Sport and Thought Project Coordinator

Part Time Post (16 hours per week)

Salary:  ​£28,000 to £31,000 per year (pro rata)

This is an opportunity for someone to join a very committed and dedicated team of professionals, who wants to support the growth and impact of the very much in demand Sport and Thought project. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional with a background in mental health, social care or, education.

The post-holder will coordinate and develop the Sport and Thought Project and provide Sport and Thought intervention to secondary age young people. This project combines football drills with mental health work. This is a unique and successful project that has been running for a number of years at secondary schools and also Youth Community organisations.

The Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP) is a long-time established, highly regarded and internationally renowned mental health institution and taking part in our projects can really make a difference in the lives of young people.

The post-holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will assist the Head of Clinical Services and other staff in the development of the Sport & Thought project.
