Battersea is entering an exciting phase of innovation and transformation as we embark on the first year of our new five-year strategy. Our fundraising team bridges the journey of the animals in our care with the wider public, demonstrating how their contributions enable us to support every dog and cat. We now have several new roles within this team to further our mission.
Within this role, you will manage and deliver Battersea’s Lottery & Lead Generation programme, maximising income and achieving budgeted targets and KPIs. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of three to deliver the programme effectively and professionally. You will also be responsible for managing the business-critical agency relationships key to the success of the programme.

To lead and deliver Richmond CVS’s support services for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across the borough. This includes providing high-quality advice, training, and development support, alongside managing key projects and coordinating external consultants.
The role is central to strengthening the VCSE sector, with a focus on organisational development, fundraising, and governance. It also involves working closely with statutory partners including Richmond Council and the South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), ensuring that VCSE organisations are well-positioned to engage with and influence local systems.
The postholder will also lead the design and delivery of new initiatives, including externally funded programmes, and will have the opportunity to shape and evolve the role in response to emerging needs.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Development
Provide tailored advice and support to VCSE organisations on governance, fundraising, income generation, and strategic planning.
Lead the development and delivery of training programmes, workshops, and resources.
Support organisations to strengthen their legal structures, policies, and compliance.
Promote inclusive and accessible service delivery.
Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic leadership for RCVS’s capacity building and project work.
Contribute to organisational strategy and planning.
Represent RCVS at external meetings, networks, and partnerships, including with statutory bodies.
Project & Programme Management
Manage capacity building projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate project impact, producing reports for funders and stakeholders.
Lead the development and delivery of consultancy projects, including scoping, contracting, and oversight.
Manage relationships with external consultants to ensure quality and consistency.
Line Management
Lead and support a small team, coordinating workplans and fostering collaboration.

Corporate Partnership Manager

Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more patients and provide additional support at a time when it is more critical than ever for kidney patients.
The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via charity of the year partnerships, corporate partnerships, and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnership Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will also work closely with the Events Manager, Trust & Foundation Manager, Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications as well as the wider Fundraising team to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth.
Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications who takes a special interest in the charity’s Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income from c£2.3m in 2025 to even greater levels over the coming years.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Charity Administrator (Maternity Cover for CEO) to provide continuity and ensure the smooth running of CURE UK during our CEO’s maternity leave. This is a caretaker role: you will be the charity’s sole staff member, responsible for day-to-day operations, donor communications, and ongoing fundraising projects. Strategic leadership will remain with the Board of Trustees — the role is to manage and deliver existing commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

This role can be shaped according to the successful candidate’s availability and skills:
- Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk): In addition to the core responsibilities, the postholder will also take on charity finance and administration tasks. These include management of the donor database (Beacon CRM), support with bookkeeping and reconciliation, handling charitable giving for our projects, and processing invoice payments to suppliers.
- Part-time (c. 20 hrs/wk): The role would focus on communications, fundraising, and donor care. Finance, accounting, and governance tasks would be handled by our external Accountant partner.

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience in fundraising communications (appeals, newsletters, donor care).
- Experience in grant fundraising and management (grant writing and reporting)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan and take responsibility for your own workflow as the sole caretaker of the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Good written communication and relationship management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to handle a varied workload.

