fundraising and management (grant writing and reporting)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan and take responsibility for your own workflow as the sole caretaker of the organisation.

The Communications Team tells people who Liberty is, what we do and how they can get involved – helping to shape the narrative of the media debate and influence decision makers. This role requires proven experience of line managing colleagues and devising and executing strategic national media and digital comms plans.
Liberty is a small organisation, which punches above its weight. The Media and Communications Manager will combine strong project management and hands-on day-to-day delivery, line managing a team of three in a fast-paced environment which includes a 24-hour press office.
This is an important leadership role. The post-holder will advise senior colleagues, set messaging, lead projects across earned and owned channels, brief and train spokespeople, build and maintain relationships with journalists and other external stakeholders, and draft and edit media materials.
Success will see integrated, collaborative and ambitious project planning to support policy, campaigns and legal cases to engage key audiences with impactful communications and enhance Liberty’s reputation and influence.
