Main Responsibilities:
The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development and delivery of the BHWT’s individual giving and supporter development programme, helping to grow sustainable income and build long-term relationships with supporters.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on fundraising delivery across regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy giving, in memory fundraising and major donor relations. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the postholder will enhance supporter journeys, improve donor stewardship, increase recruitment and retention, and identify new opportunities to maximise long-term sustainable income.
- Support the development and delivery of the charity's individual giving and supporter development strategy and annual plans.
- Lead and grow regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy, in memory and major donor income streams.
- Create and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across digital, email, social media, direct mail and other channels.
- Develop and continually improve supporter journeys to increase acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value.
- Design and implement donor stewardship programmes to strengthen supporter loyalty and long-term giving.
- Manage and grow the BHWT Lottery.
- Develop legacy marketing and in memory fundraising initiatives.
- Build and steward relationships with major donors, pledged legators and high-value supporters.
- Use Salesforce and supporter insight to segment audiences, analyse performance and maximise fundraising effectiveness.
- Monitor fundraising KPIs and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to create compelling fundraising content and campaigns.
- Identify and test new fundraising products and supporter engagement opportunities.
- Provide line management, coaching and support to fundraising team members.
- Ensure fundraising activities comply with GDPR, fundraising regulations and best practice.
About You

We are looking for new sessional workers to join our Young Carers team. Our sessional workers play a key role in supporting the delivery of a programme of activities designed for our young carers aged 5 to 15 and the delivery of monthly peer support groups and activities for young adult carers aged 16 to 21.
Carers’ Hub plays a vital role in Lambeth, supporting unpaid carers across the borough with 1-1 and peer support, signposting, monthly forums, training, workshops and social activities. Our young carers team works with children from the age of 5 upwards, offering support and information to young carers and their families. Adventure, friendship and support are super-important for young carers, so we split our work into four areas:

As Governance Manager, you’ll take charge of The King’s Fund’s governance arrangements to ensure the charity runs as it should. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll see that the support structures and processes are in place for us to meet our obligations and strategic goals.
Over the course of the year, you’ll support meetings for the Board of Trustees, the General Advisory Council and the Senior Management Team. As well as governance advice, you’ll provide administration and co-ordination; manage the reporting cycle; and keep an up-to-date register of interests.
About you
Experience is essential and you will bring with you a firm grasp of charity governance frameworks, processes and senior-level decision-making from previous role(s) within a governance role in a charity (or a similar organisation). In fact, when you’re not supporting meetings, you’ll champion governance across our team. Efficient and digitally savvy, you’ll support assurance processes and bring instant credibility.

About the Opportunity
The London Boroughs Outcomes Partnership (LBOP) delivers homelessness prevention services across London, supporting families living in temporary accommodation, as well as single adults and childless couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
LBOP is a pan-London outcomes partnership that brings together local authorities and specialist delivery partners to provide flexible, person-centred support that helps residents secure and sustain suitable accommodation. The programme also includes specialist provision for groups who may face additional barriers to housing, including refugees and LGBTQ+ individuals.
LBOP operates as an outcomes-based contract, with local authorities paying for the positive social outcomes achieved rather than a prescribed set of activities. This approach enables greater flexibility and innovation in service delivery, allowing support to be tailored to individual circumstances while maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable impact.
The programme is designed to achieve a range of positive housing and social outcomes, including:

Role and responsibilities

- Build and maintain effective referral pathways with London Boroughs and partner agencies.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Reconnection Worker to join our Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Rough Sleeping Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support people sleeping rough to move away from homelessness by reconnecting them with accommodation, support networks and services in areas where they have a local connection, established support system or entitlement to assistance. Reconnection can take place both within the UK and internationally and aims to ensure that individuals can access the right support in the right place to sustain a move away from rough sleeping.
Working as part of a dynamic and highly successful outreach team, you will build positive relationships with people experiencing homelessness, carrying out assessments and developing personalised reconnection plans. You will work closely with local authorities, support providers, health services and community organisations to help individuals access accommodation, reconnect with family and support networks where appropriate and secure sustainable routes away from rough sleeping and a harmful street lifestyle.
In this role you will:
- Undertake assertive outreach across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, engaging with people sleeping rough and carrying out comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and coordinate personalised reconnection plans, including arranging accommodation, travel, family mediation and access to support services.
- Work closely with local authorities, statutory services, health providers and community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress towards sustainable reconnection.
- Support clients to access welfare benefits, healthcare, substance misuse services and other support that will assist them in moving away from homelessness.

About the role:
'We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Merseyside and Cheshire Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Merseyside and Cheshire Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness.
Having worked in a demanding and emotional environment you have a genuine interest in building supportive relationships and helping people; and having provided bereavement support to families, you understand processes of grief, loss and change - and how best to help others deal with its impact. Night Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
