CHIRP is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to support the maritime and aviation programme teams with administrative and technical functions. The role combines general administrative duties with data collection, analysis and presentation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting CHIRP’s work to enhance aviation and maritime safety through effective reporting, analysis, and dissemination of key safety insights. Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the programme teams. This includes:
· in-box monitoring, meeting preparation and internal coordination (25%).
· scheduling and arranging meetings, minute taking, and tracking follow up actions (10%).
· coordinating the receipt, logging and management of confidential aviation and maritime safety reports and associated correspondence (20%).
· assisting with the production of FEEDBACK publications, including uploading content to our website and co-ordinating print and email distribution (20%).
· maintaining and updating content on our website and reporting portal, liaising with our IT providers where necessary to identify and resolve issues (15%).
· contributing to communications and outreach by managing email lists, supporting social media communications in coordination with the Comms Lead, and co-ordinating procurement of merchandise and promotional materials (10%).
Essential Skills & Experience
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a Just culture framework.
· Strong organisational and administrative skills within the not for profit sector, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Confident in the use of software including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Bi).
· Experience in online research, data collection, and analysis.
· Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively within a part-time schedule.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work as a team.
Desirable skills and experience
· Experience of working with volunteers or previous experience of being a volunteer for a charity.

Reporting Line
The Administrative Assistant will be line-managed by the Director Maritime and matrix managed by the Cabin Crew Programme Manager for specific programme tasks.

Established in 1982, CHIRP has been a long-standing presence in both Aviation and Maritime safety spheres. More recently, CHIRP has aspired to capture the synergies between the two programmes. CHIRP’s mission is to help improve aviation and maritime safety and build a Just Culture by managing an independent and influential programme for the confidential reporting of human factors safety issues. We do this by:
• Receiving and considering reports that might not otherwise be submitted through formal reporting processes.
• Analysing the data to identify issues and trends.
• Disseminating safety-related reports and trends that we consider will be of public benefit.
CHIRP is a membership organisation with a Board of up to 12 Trustees and an Executive team of paid staff and consultants. The programme teams are supported by Advisory Boards comprising subject matter volunteer specialists who provide advice on issues raised through the confidential reporting process.
Contract length
This contract is a fixed term position until 31 March 2026. During this time, CHIRP will review personnel requirements to deliver a new strategy alongside funding availability. The future of this role will be considered in this process with the postholder fully engaged in this review.

Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) was founded by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will who were both killed by her ex-partner in 2003. Each year, around 150 families lose a loved one to domestic homicide. We help these families in many ways, our prime function being to provide families in England and Wales with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after fatal domestic abuse.
AAFDA is a growing Charity and to meet the demands of this growth, we are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our busy team.

CSAN is the official agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference, tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice affecting people in England and Wales. Over the last 20 years, CSAN has established a network of 50 diocesan and direct service charities, with a combined annual expenditure on social mission estimated at £400m, excluding the work of schools and religious congregations. The key responsibilities of the Senior Migration Officer are:
1. To provide timely information to the CSAN team and the network on UK Government resettlement programmes and legislation on immigration.
2. To support CSAN’s work to improve public policy and practice on immigration, with compelling evidence from our network, and enabling effective participation in advocacy for a humane system.
3. To work closely with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales on issues of migration and human trafficking.
4. To lead the implementation of the Gubay-

- The role of RPCS Health Care Assistant is in place to provide end of life care to patients in their own homes in the final weeks of life.
- We are looking for caring staff who could provide personal care to patients in their last weeks of life.
- If you think this is you then we can offer a variety of shift patterns to suit you, working across a 7 day week.
- Your normal hours of work will be a varied shift pattern (between 7am-11pm) on a rota basis from Sunday to Saturday.
- You will be visiting patients living in your local area, who wish to be cared for in their own home.
- You will provide support with washing, dressing, nutrition, and skin care.
- During your visit you will spend time talking to patients and their relatives, using your skills to ascertain the best possible care for the individual.
- Visits are mainly provided by two carers, but there are times when you will visit alone, so you must have access to your own car.
- Experience is not essential as training will be given but ideally you will have had some experience of prior caring i.e. for a dying relative, childcare etc.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £25,244 FTE with potential annual step increases up to £28,412, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, the trustees consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Suffolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Assistant to support the delivery of an exceptional experience for our 27,000 members and help drive our mission to bring nature back to Suffolk. This role is central to the effective administration of our membership schemes, ensuring that members feel valued and connected to the work of the Trust.
