Job description

As Head of Policy and Campaigns you will help shape the charity’s agenda and lead on the delivery of our work to tackle inequalities and champion the rights of people living with and affected by HIV. You will work on a wide range of issues from employment and migrant rights to stigma and mental health. We are committed to social justice and tackling inequalities wherever they arise.

You will have a track record in achieving impactful policy change. You will have excellent communications, campaigning and influencing skills, experience of building relationships and working collaboratively and the ability to work creatively to overcome barriers.

You will also have strong interpersonal skills and as a manager you will be committed to motivating and empowering your team, to juggle a varied and workload and to work hands-on as a team player.
