Main Responsibilities:

The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development and delivery of the BHWT’s individual giving and supporter development programme, helping to grow sustainable income and build long-term relationships with supporters.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on fundraising delivery across regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy giving, in memory fundraising and major donor relations. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the postholder will enhance supporter journeys, improve donor stewardship, increase recruitment and retention, and identify new opportunities to maximise long-term sustainable income.

• Support the development and delivery of the charity's individual giving and supporter development strategy and annual plans.
• Lead and grow regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy, in memory and major donor income streams. 
• Create and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across digital, email, social media, direct mail and other channels. 
• Develop and continually improve supporter journeys to increase acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value. 
• Design and implement donor stewardship programmes to strengthen supporter loyalty and long-term giving. 
• Manage and grow the BHWT Lottery. 
• Develop legacy marketing and in memory fundraising initiatives. 
• Build and steward relationships with major donors, pledged legators and high-value supporters. 
• Use Salesforce and supporter insight to segment audiences, analyse performance and maximise fundraising effectiveness. 
• Monitor fundraising KPIs and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to create compelling fundraising content and campaigns. 
• Identify and test new fundraising products and supporter engagement opportunities. 
• Provide line management, coaching and support to fundraising team members. 
• Ensure fundraising activities comply with GDPR, fundraising regulations and best practice.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience managing individual giving programmes and delivering income growth. 
• Experience of regular giving, legacy fundraising, in memory fundraising and/or major donor fundraising. 
• Experience of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship. 
• Experience delivering successful fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. 
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and supporter segmentation. 
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Start date: September 2026 

Main Purpose: To provide full-time support to learners within the Building Independence (BI) pathway at The Autism Project (TAP).

The role focuses on enabling learners to develop independence, communication, life skills, and confidence, supporting them to access the curriculum and participate in community-based learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure learners make meaningful progress towards their EHCP outcomes and personal goals.

Information:

Permanent part-time role. Working days are Tues to Fri 9-4pm (6.5hrs a day, allowing half hour unpaid for lunch). 26 hours a week.

Salary is £28,860 per annum (full time 37.5hrs) pro-rata. This is £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage).

Holiday allowance is 37 days per annum plus bank holidays pro-rata.

Holiday can only be taken outside of TAP term times.

Your place of work will be at our classrooms at Larcom House SE17 1RT.

Behaviour & Wellbeing Support

1. Support learners to manage behaviour positively using agreed strategies.

Assessment, Progress & Documentation

1. Support the recording of learner progress and achievements.

We are looking for new sessional workers to join our Young Carers team. Our sessional workers play a key role in supporting the delivery of a programme of activities designed for our young carers aged 5 to 15 and the delivery of monthly peer support groups and activities for young adult carers aged 16 to 21.

Carers’ Hub plays a vital role in Lambeth, supporting unpaid carers across the borough with 1-1 and peer support, signposting, monthly forums, training, workshops and social activities. Our young carers team works with children from the age of 5 upwards, offering support and information to young carers and their families. Adventure, friendship and support are super-important for young carers, so we split our work into four areas:

1. We organise a mixture of exciting activities throughout the year

2. We run monthly young carers groups – a space to relax and have fun

3. We provide a listening ear and relevant help to young carers and  their families

4. We run dedicated projects working with schools to support young carers with their education

As a Trauma Stabilisation Worker, you will deliver person-centred support and structured interventions to help residents manage trauma, build emotional regulation skills and develop coping strategies to support recovery and housing stability. You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to maintain a trauma-informed, psychologically informed environment that promotes safety, consistency and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support residents experiencing trauma, mental ill-health, substance use, homelessness and complex needs

• Deliver structured 1:1 trauma stabilisation interventions and maintain a manageable caseload

• Help residents build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence to sustain housing and move forward positively

You’ll be proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied workload, while working collaboratively within a team. To enable vulnerable people to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.

The shift pattern for this role is as follows: Scattered sites 9 - 5pm Monday till Friday and weekend occasional

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager

* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available

* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with Tower Hamlet's HOST and Clearing House.

About the Role

As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will provide pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, providing individual safety planning, trauma-informed support, guidance, information, and advocacy and enabling victim/survivors to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse and trauma they have experienced.

You may work within a Hospital Trust's Safeguarding Team to support both patients and staff in an Acute Hospital setting, who have experienced Domestic Abuse. You will make initial contact with victims of domestic abuse, explaining our services and assessing the impact of crime, or receive referrals from colleagues, in order to provide on-going support and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess risks and needs using evidence-based checklists.
• Focus on high-risk cases with short to medium-term crisis intervention.
• Assist high-risk victims in accessing safety services.
• Deliver tailored support and information.
• Understand legal frameworks for protecting children and vulnerable adults.
• Provide advocacy on legal, housing, health, and financial options.
• Empower clients to recognize domestic abuse dynamics.
• Participate in Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC).

About You
