The Role:
• Build, configure and deploy supporter journeys using Dynamics 365/CRM tools.

As Deputy Outreach Manager, you will help lead services supporting young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing other complex challenges. About the role
As Progression Coach, you will join a close-knit and supportive team working with young people aged 18 to 25 who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
Managing your own caseload, you will provide personalised one-to-one support within the community. You will help young people find and maintain accommodation, improve their financial stability, build supportive social networks and engage in employment, education, training or other meaningful activities.
You will receive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and apply its principles to help young people develop resilience, motivation and independence.
