About the role

We are looking for an experienced Grants Manager to join our Fundraising team and play a key role in stewarding relationships with our institutional funders. You will manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory donors, ensuring excellent account management and delivering high-quality applications and reports that help secure and grow vital funding.

Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, campaigns and finance, you will identify opportunities to deepen partnerships with existing supporters while ensuring compliance, strong communication and long-term relationship building. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our fundraising targets and supporting the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

About you

You are an experienced grants professional with a strong track record of securing significant income from trusts, foundations or statutory funders. You are highly organised and confident managing multiple relationships, from identifying opportunities and developing compelling proposals through to reporting and ongoing stewardship.

You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive proposals and donor updates. Collaborative and proactive, you enjoy working across teams, building trusted relationships with colleagues and funders alike. You are motivated and comfortable using own initiative.

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the National Programme Team with the implementation of operational plans that deliver successful national skills competitions. This will include supporting the activities and actions relating to the national programme cycle, projects across diversity and inclusion and transfer of global standards to maximise local and national activity in the UK.

· To contribute to the successful delivery of WorldSkills UK’s strategic priorities and annual business objectives.

· To co-ordinate activities relating to requesting, tracking and quality assuring key documents required from our Competition Organising Partners (COPs), ensuring documents are received within set deadlines.

· To administer and co-ordinate the local and national projects i.e. Competitor Support Fund, and Evaluations.

Summary of terms and conditions

· The salary for this role is £28,000.

· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is looking for a part-time (0.7 FTE) Head of Outreach.

This role will:

• Lead on the development and implementation of an Outreach Strategy that inspires people and organisations, including policy makers, to take action for bumblebees. (Aim 2 of the Trust’s strategy)

The Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising is a senior role in the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, working alongside the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to drive activities after a significant and sustained investment in this area by the organisation.
The role will lead on the delivery of a multi-channel legacy marketing programme and championing legacy giving across the organisation. The post-holder will be responsible for establishing a year on year 10% increase in the number of legacy enquirers, considerers, intenders and pledgers to the charity, as well as establishing a new in memory fundraising programme that will increase annual income.
The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in all aspects of legacy and in memory fundraising and of project managing multiple campaigns across a range of channels, achieving and improving target revenues. Operating within the Finance and Performance Directorate, as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will lead the Finance Business Partner and Senior Management Accounts team. Mortlake Community Association is looking for an experienced Interim Director to join a vibrant and inclusive local charity in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The main purpose of the role is to maintain our growing profile as a community hub and support our range of varied activities. Experience of working with service users and volunteers in a local community setting is essential. The post is offered on a fixed term 9 month contract, starting in May 2026 to align with our Director’s maternity leave.

The Interim Director is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the charity and Mortlake Hall, including staff leadership and supervision, financial management, fundraising, partnership working, building management, and monitoring and evaluation. The role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills to ensure MCA remains at the heart of community life in Mortlake; recognised as a model of good practice within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Work with the Board of Trustees to implement the vision and strategic direction of MCA. 

• Take overall responsibility for the operational management and day-to-day financial management of the charity and Mortlake Hall. 

• Work closely with current Director of MCA in run-up to maternity leave and maintaining contact, especially during the statutory Keep In Touch days (KIT). 

• Maintain relationship with existing funders for the charity and ensure timely, accurate reporting. 

• Oversee building and facilities management, working closely with the Building & Facilities Subcommittee. 

• Ensure that the local community is engaged with the work of MCA through ongoing consultation, discussion and community planning activities/events. 

• Respond proactively to changes in the voluntary, statutory and wider sectors to ensure the charity’s sustainability while maintaining its identity and independence. 

Essential experience: 

• Senior leadership or management experience within a charity, voluntary, community or not-for-profit organisation. 

• Experience working with, reporting to, or supporting a Board of Trustees or equivalent governance body. 

• Proven experience of managing and supporting staff and volunteers. 

• Demonstrable experience of securing funding, including writing successful funding bids and managing funder relationships. 

• Experience of budget management and financial oversight, working closely with a Treasurer or finance lead.

About the role

The Registration manager leads the day to day delivery of membership and registration services, ensuring that applications, renewals, declarations, resignations and member records are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with procedures. The role is responsible for smooth operations, CRM accuracy, and ensuring members have a positive experience.

You will manage and support a team of 4 Registration officers, oversee customer service standards, monitor workloads, and keep processes up to date. You will ensure membership applications and changes are processed correctly, lead the annual renewals cycle, handle member enquiries, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
