Project Overview 

Anchor & Bloom is a community-based programme delivered by ARCC to support women from Asian and minoritised communities who have experienced domestic abuse and related trauma. The project recognises that many women face barriers to accessing mainstream services due to stigma, language, cultural expectations and fear of judgement. Anchor & Bloom creates safe, culturally sensitive spaces where women can access support, rebuild confidence and begin their recovery.

The programme combines trauma-informed counselling, creative therapy groups and practical recovery workshops with community outreach and early identification of domestic abuse. Alongside direct support for survivors, the project works to reduce isolation and stigma by opening up conversations within the community and strengthening safe pathways into specialist services.

To deliver this work effectively, ARCC is recruiting two Project Coordinators to lead the Mental Health and Domestic Abuse (DASV) strands of the programme and two community champions. These roles will work closely together to ensure women receive safe, coordinated and culturally competent support throughout their journey.

Role Purpose

To coordinate and lead the mental health and recovery elements of the Anchor and Bloom Project, including trauma-informed counselling, creative therapy groups and structured wellbeing workshops. The postholder will ensure women accessing the programme receive safe, culturally sensitive and recovery-focused support, working alongside the DASV Coordinator where safeguarding or risk issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery & Coordination

• Coordinate delivery of counselling provision (CBT, EMDR and online sessions).

• Oversee creative therapy sessions including art, music and storytelling).

• Plan and coordinate structured recovery workshops focused on confidence, boundaries, healthy relationships and wellbeing.

• Manage participant intake, initial assessments and allocation into appropriate recovery pathways.

• Ensure sessions are scheduled effectively and delivered in safe, welcoming environments.

Operational Oversight

• Provide day-to-day operational management of sessional counsellors and creative facilitators.

• Work collaboratively with the appointed external Clinical Supervisor, who provides formal therapeutic supervision to counsellors.

• Monitor attendance, engagement and wellbeing outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements.

Safeguarding & Integrated Support

• Identify safeguarding concerns and share appropriately with the DASV Coordinator.

• Contribute to risk discussions and coordinated case planning where needed.

• Ensure trauma-informed practice is embedded across recovery activities.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Maintain monitoring systems and track agreed project outcomes.

• Contribute to reporting for funders and stakeholders.

• Support budget monitoring related to mental health delivery.

• Meet regularly with the DASV Coordinator to align delivery and ensure integrated support.

• To undertake any other tasks that are commensurate with  the  post  and  which reflect the needs of the organisation.

• Work toward equalities and diversity in all the activities carried out. 

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience coordinating mental health, counselling or wellbeing programmes.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.

• Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse or complex trauma.

The Role

Working closely with both Co-Founders, the Operations and Project Coordinator will play a key and highly varied role across strategy, project development, partnerships, operations and organisational growth.

You will help progress new housing projects, support strategic partnerships, conduct research and analysis, contribute to thought leadership activity and assist in developing the systems and processes that enable Cornerstone Place to scale its impact.

This is not a traditional support role. It is an opportunity to become a key contributor within a small and entrepreneurial organisation, gaining first-hand experience of how a mission-led organisation is built while helping drive meaningful work forward.

Day-to-day, you might be researching a new housing opportunity, preparing briefing materials for local authority partners, supporting partnership development, analysing policy changes affecting the sector, attending meetings with stakeholders, or helping design and improve the internal systems and AI-enabled tools that support our work.

As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to take ownership of projects and workstreams, helping turn ideas into action and strategy into measurable impact.

If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to sit across a range of projects relating to digital transformation and innovation at the CSP. This role will be a crucial part of our Innovations team, enabling successful delivery of digital transformation projects at the CSP.

Working closely with project managers, our Innovations team and stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll ensure that projects run smoothly, stay on schedule and meet key deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing support to projects by acting as a primary point of contact to provide advice, guidance and assistance to ensure the effective delivery of projects. 

• Working with our project managers and Digital Transformation Programme Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting on projects including finance and operational reporting. 

• Supporting project governance, including taking notes, maintaining risk documentation and following up on actions to ensure they’re completed.

• Creation and maintenance of consistent, high quality project documentation, including helping to organise project evaluation exercises at the end of project closures.

About you:

· Experience of co-ordinating and supporting projects, including completing work to tight timeframes.

· Experience of budget management, including working with electronic financial systems and undertaking budget reporting and forecasting.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team, understanding when escalation of decision making is needed.

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Word and email systems.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.

Flexible working

We currently have employees working part-time, job share, compressed hours, adjusted start and finish times, and other non-standard working patterns. About you and the role

The School Food Project is an ambitious coalition-led initiative dedicated to transforming the school food system. To achieve this, we are deploying three distinct school engagement models: Beacon schools (intensive, in-person, deep-impact sites), Explorer schools (hybrid training and peer learning), and Discovery schools (online only support).

We are seeking an exceptional School Food Project Coordinator to serve as the operational engine room and central connective tissue of this project. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager for the School Food Project, this role will be responsible for ownership of all school-level coordination.

As the primary point of contact for all participating schools, you will bridge the gap between the school and the individual coalition’s delivery leads. You will be responsible for nurturing school relationships, maintaining seamless communication across all delivery partners, and ensuring that vital monitoring, evaluation, and impact data flows smoothly from the schools to our evaluation team.

Key responsibilities

School Coordination & Relationship Management

• Responsible for being the day-to-day first point of contact for all Beacon, Explore, and Discovery schools, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued.

• Responsible for the induction and onboarding of schools across the Project.

• Conduct regular, proactive site visits to schools, to build strong, empathetic relationships with school leadership, kitchen staff, and project leads. Initially across London and the North West, scaling nationally year on year.

• Use school visits to monitor delivery quality, identify localised operational challenges, and escalate potential issues to the Programme Manager before they impact delivery.

Coalition & Stakeholder Liaison

• Serve as the central touchpoint and coordinator between the delivery leads of each program across the different organisations within our coalition.

• Ensure that all partner organisations are kept fully up to date with real-time, accurate on-the-ground information and feedback from the participating schools.

• Help facilitate communication loops, ensuring action items involving schools are clearly communicated and executed by the relevant coalition partners.

Data Capture & Impact Reporting

• Take ownership of ensuring that required data points, surveys, and metrics are accurately captured within each school according to project timelines, including conducting school audits for Beacon schools where required.

• Package, organise, and report school-level data back to the Monitoring and Evaluation team to help track project success and iterate delivery models.

Insight & Communication Support

• Keep an eye out for exceptional success stories, milestone achievements, and inspiring moments during school visits.

• Act as a conduit for the internal Communications team by passing along these notes, updates, and on-the-ground insights to celebrate the project's impact.

Essential skills & experience

• Exceptional Project Coordination: A proven track record of managing moving parts, timelines, and logistics across multiple sites or projects simultaneously.

• Superb Relationship-Building: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport, trust, and influence with a diverse range of stakeholders, from school cooks and headteachers to coalition partners.

• Clear, Proactive Communication: Ability to summarise complex feedback from the ground into clear, concise, and actionable updates for senior leadership and external partners.

• Data Diligence: Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring data is collected systematically and accurately in line with M&E requirements.

• IT, Software, and Tech Literacy: Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools.
