We are seeking experienced and highly motivated staff members for our Complex Needs Accommodation Service. The role will require you to work alongside the Regional Services Manager , to provide a high level of support to these clients at our Ashley Road and Milton House projects.
You will be in a specialist role designed to work with people with complex support needs relating to: mental ill health, physical health & substance use needs. You will also play a key part in reducing the risk of re-offending, liaising with external professionals, preventing homelessness and promoting the independence and social inclusion of these clients.
The working rota for this post is Monday - Friday. (no weekend shifts) and a mixture of earlies (8am - 3.30pm) & lates (3pm - 10.30pm)
About you:
- Previous experience of working with people with complex support needs.
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver positive outcomes utilising your knowledge of the health, social care and criminal justice sector.

nia has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. The organisation has three main aims: to provide services for women, girls and children who have experienced men’s violence; contributing to ending male violence against women and girls, and to inform and influence policy and public awareness.
The Play Therapy Service provides a free, confidential therapeutic service for children and young people who have experienced or witnessed domestic and/or sexual violence. It is designed to help them have the space to express themselves, think things through and work towards healing from trauma. Children/young people receive the service usually once a week, in one of nia’s satellite locations in East London.

In the role of Play Therapist, you will play a central role in running a play therapy service for children and young people affected by violence against women, including the children of mothers who have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence and prostitution, as well as problematic substance use. Central to our offering is our UR4Meals service, providing free, home-cooked food to people who cannot afford to provide for themselves. We are also very proud of our UR4Driving programme, which supports people recently out of prison with free driving lessons in exchange for community volunteering. The role

Your role
This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. YMCA DownsLink Group’s WiSE (What is Sexual Exploitation) Project is an innovative, award winning project working across East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and Surrey, with children and young people experiencing or at risk of sexual exploitation; as well as raising awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation and other forms of Child Criminal Exploitation.
We are looking for someone with the confidence to develop a new support offer for Surrey. This new post offers the opportunity to work in the WiSE team in Surrey in an exciting new role which has two strands to it; providing targeted early intervention peer group sessions to young people (up to 25 years,) who have been identified by their educational placement as being vulnerable too sexual or criminal exploitation. The role also entails working alongside Education and other agencies to prevent Violence Against Women and Girls by creating and facilitating training to teachers of the PSHE curriculum in both Primary and Secondary schools in Surrey. The successful applicant will be supported in the role through Reflective Supervision Practice, along with regular one-to-ones.
This role will be based out of a Police Station in Surrey, which can be discussed at interview. There will be frequent travel and it is essential you hold a current driving license and have access to your own car.

The Project Coordinator will:
- Report to the Portfolio Manager (Routes Into & Through)
- Be employed on a permanent contract
- Be based remote or hybrid, with regular travel to London
- Be paid a pro rata full-time equivalent salary of £28,000

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the smooth running of our projects and programmes. You’d be part of one or more project teams, overseen by a Project or Portfolio Manager, ensuring that our projects are delivered to a high standard, and that our participants and clients have a positive experience working with us.
1. Responsible for the administration and coordination of project delivery and communication across a portfolio of Koreo’s programmes and projects
2. Responsible for the management of data and relationships that contribute to wider business objectives and activities
3. Responsible for contributing to the team and self development as part of a thriving working culture at the company
We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:
● Organisation, time management and task efficiency – You are reliable and thrive on responsibility. You will be expected to manage competing priorities, delivering at pace to a high standard. Effective planning and strong organisation skills will be key to the success of this role
● Ability to take initiative and effectively solve problems – You are able to work independently and use initiative when needed. You are a natural problem solver, and you are able to quickly spot and manage key risk areas
● Attention to detail – You are an excellent proof-reader and you are able to work confidently with large quantities of complex data
● Customer service – You should understand who our customers/clients are and show a commitment and desire to anticipate, meet and exceed their needs and expectations
● Build positive relationships – You are comfortable in a small, busy and ambitious team. You are be a good team player and able to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and our community

●Good general education, typically to A Level or equivalent
●Experience managing and delivering work to a deadline and in accordance to a plan
●Experience of working effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
●Experience working with databases and other systems including Google Workspace or equivalent
●Experience of providing administrative support to projects and teams
●Basic working knowledge of creating and coordinating projects
●The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
●Strong attention to detail
●Good communication skills, both oral and written – particularly the ability to communicate with people at various levels
●Desire to work on issues and themes of social change and the development of others
It’s desirable, but not essential that the person has:
●Experience of organising and planning events
●Experience of building and managing working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
●Experience of collecting and analysing data/ insights and writing/producing reports
●Experience of digital diary management and coordination
●Knowledge of charities and/or employment programmes and the way they work and operate
●Ability to use design and communications software like Adobe and other platforms
●A proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges
●Desire and commitment to own learning and ongoing development

About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic team member, who will work closely with the Partnerships Manager.
- You will help provide excellent account management to our valued partners, encouraging them to think of new and innovative ways to support us, also working to build our profile in the local area.
- You will lead on coordinating our corporate volunteers; working closely with the services teams to come up with engaging volunteering opportunities and ensuring our corporate volunteers have a great experience when they give their time to us.
- We are looking for a personable and professional self-starter who is comfortable communicating with people at all levels and sometimes representing the charity at fundraising events.
- This role would suit someone who currently works in a fundraising role and is looking to develop their career within corporate partnerships or, someone with a customer service/account management background who has excellent relationship building skills.
