PRHA is a specialist Housing Association and adult social care provider focused on East London, mainly Tower Hamlets and the City, Hackney and Southwark. We help people who are homeless (or at risk of becoming homeless) to help themselves through a wide range of residential and non-residential services. As well as having suffered the crisis of homelessness, many of our residents have support needs relating to substance misuse, poor mental and physical health.
Our services include permanent and temporary housing, support to live independently, resettlement preparation and support, access to employment, training & education and money management advice.

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment.
This role is specific to being co-located on site with probation services within Enfield. Candidates must be willing to undergo a vetting form including digital ID verification technology, right to work checks, proof of identity, proof of address and a DBS. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate with need to include contact details for prior workplaces and personal references.
Previous experience/understanding of probation services and MAPPA restrictions are essential to the role.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.
You would work closely with external teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

The Advice Workers will be part of a friendly team, including crisis workers and clinical mental health professionals and function as the first point of access for visitors to the CHWS. Following an initial conversation to ascertain the clients’ needs, the Advice Workers will provide information and advice, as well as signposting and referrals to specialist services, such as the Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinators, Social Prescribers and Community Link Workers, in addition to the wider voluntary and statutory services in the borough. These senior leadership roles provide strategic and operational oversight of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapeutic support for survivors of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
1. Head of Clinical Services
The Head of Clinical Services leads a multidisciplinary team delivering individual therapy, group work, body-based therapies and web-based counselling within WGN’s intersectional Black feminist framework and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) Model. They will shape the strategic direction of clinical services, strengthen partnerships, embed strong clinical governance and safeguarding practice, and foster a culture of collective care, reflective practice and anti-oppressive leadership.
This role combines strategic leadership, service development, clinical oversight and people management to ensure WGN’s therapeutic services remain sector-leading, accessible and survivor-led.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (21 hours per week worked over 3 days) with a remuneration of £53,000 - £57,000 per annum (£31,800 - £34,200 pro-rated)
2. Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager role leads the day-to-day operational management and development of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive support for survivors of violence against women and girls (VAWG).
Working with the Therapeutic Manager, they will provide clinical and operational leadership across counselling services, supporting therapists and practitioners to manage clinical risk and safeguarding concerns effectively, within a Black feminist, intersectional and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) framework.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours per week worked over 4 days) with a remuneration of £43,000 - £47,000 per annum (£34,400 - £37,600 pro-rated)

The programme combines trauma-informed counselling, creative therapy groups and practical recovery workshops with community outreach and early identification of domestic abuse. Alongside direct support for survivors, the project works to reduce isolation and stigma by opening up conversations within the community and strengthening safe pathways into specialist services.
To deliver this work effectively, ARCC is recruiting two Project Coordinators to lead the Mental Health and Domestic Abuse (DASV) strands of the programme and two community champions. These roles will work closely together to ensure women receive safe, coordinated and culturally competent support throughout their journey.
Role Purpose
To lead the domestic abuse and safeguarding elements of the Anchor and Bloom Project, supporting survivors accessing the programme while ensuring safe identification and referral for women who may still be experiencing active harm. The postholder will provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed support, oversee risk assessment where needed, and coordinate appropriate pathways into specialist services alongside recovery-based activities.
Key Responsibilities
Survivor Support & Safeguarding
Act as safeguarding lead for the project.
Support women accessing the programme who disclose domestic abuse.
Carry out risk assessments where appropriate.
Develop safety plans in collaboration with participants where needed.
Coordinate referrals to specialist DASV services, including statutory and voluntary sector partners.
Maintain clear safeguarding records and ensure policy compliance.
Community Engagement & Prevention
Coordinate drop-in café sessions that provide safe, informal entry points to support.
Lead awareness and community conversations addressing stigma, shame and honour-related barriers.
Build relationships with faith leaders and community partners to improve safe access to services.
Supervise and support the DASV Community Champion.
Project Coordination
Maintain monitoring data relating to safeguarding, prevention and referral outcomes.
Contribute to funder reporting and evaluation.
Work closely with the Mental Health Coordinator to ensure joined-up delivery and appropriate case management.
Participate in regular planning and review meetings.

About the role
The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the management, optimisation and security of CARE International UK’s cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. The role focuses on maintaining highly available and secure platforms, supporting infrastructure transformation and cloud migration activity, and ensuring effective administration of core services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, identity services, networking, backup and disaster recovery. The postholder will work closely with the IT Manager, wider IT team and key stakeholders across the organisation, while also supporting projects, change management and technical planning.

About you
You will be an experienced cloud infrastructure or lead systems administrator with strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and hybrid environments. We are looking for someone with excellent troubleshooting, automation and security skills, including experience with Entra ID, Intune, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and PowerShell scripting. You will also bring strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor others and manage competing priorities. Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps, Security+ or ITIL would be advantageous.
