Mission Without Borders International (MWBI) is a Christian organisation working in six of the poorest countries in Eastern Europe, raising funds through twelve organizations.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.

You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. ISEAL is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual looking to start a career in the sustainability sector. The role works across two important organisational areas, gaining valuable exposure to ISEAL’s approach to catalysing global efforts to advance on critical social and economic sustainability issues. The Assistant will play a key role in ISEAL´s team, providing assistance to two managers to ensure efficient administration of their respective work areas - membership and operations. In the operations team, the successful candidate will get involved in the processes of running an international not for profit organisation, while also supporting the membership team in high quality member communications and data management.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be well-organised with great attention to detail and an excellent ability to follow up agreed tasks. Working efficiently and reliably under direction, you have a friendly and professional demeanour and are comfortable in your communications and interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. You enjoy working on a varied and changing set of tasks to support the implementation of a project or a collaborative group process.  You have a natural aptitude with IT systems and data and enjoy helping others get the most out of them. Having worked on data analysis before would be a real bonus.

Please note that to fulfil the operations support tasks effectively, the postholder will be required to be present in the office on at least 2 days per week.

The key responsibilities we entrust you with

Operations Support

• Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise
• Manage IT equipment and liaise with external IT support
• Facilitate internal communications by supporting regular and ad hoc staff meetings
• Work closely with Senior Manager Operations on improvement projects, including leading smaller projects
• Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems across the organisation and suggest and help implement improvements
• Support management of ISEAL’s office space in London, including liaising with landlord and ensuring office works well for staff
• Lead on procurement of items needed for smooth running of office, for staff leading events and equipment for staff home offices
• Participate actively in team and organisational planning and activities
• Participate in internal staff management processes such as performance reviews, supervisory meetings, etc.

Member communications

• Gather and prepare content for member mailings, including our monthly member-only newsletter, the ISEAL Insider
• Maintain the internal Mailchimp schedule, liaising with staff in the Communications team to plan and schedule mailings effectively
• Support other ISEAL teams to communicate appropriately with members through our different channels and mailing lists, checking for adherence to brand guidelines
• Support the Membership Coordinator and Membership Manager with drafting blogs, news items, and group posts to share updates with members via the ISEAL Platform
• With the Membership Coordinator, regularly review content on the ISEAL Platform to ensure it remains accurate and up to date, liaising with other teams where necessary

Monitoring our membership programme

• Regularly collect data to help monitor our member communications, engagement with member-only events, and use of the ISEAL Platform
• Create and update quarterly reports and dashboards to help identify and communicate key trends and inform improvements
• Support the Membership Manager with the preparation of quarterly and annual engagement reports to send to members
• Deliver administrative processes that underpin member relationship management and track member engagement, including maintenance of member records within Salesforce

Other

• Provide occasional support for member-only Zoom webinars and at in-person events
• Be a collaborative and effective member of both the Membership and Operations teams, liaising with colleagues at all levels across the organisation where needed
• Support the Membership Manager and Membership Coordinator on member engagement projects

Experience, Knowledge and Attributes

• Experience working or interning in a support/administrative or customer service/communications role, ideally in international NGO, professional or membership organisation
• Enthusiasm for using data to drive customer engagement and aptitude for working with data, ideally some experience in extracting and working with analytical information
• Good organisational and time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently and establish priorities
• Ability to communicate confidently and sensitively with a diverse global community
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Proficient IT skills, familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.) and the use of contact management databases (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel), as well as a demonstrable willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Experience using CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
• Ability to communicate and work in a dynamic, international work environment and working with multiple managers

In this way we ensure our policy and influencing work is rooted in the day-to-day experiences of women and what will make most difference to them and their babies. 

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will manage and develop all aspects of Birth Companions’ criminal justice-based services and line-manage the criminal justice services Coordinators, (currently three staff members but this likely to increase as we expand our services).

They will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other relevant agencies and ensure the successful delivery of services through internal monitoring and evaluation, external evaluation and the charity’s governance structures.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of new prison and wider criminal justice system-based services through stakeholder engagement and service design where opportunities are identified.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will also contribute to the policy, engagement and strategic work of the organisation where appropriate.

1) Membership and Engagement 

• Support the implementation of a membership engagement plan to help increase retention and highlight member value. 

• Help promote Imkaan’s membership offer and communicate its unique value to members.

Key responsibilities

 Strategic Development and Continuous Improvement

As Public Affairs Manager, you will lead Fair By Design’s engagement with political stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies to influence policy and regulatory change. This is a full-time fixed term contract of 3 years with the possibility of renewal.

