The Senior Project Officer sits with the Chief Executives Office supporting the Project & Programme Manager and is responsible for championing project management best practice across the wider organisation via training, consultations, and effective stakeholder management. The post holder is also responsible for scoping, planning, and delivering small-to-medium cross-organisational change projects that bring us closer to achieving our 10-year organisational strategy, ARUK: Towards a Cure.  

Key Responsibilities:

 

Championing Project Management Best Practice

 

• Act as an advisor, mentor, and source of central project management expertise for colleagues across the charity; offering tailored project management consultations which empower colleagues to deliver their own initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with the Project & Programme Manager to enhance and deliver ARUK’s flagship internal project management training, the ARUK Project Management Masterclass, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

· Take ownership for maintenance and development of the Projects team intranet pages and resources, ensuring they remain relevant and accessible to colleagues across the organisation.

• Support the Project & Programme Manager with the development of a suite of project management resources to further embed project management best practice across the organisation

Project Management

 

· Deliver small-to-medium cross-organisational change projects, as determined by the yearly Operational Planning process, working with project teams to develop flexible, adaptable project plans. This might include but is not limited to the implementation of new third-party systems and tools, regulatory and compliance projects, new fundraising campaigns, and digital transformation projects.

· Apply sound judgement and problem-solving expertise to manage project risks, decisions, and dependencies within the wider organisational context, drive and monitor project progress against timelines, and ensure stakeholders are updated at key checkpoints.

· Demonstrate accountability by escalating project risks via appropriate channels as required.

· Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.

· Lead project reviews to capture successes and learnings and ensure project outcomes are embedded into business-as-usual practices.

· Provide coordination support on larger programmes of work, as and when required.

 

What we are looking for:

· Experience managing cross-team projects, including developing project plans, allocating tasks, and managing risks, decisions, and changes.

· Sound knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).

· Demonstrable ability to work with, influence, and advise a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Working knowledge of project management tools, such as Excel, Smartsheet, MS Projects or similar.

· Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM), or evidence of equivalent project management learning or experience.

· Excellent communication and people management skills, with an ability to build relationships, trust, and inspire confidence and respect at all levels.

· Strong team player who can work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now.  As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer.  To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality. 

The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program.  This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners.  This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.

The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you

This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with external agencies to support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns.  As such, you'll possess strong communication skills and be adept at building positive working relationships with people at all levels. You’ll also be committed to delivering exceptional creative work and have knowledge of brand measurement techniques, working with research agencies and using performance data to monitor and maximise impact. 

You'll be confident line manager with solid project management skills, able to work at pace and manage multiple, competing priorities.  You'll also have experience in setting and monitoring budgets.

 Alexandra Rose run practical place-based food system transformation projects based around a voucher for fresh fruit & veg. We currently have 9 projects across the UK, and we’re aiming to scale in the coming years. Each project operates the same model, but each project adapts to work with different communities, different languages, different community support infrastructure, different retail options, and more.

At the core, we work with local trusted community organisations who distribute our vouchers to local families on low incomes with young children, and in some areas to local adults on low incomes managing food related health conditions (diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, etc). Voucher distribution is linked to a range of wider wrap around services to ensure that our projects support people in getting out of poverty in real and long-lasting ways. Our vouchers area accepted exclusively by local, independent healthy food businesses, ensuring that we are also supporting a fairer, healthier local food economy.

Our model directly tackles the barriers of affordability and accessibility to the most nutrient dense and most expensive element of a healthy diet. We change the health outcomes of young children and adults living with food related health conditions. We actively change the food environment that is available to a range of people who have been disadvantaged for decades.

As we grow nationally and expand the reach of our projects across multiple regions, we need strong operational leadership to ensure we can deliver consistently, efficiently and with confidence. About the role

As the Senior digital insight analyst, you’ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance.

You’ll take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll embed robust tagging, maintain clear measurement standards and develop accessible dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation.

A key part of your role will be turning data into actionable insight. You’ll analyse user journeys, identify friction points from ecommerce tracking, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities for growth, your work will help us connect more meaningfully with our audiences. You’ll help us make the most of our digital data, combining it with data from our CRM and other sources to generate joined-up, actionable insights.

Your work will support website optimisation, content decisions, product development and user experience improvements.

You bring strong hands-on experience in digital analytics and a passion for using data to improve user experience and drive meaningful change.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Trust Fundraising Support Officer to join our growing fundraising team. 2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in further growing our income.​

This new role will play a key part in delivering funding from Trusts, Foundations and other Funders across the UK, supporting the Senior Trust Fundraising Officer to maximise our income. You will be responsible for making small-scale grant applications, and for growing our grants portfolio through identifying new funding opportunities.​

There will be a range of projects to work on, providing vital support to ensure that we are increasing the number of warm Funders who regularly support the charity.​

Your key responsibilities will include:​

• Build up a strong pipeline of prospective Funders by researching Trusts that align with Epilepsy Action’s vision and strategy.
• Secure income from small-scale charitable Trusts, Foundations, and other Grant Makers to meet individual and team targets.
• Ensure timely thanking, updates and reporting for all Grants and Donations from our rolling programme of applications.
• Use data in the CRM to analyse trends and identify opportunities.​

At Epilepsy Action, we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy.

The Senior Finance & Operations Manager is a multi-functional role at the heart of Peer Power Youth. You will ensure that the charity is well-run, financially sound, compliant, safe, and operating in line with our mission and values.  This role oversees our core business functions: finance coordination, HR processes, charity governance, risk, compliance, systems, facilities oversight and office management, with some support from external contractors e.g. for HR and IT.

The wïsh centre is a Registered Charity in London Borough of Harrow that helps young people to stop self harming so that they can live a life free from the risk of serious harm. Every year we support over 150 children and young people ages 12-25 years through long term psychotherapy and peer support groups. We deliver our work in schools and colleges and at our Centre in Harrow. We have a twenty year evidenced track record of success and a small and dedicated team.

 We have a new three year strategy where we will focus on enhancing the capacity of wïsh Harrow so that we can support more young people and will continue to focus on partnership work with youth voice being central to, and informing, all that we do.

Purpose of the Role

The Deputy CEO is a new and exciting role that is pivotal in supporting the CEO in leading the charity, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and sustainable impact. What the job involves

We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Senior Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team, helping to deliver leadership programmes and quality improvement projects that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. It’s a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same.

Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. You’ll help design, deliver and facilitate improvement programmes, preparing materials, supporting participants and making sure recruitment runs smoothly and on time. You’ll lead on organising Clinical Advisory Group meetings, support our digital channels, including webpages and online learning resources, and take on ad hoc projects or events as necessary.

You’ll coordinate quality improvement projects, help schedule programmes, and work with colleagues across Prostate Cancer UK to increase the reach and impact of our work. Building strong relationships with programme alumni is an important part of the role, including developing newsletter content, sharing best practice and creating opportunities for continued involvement. You’ll also coach and mentor clinicians using Insights Discovery (a psychometric tool helping people understand their own and others' behavioural preferences and communication styles), helping to spread learning and improve care across services.

What we want from you

We are looking for an experienced governance professional to join our Governance Team.
