Job description

This is an exciting time for Cherry Trees and a great opportunity to be part of our growth and a vibrant and fun team.     2020 will be our 40th Anniversary and we will be celebrating with our supporters, families and friends.  We will also be looking at how we can grow fundraising so we can offer more of the exceptional care supporting families across the South East.  This exciting and challenging role is a great opportunity for a motivated, organised and experienced Community Fundraiser, working as part of a small but dynamic team here at Cherry Trees.  You will be working with our Community Fundraiser growing community fundraising and delivering on our core events schedule.  This will include engaging with the public, promoting and ensuring good attendance to events.  You will be looking to reach our community fundraising goal by recruiting and supporting new individuals and group fundraisers who are organising their own events for the charity, organising and taking on talks, stewarding and managing existing community supporters.
