Corporate Parnterships Manager
We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on developing corporate partnerships and will also support our Campaign Board and major donor activity.
First Give is a small charity, with a growing fundraising team and big ambitions. You will therefore be someone who thrives in a start-up environment, brings new ideas to the table and is comfortable setting up new systems and processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Head of Philanthropy and the Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.

To enable Operation Smile’s global surgical activities, OSUK’s Partnerships Team works to maximise high-potential income channels such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraisers and trusts and foundations.
We have created an exciting new position in our team for an ambitious and confident relationship fundraiser. Working as part of the Partnership Team and line managing one Partnerships Officer, the Partnerships Manager position will secure critical income from new and existing corporate partners through compelling pitches and excellent stewardship.
The position will build on existing partner relationships with high-profile businesses like Superdrug, the Perfume Shop and Johnson & Johnson, aiming to grow their contributions, as well as making approaches to new prospects in relevant sectors, working closely with the Director of Partnerships.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships Development
- Ensure achievement of annual income target for corporate partnerships
- Take primary responsibility for managing the current pool of medium and large corporate partnerships, including global partners (working with Operation Smile Inc), to ensure their growth and longevity – strategic input into the growth of each partner will be essential
- Develop and implement plans for partner activity to maximise all income channels, including corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, cause-related marketing and more
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new corporate fundraising prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships
- Enhance our employee engagement and community fundraising offer with simple, easy-to-do fundraising activities, linked to key moments in the calendar
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to partners and internal stakeholders
- Represent Operation Smile UK in global corporate partner discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
- Lead on the development and management of any corporate partner cultivation events
Additional Responsibilities
- Line manage one Partnerships Officer, supporting them to manage inbound community fundraising requests and existing relationships, as well as smaller corporate partners
- Oversight of community fundraising income target delivered by the Officer
- Create and maintain annual corporate partnerships and community fundraising budgets and business plans, including activities from current supporters and forecasting new business income
Additional Information
- 2 years’ experience in a corporate partnerships or business development role
- We promote flexible and hybrid working, with 2 days per week in our London office in Battersea (nearest stations Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town). There will also be some UK travel for meetings, conferences and events.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners, delivering first rate account management across partnership types including Charity of the Year, commercial brand campaigns and retail partnerships.
- Develop and implement bespoke stewardship and cultivation plans that maximise partnership value, support organisational priorities and meet agreed income targets and KPIs
- Engage key internal stakeholders across the organisation to craft mutually beneficial and strategic partnerships in line with both team and organisational strategic goals.
- Prepare and develop compelling presentations, pitches and proposals; negotiate bespoke benefits packages and lead renewal discussions.
- Establish and monitor partnership milestones, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of reporting financial management and record keeping (including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and contract management).
- Work collaboratively with New Business, Development, Income Generation and wider internal stakeholders including Food, Operations and Marcomms.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, fundraising regulations and ethical gift policies, legal requirements and internal compliance practices.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience managing key relationships—minimum three years within a charity environment—with a track record of stewarding and growing six‑figure partnerships.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and create compelling, tailored propositions.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple complex projects, with strong organisational, financial management and commercial awareness (including understanding of VAT considerations).
- Experience developing pitches, partnership plans and legal agreements; familiarity with commercial brand licensing and staff fundraising desirable.
- Proactive, target‑driven and creative, with the ability to use data and insight to shape partnership strategies.
- Knowledge of the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, GDPR and relevant legislative requirements; Salesforce or similar CRM experience desirable.