• Salary: £47,500 - £55,000

Temporary Individual Giving Manager – £29.48ph – London

Our charity-sector client is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to join their Fundraising, Engagement & Communications team for approximately 2 months.

This is a hands-on role, leading all aspects of individual giving fundraising (excluding major donors and digital) — from delivering direct mail appeals to managing donor stewardship and supporting key fundraising events. You’ll also oversee the effective use of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.

The role

• Deliver and analyse direct mail and other appeals, including segmentation and trend analysis

• Manage the annual church-based appeal and other donor programmes

• Lead stewardship for regular givers and mid-value donors (excluding major donors)

• Manage trading programmes — merchandise selection, budgeting, fulfilment, and review

• Maintain accurate, compliant supporter data in Salesforce

• Field supporter enquiries (postal, online, phone) and ensure exceptional donor care

• Support events and community fundraising activities across the UK

• Monitor budgets and produce reports for senior management

We’re looking for someone with:

• Significant experience in individual giving fundraising within the charity sector

• Strong knowledge of Gift Aid, GDPR, and data protection

• A track record of delivering and evaluating successful fundraising appeals

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)

• The ability to work at pace, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines

• A proactive, resilient, and detail-focused approach

Contract: Temporary, c. 2 months, full-time
Salary: £53,654 FTE (pro rata) + holiday pay
Location: Primarily office-based in London (some flexibility may be possible)

Interim Head of Media

Contract: 6 Months Fixed term contract, Full time, 35 hours per week

UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel).

About the team

The Media team strategically leads on both proactive and reactive media, supporting WaterAid’s fundraising, partnerships, brand awareness and political influencing & systems change strategic priorities. The team are responsible for outreach to a range of media in the UK and globally – across traditional, consumer and digital.

The team works with Country Programmes and work on global media outreach with WaterAid Member Offices, operate a 24/7 media hotline and manages areas of reputational risk.

The Media Team consists primarily of 4 functions – News, PR, Celebrity Ambassador, and Global News. The Interim role would manage a team of 11 people and three direct line reports. The Celebrity Ambassador function sits within the team but line management of the Celebrity & Influencer Lead is with the Global & UK Director of Communications.

About the role

As Interim you will lead and work with the Media team to explore and encourage new approaches including how we further maximise the digital media landscape.

The role is pivotal in working with key stakeholders across the organisation in fundraising, global adcoacy and campaigns, and the Communications leadership team, to ensure media strategies are not only aligned and integrated with strategic fundraising engagement and advocacy priorities – but also bold and innovative.

In this role, you will:

• Champion, inspire and lead a high-performing, highly motivated team.
• Line management of the Senior News Manager, Senior PR Manager and Global Media Specialist.
• Management of the Media Team budget, ensuring budget is being used for greatest impact.
• Ensure that media work is strategic, helping to build engagement amongst target audiences and aligned to organisational objectives specifically to amplify our advocacy, influencing and fundraising goals. Set and review performance against agreed indicators in order to measure impact.
• Lead the team to continue to build a reactive and opportunistic media presence by seizing media opportunities, generating stories and news angles, and creating timely, impactful, appropriate responses to drive relevance of WaterAid within target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and target media, helping bring the water and sanitation crisis to a wider audience and establishing WaterAid as the sector leader in this area.
• Grow the capabilities and approach to digital PR within the team.
• Work collaboratively with the Communications Senior Management Team to set and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities of the Media team, to foster an integrated approach.
• Work closely with colleagues across the WaterAid family (country programmes in particular) to advise and support on media work when required.

To be successful, you will need:

Essential skills

• Experience of leading, managing and motivating a Media team.
• Experienced manager of people with proven ability to manage and motivate others.
• Track record of designing and delivering influential and impactful media campaigns that achieve coverage in international, national, regional, trade and online media.
• Excellent news sense and an understanding of what makes a good story for different types of media and audiences.
• Understanding of the role that media can play in shaping the political and public policy agenda, and experience of working in this critically important area.
• Strong understanding of international development communications, marketing, fundraising and advocacy activities and how media activity fits with these and can complement and advance them.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders and influence at senior levels.
• Strong relationship builder and experience of working to deliver to multiple teams’ objectives; ability to prioritise and drive integration and alignment between activities 

Desirable skills

• Experience of working across the communications mix more broadly.
• Experience in digital PR and managing this aspect within a team.
• Understanding of how AI can be used in the media landscape.