About the Role
In this newly created role, you will work directly with the CEO, providing oversight and direction to Team Leaders to ensure that services operate effectively and meet contractual requirements. You will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of unpaid carers in Buckinghamshire, with the ability to make an impact quickly. You’ll bring proven hands-on experience in a similar role working with a team to establish effective and innovative ways to deliver services.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic and Operational Leadership
· Hold overall accountability for service performance and quality, working through the Adult, Young and Hospital Carers Team Leaders who lead day-to-day operations
· Ensure alignment with our strategic priorities and our commissioned outcomes.
· Contribute as an active member of the Senior Management Team, supporting organisational strategy, planning and delivery.
· Ensure that all carer services operate cohesively, with smooth transitions between age groups and consistent quality standards.
· Use data and feedback to drive service improvement and innovation.
2. Service Delivery and Quality
· Oversee the effective management of the Adult, Young, Young Adult and Hospital teams.
· Embed a culture of high performance, reflective practice and continuous learning.
· Ensure strong safeguarding practices are central in all services
· Ensure systems are used consistently for case management, data recording and reporting.
· Work with the Diverse Communities Worker and other leads to ensure services are inclusive, culturally sensitive and responsive to the needs of underrepresented groups
· Oversee the effective involvement of volunteers within carer services, working with the Volunteer Manager to ensure they are well-supported, trained and valued as integral members of the team.
3. People Leadership and Team Development
· Foster collaboration and a supportive team culture built on the Carers Bucks values.
· Line-manage and support the three Team Leads, ensuring clarity of priorities, effective supervision and professional growth.
· Support wellbeing, resilience and a sense of shared purpose across teams.
4. Safeguarding
· Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Carers Bucks, providing advice and guidance to staff on safeguarding issues, ensuring compliance with policy and statutory requirements, and escalating concerns appropriately.
· Maintain oversight of all safeguarding cases across the organisation and support Team Leaders in their DDSL responsibilities.
5. Partnership and Representation
· Provide strategic coordination across thematic leads (Diverse Communities, Hospitals, Volunteers) to ensure alignment and shared priorities across services
· Represent Carers Bucks strategically with partners across social care, education and health.
· Support the CEO in relationships with commissioners, primary and secondary care, schools and VCSE partners to enhance identification and referral of carers.
· Champion the voice of carers of all ages through partnership boards, networks and other forums.
6. Performance, Impact and Reporting
· Monitor performance against contract outcomes, KPIs and quality standards.
· Work with our Data Lead to ensure accurate reporting and a strong evidence base for our work.
· Analyse trends and learning to inform service design and improvement.
· Contribute to quarterly and annual reports for commissioners and trustees.
· Provide effective feedback upwards to the CEO.
7. Organisational Contribution
· Contribute to strategic planning, risk management and organisational development.
· Represent Carers Bucks at events, conference and key campaigns
· Lead on the co-design of new approaches, including digital and preventative models.
· Stay abreast of local and national developments in carers’ policy and practice.
· Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Chief Executive.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced but very supportive team of around 15 people, with plenty of guidance at the start and a strong culture of working together. What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll provide the core administrative support that keeps the Schools and Colleges Early Support Service running efficiently, ensuring that appointments, communications, data processes and day-to-day operations are well coordinated so practitioners can focus on supporting children, young people and school staff. You’ll work closely with practitioners and the Project Manager, and you’ll also build regular connections with school staff and education professionals across the country. These relationships are central to the role and key to keeping the service running smoothly.

- Helping maintain smooth service delivery by keeping information accurate, organised and shared in a timely way.
- You’ll manage daily service administration, oversee intervention activity and act as a point of contact for practitioners.
- Scheduling appointments, webinars, training sessions and internal/external meetings, making sure all logistics are in place.
- You’ll monitor and manage the service mailbox, respond to enquiries and share prepared communications with stakeholders.
- Organising meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking accurate minutes when required.
- You’ll maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, track service uptake, and collate data for reporting and analysis.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a well-organised and proactive administrator who’s confident with digital tools, comfortable managing a busy workload, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with practitioners, schools and other stakeholders.
- You should have experience working in a busy administrative setting and be confident juggling multiple tasks.
- Strong IT skills are important, including ease with MS Office, web-based systems and databases/CRMs.
- You’ll need excellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills to stay on top of deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with a range of colleagues and professionals.

The Purpose of the Role

The Director of UK Mass Markets is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Mass Markets team in the UK and for securing long-term sustainable income for the IRC through individual donor acquisition, retention and supporter care. Key Accountabilities