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) drives income growth by securing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. With new business separated from account management, and as The Felix Project moves through its merger with FareShare to form a larger national food redistribution network, the role requires a strategic, results-driven specialist who can build a robust pipeline, develop compelling propositions and convert interest into significant private-sector income. Additionally, the post-holder will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, engaging with key internal stakeholders such as the CEO and Trustees to identify and cultivate funding opportunities. About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting a Community Outreach & Partnerships Officer to support the delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Kingston and Sutton. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, with core hours of 9.00am–4.30pm. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of three days on site per week. Evening work may be required on occasion.
You will report to the Connect to Work Operations Manager and work closely with internal teams and local stakeholders to ensure the service is well integrated and reaches residents who will benefit most.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied, outward-facing and rooted in partnership working. You would play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships across Kingston and Sutton, working with local organisations to ensure eligible residents are identified, engaged and referred into the Connect to Work programme.
You would proactively engage with a wide range of partners, including Local Authority teams, Jobcentre Plus, health services, VCSE organisations and community groups. This would involve attending forums and partnership meetings, delivering tailored information sessions and presentations, and promoting the Connect to Work service so that referral pathways are clear, effective and aligned with contractual targets.
A central part of the role is ensuring Connect to Work is well integrated with existing local provision. You would work alongside partner teams, including co-locating where appropriate, to support warm handovers into the service and improve participant journeys. You would also identify gaps in local provision and work with internal colleagues to develop solutions that improve access and outcomes for residents.
You would manage and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, supported by the Operations Manager and Senior Integration and Partnership Manager. This includes maintaining regular
communication with partners, contributing to partnership action plans, and providing updates on progress, impact and service developments. You would work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities for skills development, vacancies and sustainable employment outcomes.
Alongside outreach activity, you would ensure all work is delivered in line with contract requirements, safeguarding protocols and data protection standards. You would maintain accurate records of partnership engagement and referrals, provide timely updates and reports to support service monitoring, and contribute to internal meetings, service reviews and audits. The role also includes attending supervision, appraisal, training and development activities, and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation by embedding its values in all interactions.

City Year UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive new business and nurture existing corporate relationships.
Join a youth and education charity which empowers diverse 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time volunteering in schools. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, our volunteers support children who are furthest away from opportunity in the UK.

The Role
This role is central to building a strong, sustainable income pipeline and increasing support for our programmes.
You will:

The Opportunity
As a key team member within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of our corporate partnerships, with a focus on partnerships that enable and enhance our Aspiring Professionals Programme.
1. Account Management:
- Ownership and management of the direction, growth and success of key strategic partnerships with Freshfields and Linklaters, providing excellent stewardship and effective communications to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage, renew and develop a select portfolio of smaller existing partnerships in the legal sector, identifying new opportunities to deliver greater impact and income growth.

2. Stewardship and Reporting:

In this dynamic role, you’ll build and convert a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects, delivering standout pitches and securing 5‑ and 6‑figure partnerships across a range of sectors. You’ll craft compelling propositions, influence senior decision‑makers and bring bold new ideas to our fundraising strategy.
Working closely with teams across Fundraising & Communications, you’ll represent Depaul UK with confidence—leading meetings, inspiring supporters and ensuring our messaging lands with clarity and purpose. This job is offered as a part-time (22.5 hours per week) permanent role with hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you will:
· Identify and cultivate high‑value corporate prospects to grow new business income.
· Secure 5‑ and 6‑figure multi‑year partnerships through strong pitching and negotiation.
· Develop tailored proposals, presentations and partnership propositions that inspire action.
· Build and manage a clear, accurate new‑business pipeline using Raiser’s Edge NXT.
· Represent Depaul UK at external meetings, pitches and events with professionalism and confidence.
· Collaborate across fundraising and communications teams to deliver aligned, compelling partnership messaging.
· Create innovative partnership products that unlock new income and deepen corporate engagement.
· Strengthen long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic growth.
About You
You are a confident, driven fundraiser with a strong record of securing high‑value corporate partnerships and generating new business. You craft standout proposals, deliver compelling pitches and build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, while proactively managing a clear pipeline and spotting opportunities for innovative partnerships. You bring proven success in winning £50k+ corporate support, representing an organisation externally and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 Depaul UK was born.
What began as a single housing project in North London soon expanded across London, Greater Manchester and the North East of England. Today, Depaul UK provides accommodation, prevention and support services to thousands of marginalised young people across the UK each year.
