In the role of Carer Information Officer, you'll be instrumental in researching, scoping and working closely with our Communications & Marketing team in developing our creation of information resources, alongside our skilled staff team to ensure that the information is accurate, relevant and well presented. You will create high quality information content suited to a variety of channels including (but not exclusively) e-learning platforms, web, video, and print.

Through the work of this role, we will increase carer awareness to enable us to reach and support more carers, provide easy access to information and advice, enable better navigation of services by carers, and help carers feel better connected and that their voices are heard through the content we produce. Carers will be better able to find information digitally at a time that works for them.

This role works within our Information and Advice Team with close links to our Engagement, Community and Comms & Marketing teams. You will develop a deep understanding of carers and their needs putting equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility and co-production at the heart of your practice.

This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional travel to in-person meetings and activities, which may include some weekend engagements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Research and Content Development: Identify and evaluate reliable sources of information to develop accurate and accessible content that provides a wide range of information and guidance for carers.

• Awareness Raising: Contribute to the promotion of Carers Support West Sussex and the services offered by creating engaging information that increases public and professional understanding of unpaid carers and the challenges they face.

About the role:

Respect is seeking two Helplines Advisors to provide support to male victims of domestic abuse on the Men’s Advice Line and perpetrators of domestic abuse on the Respect Phoneline.

You will support service users by phone, email and webchat, providing emotional support, practical advice, information on the available options, and signposting to other services. As well as work with male victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse in ways that support them to increase safety and reduce harm, as described in the Models of Work and relevant policies and procedures.

About you:

• An understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on victims, in particular male victims
• An understanding of the help-seeking barriers for male victims of domestic abuse 
• An understanding of the reasons why perpetrators use abusive behaviours towards partners in relationships

The Compliance Team’s role is to provide assurance that, based on evidence, internal controls are in place and are operating effectively. We are responsible for ensuring Centrepoint can operate and develop safely within regulatory frameworks. The team, which consists of managers, officers and a head of department, oversees several aspects of compliance across Centrepoint, including fundraising, employability & skills, data protection, complaints, internal policies and procedures and safeguarding.   

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The current requirement is a minimum of two days in the office per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. From 1 July 2025, this will increase to a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking, with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

Working within experienced and committed teams, the Behaviour Change Worker will deliver trauma responsive interventions including one to one support and group work to prevent harm.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

There is a requirement for evening working – approximately once per week to deliver group work interventions. There may be a requirement to work weekends. 

Key Responsibilities

• Complete specialist risk assessments according to service guidelines and Respect standards, alongside developing personalised safety and support plans for programme participants.
• Deliver one to one specialist behaviour change interventions for people with vulnerabilities, complex or multiple needs and those who require additional support to access our services.
• Co-facilitate short term and long-term group work, providing a Respect accredited DVPP (Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme) programme.
• Promote the service externally and ensure our interventions are accessible.
• Provide proactive, trauma responsive and holistic support, with a focus on increasing victim safety and reducing the risk posed by a perpetrator.
• Work within a multi-agency framework to effect change, manage risk and ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children is paramount.
• Offer professional consultancy, training and advice to other agencies on working with perpetrators.

We’re working with a fantastic health charity to recruit a Challenge Events Manager to join their ambitious team. Reporting to the Head of Mass Participation, you’ll lead a team of three to develop and deliver a dynamic portfolio of DIY and open challenge events.

About the Role and the Project

WorkWell is an exciting project that supports people across Cambridge City, East Cambs and South Cambs in either getting back to work or to enable them to thrive at work.

A WorkWell Coach is responsible for providing personalised support and guidance to individuals with disabilities or health barriers, helping them to enter, return to, or stay in employment.

The role involves assessing individual needs through a ‘What Matters to You’ conversation, developing personalised Back to Work or Thrive at Work action plans, providing supporting as they move toward their goals.

Liaising with employers and stakeholders to facilitate successful employment outcomes. Work Well Coaches may attend multi agency meetings with or on behalf of individuals.

We’re entering the first year of a 3-year fundraising growth strategy with a strategic focus on these areas. As our Legacy + In Memory Manager you’ll be stepping into a new role and can shape and grow two of our most important income streams in the Supporter Giving + Legacies portfolio.  

This role is perfect for a creative, data driven fundraiser who can lead the development and delivery of acquisition and retention programmes and collaborate across the organisation to embed legacy and in-memory giving into everything we do, from supporter touchpoints to wider organisational culture.
